Dont know uncomfortable

Walked in, the car we wanted to look at was gone. But wait! Another one was turned in last night, lets go for a test drive. An hour later were signing paperwork for the price we wanted to pay. Went to get lunch, came back to a detailed and gassed up new car and were on our way. A year and a half later and we still love it.

The service department is amazing. Adam the service manager is very accommodating I would recommend him and the service team for all of your mechanical needs.

This is my 3rd vehicle purchased here. Never disappointed. Eddies the best! Love my Kona.

Nice place. Maybe its me but staff seems afraid to talk to me. Also they dropped ball on part they were supposed to order before my warranty expired. Now I have to fix myself. So not a bad place but can only assume it me that gets cold shoulder. 👍👍👍

Their service department is amazing! They are efficient and professional! They have a cute waiting room with all of the comforts that you could possible want while waiting for your vehicle to be serviced!

Came in for check engine light. Was told $70 for diagnostic. They decided to go further and do a smoke test- now charging me $130 -without asking if I wanted to go further- Not pleased at all.

There was no pressure to buy something we didnt want/couldnt afford. Friendly and courteous staff/sales people. Clean and inviting atmosphere and a good selection of pre-owned cars and trucks to choose from.

Friendly staff, very helpful. Great place to buy a new or used vehicle. Santa Fe is the best SUV on the market. Hyundai has very few recalls. Proactive if they spot a problem. Quick in and out for oil changes. Keurig coffee and tea, hot chocolate while you wait.

Performed an inspection on my car even though they called prior to doing inspection and said tires wouldn’t fit. I clearly stated we didn’t want the inspection done and they did it anyways. Instead of listening to us and apologizing, they told us that we were wrong and that we were playing games. They then asked us to leave.Worst customer service ever received. Will never return to any Vision store.

Hate the fact that the price of the cars is a secret. Until you waste your time sitting down to find out the car is over priced. Show the price up front so people can see how high priced you are.

The salesman we worked with was very nice and not your typical Ill say anything to get a sale although he made an inappropriate joke about the IT guy being Hilter because of the way he secures their network.

Unfortunately my Vision of this dealership has gone downhill since the purchase of my new vehicle. I never thought it would be up to me to call the warranty company to see if a part or parts were covered. Fyi, seatbelts arent covered under the additional 10 year 100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty I paid an additional $2500 for. I have one that is freying and the vehicle only has 76,000 miles, again not covered. Subaru, Toyota, Lexus and many others cover them for the life of the vehicle because its a safety item! I guess the old saying read the fine print comes into play when dealing with car salesmen. Dont opt in for any of the additional warranties or rust proofing, its not worth it. Trade your car in before the warranty expires or just lease it even better yet. Take it elsewhere for service while youre at it, the complimentary oil changes have now changed from 3,000 miles to 6,000 miles. Um no thank you, Ill be doing it every 3,000 miles from here on out with a premium oil too.
