Christopher Coulter was fantastic! I was in and out so fast, and very happy with the results. He is very knowledgeable, explaining everything and making sure there are no unanswered questions.

Considering I was only going in there to have them help me transfer stuff from my old phone to my new one (essentially they make nothing off of that) the staff were still really helpful and I felt grateful to be helped so quickly, and felt better about my new phone and how to use it when I left!

Jeremy was very helpful. He listened to what I needed and did not attempt to draw me towards another direction. Within a short time I had a new phone that was just what I wanted as well as the perfect protector case. We chatted about music while he did his part of the transaction.I have been a Verizon customer since I first got a cell phone and refuse to switch as Ive always been treated well by the local store as well as the company itself.

Paul was the best service provider we have ever had at any Verizon retailer. We always have had good service at this store but Paul made the very best experience for us ever. Went into the store super close to closing with a phone that was on its last leg. CJ went above and beyond. At no point did I feel like I was being rushed out as the store was going to close soon. CJ even offered a customer who called to come in and he would stay later to help them solve an issue. CJ got me into a new phone and was able to save ALL 20,000 of my photos on my phone before my phone finally died. Highly recommend seeing CJ for any phone needs.
