Took my computer in to fix my graphics card. Turns out nothing was wrong with it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. When I went to pay, he refused payment since he said he didnt actually do anything. When I offered to tip him, he also politely declined.10/10 will reccomend

Truly appreciate that despite being short handed they were able to allow me to drop off my computer and assess if a repair was possible. Then the honesty provided and willingness to stay late to allow me to pick up my computer same day so as to have it for a trip was greatly appreciated. Will always come here for computer repair/advice!!

Great customer service really cheap so i payed extra . Everyone deserves a fair compensation if there good at what they do. I highly reccomend going to this place for any computer issues

I couldnt speak more highly of the PC & Wireless Shop. I am so impressed by the quality of the customer service! I dropped my laptop recently and the screws came loose out of the back of the laptop. Unable to fix this on my own, I contacted the PC & Wireless Shop and they were able to consult with me within the next day. Although extra screws arent available for my laptop specifically, they were nice enough to offer screws they had in stock in their shop to help secure my laptop and make sure it was as good as new. I would not hesitate to recommend the PC & Wireless Shop to anyone. There are really limited options for quick, affordable, and knowledgeable PC repair right in the Canandaigua area. I really appreciated the service I received, and would recommend anyone in the area to visit this shop for their big and small computer needs.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience working with both Dean and Jeff at The PC & Wireless Shop in Canandaigua. The hard drive on my laptop went a week ago Friday October 23rd. Upon a friends recommendation, I called the shop and Dean gave me an appointment that very day to take a look at the laptop. Jeff looked at the unit and confirmed our concerns. Rather than invest in this older unit, I purchased a new unit. Dean was able to get the new laptop ready, transfer all the data, etc . I had the new unit by Tuesday morning October 27th which was just amazing!! Dean took the time to go through the workings of the new computer, reviewed guidelines for maintaining the unit with the appropriate weekly scans, etc. I could not be happier with my new laptop and the service provided by both Dean and Jeff. I feel great knowing I have a shop that I can rely on and trust. I highly recommend The PC & Wireless Shop.

So rude. Wouldn’t even try to help me with my “inferior” computer. He wouldn’t even listen to what the problem was and just told me I need to buy a new one because it’s so “cheap.”

Their knowledgeable techs have brought 2 of my home office workstations back to health. Good service with good communications are key to their success. Using them to build a new WIFI network at my business now. Highly recommended.

Cell phone service above and beyond any other Verizon store! I would not go anywhere else to purchase Verizon phones and service features. I came to the store late at night needing make a complicated two-step smart phone purchase and data transfer for a second line on my old smart phone.The guys were great - extremely knowledgeable and nice - they stayed with me after closing to make sure I left with two working smart phones. That kind of customer focus doesnt exist at Verizons corporate stores! You bet Ill buy my next desktop computer from the PC and Wireless Shop b/c they only put quality components into their machines.

Bought my second computer recently from PC and Wireless and Dean and his staff turned it around quickly and got me up and running quickly. Given the volume of data and images I had it was a smooth and mostly seamless change over. What little follow up was need was handled fast and conveniently. I hope this goes through. I recently called to purchase 2 sticks of DDR4 memory from this company. They refused to sell me the parts and said that they would need to install them to make sure they were done correctly.I offered to bring the motherboard down to their shop to have them install the memory and was then told that they werent willing to do that. Not sure what kind of PC shop turns away customers that are willing to follow their store policies, however I wouldnt shop here if I were you.

Nightmare trying to get my desktop fixed. After paying 2/3 the purchase price for repairs that took a week, the computer could not connect to the internet when I got home. Back again on Monday.Update - went back today for help based on problems resulting from Windows 10 update. Fixed the problem instantly. Long discussion about previous trip. Basically bad luck on mother board failure. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely do more business with this store.

DO NOT GO HERE! I brought my laptop in to fix the screen, which cost $80 for them to run tests to make sure everything was working fine. Two weeks later I call them to check on it, and he says the hardware is bad and I need to spend another $500 to fix it. I came into the store to pick it up, and they refused to give it back to me because it wasnt fixed even when I was taking it elsewhere. When I finally got it back, they had to reassemble it, the screen was still broken, they never looked for a new screen, and my laptop was unable to even turn on when plugged in. THIS IS A SCAM AND A WASTE OF MONEY. DO NOT GO HERE!!

I am a business owner and the pc wireless team helped me out at 10:30 pm on a Friday night to get my phone system back up and running. I have been using them for years and will continue to do so! Great family owned company!

As a result of the work done on my laptop by the PC and Wireless Shop, my laptop has more problems now than before I brought my laptop in to be fixed. I called to talk to the owner to see if there was anything that could be done, I appreciate the time that Dean took to speak with me about the issue. However, Dean did NOTHING to improve my dissatisfaction with the company and the poor customer service I received. In fact, Dean said I have a bad attitude and quality of life and to him, I am not worth helping because I wrote a negative review about their negative service. I am in disbelief that I walked away with a laptop that wasnt fully repaired and then when I called to work with the company about solving this situation the owner refused to make sure that I was satisfied and that the problem was properly resolved. Instead I was accused of destroying their business, when they are the ones that chose to charge me for a laptop they did not fix. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE.

Owner is a jerk! He sells defective equipment right out of the box. .Then refuses to exchange or refund money! His excuse is that he is a small business person and cannot absorb any losses. This company is extremely poorly ran their culture is one screw the customer, so stay away don’t give them your business!

Computer repaired

My experience here was terrible at best. As I need my computer for business solely, it was crucial that I get it back asap, something I expressed to them at the outset. (I had a black screen issue). They told me 5 days or less, they returned it in ten days after I called daily after the 5 days. Had I not called, they probably would still have it. When I got it back, I could not download anything and two of my input ports did not function. When I complained, they set up an appointment for me to bring it in and then, reneged three times when I asked that I be given a reasonable time frame for its return. The owner called me to guarantee he would personally fix it over the weekend so that I would not lose any working days, but then postponed it to the following Monday. He also remarked to my secretary when she went to pick it up that he hated Toshibas and Norton Security and said that I should buy his security software. I spoke to Norton in regards to his accusations that possibly my issues were with Norton. They checked it out remotely and found no problems on their end. I finally gave up dealing with these semi-pros that left me with a computer that is all but useless for business. They made no offer to refund any or all of my money. Maybe they are better with cell phones but I would never recommend them to anyone with serious computer problems. They are arrogant, untruthful, and expensive. I would have been better off spending the money on a new computer instead of waiting ten days for them to trash mine under the guise of repairing it.

The service was terrible and I even purchased there two times. They were nasty and did not stand by their product or their word. They actually sold me a broken item! I believe they are financially struggling to stay open. I also happen to run into a man who was telling me his experience as well that same day. Very sad when customers should always be treated with respect.

I go to this store to buy the occasional cable or fan when I am to impatient to wait for amazon or ebay.(Because everything in that store is severely marked up and the sales people treat you like you are an idiot)Today I sent my fiance in to get me a MALE SATA TO MOLEX or MOLEX TO MALE SATAOf course these simpletons sent her back with a $5.36 MOLEX POWER TO FEMALE SATAI will never go there again. Or refer anyone to them.
