Love how store changed. Register area is a bit tight. Maybe they could make that alittle wider.

Older store (but sparkly clean) and parking lot is not great but they had a bunch of odds and ends I was looking for. The employees were all very friendly and helpful.

Love the new updates! The store had always been clean and the staff is always helpful and kind but it really feels like a whole new store now. I would definitely recomend checking it out if you havent been in a while.

My husband and I went there and bought a TV stand. We got the last one and they helped us load the box into the car. We got home and 4 of the larger pieces were broken and impossible to put together. We went back and let the employees know and they resolved our issue quick and kindly. Helped us exchange it out with the floor model since the box we purchased was the last one. We appreciate it! When I need to buy something, I always check out Big Lots first. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful. The prices are generally lower and the quality of the merchandise is generally fine as well. In addition their store hours are consumer friendly.

Easiest and most pleasant store to go into with lots of good snacks. Never crowded and always following covid guidelines. Quick in and out with no hassles.

Store appeared to be filthy, and under stocked. I wouldn’t be surprised to see this location closed in the new year.

Great Store Has some great deals

This store will probably close soon. No maintenance has been done in a long time. Huge pothole in the concrete inside the store. We went here on Christmas Eve and there was only one cashier and he was keeping up just fine. Thats how slow this store is.

Always a pleasant experience. The store is can and well-stocked. The staff are cheerful and helpful. The MOD is an impressively competent and personable young man. Lots of hidden gems for your shopping trip or errands-many items beat out big-box store prices. Great for a quick trip too :)

Prices were competitive to other stores in the area. They did have some nice sales buy one get one half price and they had some other sales on as well as clearance from Valentines! Now is the time to look for summer furniture too, they have a good selection to choose from.

I keep Big Lots on my rotation for cleaning products, and a certain set of packages foods. If you can find what you want in those categories, the prices will please you.Also their sales of furniture and housewares are excellent. Be sure to check the ads before you go...or at least, when you get there.The store is clean and the staff extremely cheerful and efficient. Its a win-win!

The employees were very nice and we were greeted by everyone. To bad the store is so run down. Tiles were missing at the entrance and it could definitely use some paint. I gave it 4 for the employees I would give it a zero for the store itself

About a year ago I was at check out and the cashier told me my card was declined. She tried again and it was declined. I checked my bank account and not only was there enough funds but she had charged me twice and it was a substantial amount, leaving me with very little money left. She was unapologetic and had a not-my-problem attitude. I asked for a manager. He was also unapologetic and literally shrugged. I was in tears because I was about to leave empty handed and with basically no money for the weekend, and neither of them showed empathy. My bank sorted it out on Monday (some sort of authorization glitch in their system) so as I already knew, it wasnt the stores fault.. but it was them that were very cruel in the way they handled the situation. I sent in a corporate complaint (with names) and some sort of regional manager reached out to me. I sometimes regret not answering her message but there wasnt much she could do to make me feel any better about that day. I still havent returned to any of their locations and dont think I ever will. Every time I see one of their stores, I get a sinking dark feeling in my chest. Theyve lost my business for life.

Driveway and front entrance in total disrepair. Prices are ok.Having good sales on some things, esp water and early Xmas gifts. youll get a coupon on the bottom of your receipt if you spend $40 on your next visit you save $10 which is a really great deal.

All of my friends love this store. I guess there are some good deals. I think its run down and kinda creepy.

We had a very pleasant experience at Big Lots! We were in search of a mattress and we found a Serta queen sized mattress for a reasonable price that was in stock. We were assisted by Jason who was very helpful and kind! He greeted us promptly. He was knowledgeable about his department and did not pressure us into a decision. We went to many different places in search of a mattress and his customer service superceded that of the high-end furniture and mattress stores! We were very please!

Good place for a bargain but not as good as it used to be

If want a deal on a new mattress you can get the box spring for only ten bucks till close on Sept 7th. U really cant beat their prices and the annual deals for their rewards members. U actually get back tangible rewards for using the thing unlike the tops gas points for a gas station that doesnt even exist
