So helpful with a question regarding my ge washer

This past summer we had our washer, then our dryer go on the blink and both times repairman, Doug, came to the rescue. He knew exactly what the problems were and in both cases was able to repair them on site within the same day that I had called. He is VERY knowledgeable and conscientious. Great customer service! Thank you Doug for doing such a great job!!!

We purchased our new Kitchenaid appliances from here. They had a lot of variety in the store and gave me a great deal. The guys that delivered and installed everything were very polite. I love shopping local and would recommend them to anyone looking for new or used appliances!!

Our dishwasher has now been broken for over a month, they no call no showed our first scheduled appointment, finally after about a month they finally came to see what was wrong, and scheduled a replacement for a week later between 10 and noon. At 5 pm a technician finally arrived, made a disaster of our kitchen, and left with no repair completed as they didn’t have the correct water line connection.

I totally recommend these guys! I needed replacement agitator dogs for my washing machine and they were the first place I called. They had them in stock and held them aside for me. I showed up during my lunch break and quick and easy I had them in my hands. Great customer service and really friendly. Thanks again. I will keep them in mind for future projects or issues dealing with my appliances.

Took in my dryer so they could repair it. Doug was great and quick to get back to me. I have been using them for years and recommend them to everyone.

Here is the story. We ordered a stove and dishwasher in October. They were going to deliver them on Nov 20th before thanksgiving. They ordered the wrong stove. It was gas instead of electric. After it didnt work we just decided to have it all done after the counters were installed. We told them when we were getting the counters done and when to have them come bring the appliances. Well they opted to not order the stove until we told them when we wanted it, not when the learned it was wrong. So they put us on the delivery list for the day we wanted, never telling us it was never ordered. So the delivery day came and they never gave us a delivery window which was strange. We kept calling and they said we would be getting it that day. Finally at 530 on Friday they called and said we would not be getting our oven and we could call back Tuesday to figure it out. We asked for the owners number and we called him. Turns out they didnt order it until we called for delivery. They said we were missing the fan but it turned out it was the whole stove. After round and round with the owner we were put on the Saturday special delivery without the fan. When the guy came to deliver he asked if we ordered a floor model and told us this must be a loaner. So we called the owner again and he has insured us it will get done properly. We have to wait and see. No contact since the loaner has been dropped off.

Made an appointment for between 1pm and 4pm for them to look at our broken dryer. They no call/no showed. Is Doug gone?

I had a part in my washing machine that had to be fixed. The guy said he would be here on a certain day between 8:30 and 5 and wanted me to confirm with their office that that was OK, so I did. On the day chosen I waited until 1pm to call and see why he wasnt there. The person on the phone said I was scheduled for between noon and 5. Luckily, I dont work but if I did Id be upset. Anyway, its an easy replacement of a part that costs maybe $100. BUT theres a service fee - $99, and the guy charges $109 per hour labor ($109!). He only worked about 25 minutes but of course he has to charge a full hour. Basically it was a very easy job on his part and he charged me $208 for doing it. I wont go back, I feel ripped off.

Had Doug out to fix my dishwasher. Very personable guy - went right to the problem and fixed it quickly for only a minimal charge. Id recommend Willamette Valley Appliance to anyone. Steve

Appreciate the great service I received from Jonathan Gooden at the Canby location last week. The store was really busy and he was there on his own but he handled each customer and my own purchase, cord connection and loading with great patience.Recommend that the store invest in additional options for delivery and have more help in the store.

Hunted about for a dishwasher drain hose, no luck anywhere until I walked into WVA, had one on the shelf, thanks much, clean dishes again!

Horrid service and follow up. Im a retired businessman and was in the service industry over 35 years. The follow through is horrible. Please take any business and services need you might have and shop elsewhere.

Poor customer service. I have left messages over the past two days and Ive not received a returned call. The call goes straight to a message that says they call back typically within the area. Sad as I want to do business with local merchants.
