Jack Brito and his staff were absolutely great. Brought my 67 Firebird in for some body work. They took care of that and then spent extra time adjusting/tweaking wheel well moldings, because they didnt look right. Great work, highly recommend them.

It can be very easy to write a positive review when everything goes perfectly, but I often the real judge of a business is how they handle difficulties. I encounter some issues regarding a loaner vehicle, and I was treated with the utmost respect and care. Not only that, the body damage my car took in the ice storm last winter was repaired without flaw. When I picked up my car it looked fresh off the showroom floor. They also worked quickly and were done with my car sooner than expected. Everyone was kind and professional. Also, my phone lets me know if a door is open or unlocked. Every single working day I got some sort of alert, meaning my car wasn’t just sitting on the lot waiting. They were actively working on it daily. It’s a long drive from Portland, but worth the trip. They also worked directly with insurance, and it was absolutely painless. Hands down would recommend to anyone.

Took my wifes Mercedes in for rear left axle damage. Our Mercedes got hit while it was parked. The rim was completely damaged and the axle was bent. The crew at Hot Rod DreamWorks put it all together with Mercedes factory parts not aftermarket parts. We were happy with the results. Couldnt even tell it had been hit. I have nothing but good things to say about everyone at Hot Rod Dreamworks. They were nothing short of amazing. My car had a lot of damage from our recent ice storm and they went over it with a fine tooth comb and made sure they addressed all of the spots that were hit by ice and tree branches. We had a couple of teeny, tiny spots that we had to return for, and they cheerfully and quickly fixed everything. Amanda is amazing, that gal juggles lots of things all at once and does it efficiently and effectively, all while being very pleasant to work with. They fixed our car after we got into an accident and painted it and they did a phenomenal job on our car. Haven’t had time to upload a review and it’s about time I do so. I want others to be happy as I’ve been when I get my vehicles back from these awesome people at hot rod dream works.Ever since I took the chance to use them for the repairs of my unfortunate traffic accidentsI wouldn’t go back to using other shops or any recommended shops by insurances.I’ll say that I tend to be very detail oriented on repairs and I know I got on they’re nerves once or twice but they always kept it professional and always respectful. When I had taken in my tacoma 2011 for repair on rear drivers side door it got replaced and the issue was that the texture rock spray at lower portion of door wasn’t looking proper to me.Jack the owner ordered the special spray texture that Toyota uses to make it look original. And I’ll say that made me happy. They do it right or don’t don’t do it at allThe second visit was due to some drunk lady hitting my Jeep Grand Cherokee at rear door and again a good experience and the work is great.Recently I’m scheduled to take it back In for a door adjustment and a small clear coat are that needs attention.If you’re looking for shops.& not sure where to go don’t trust insurances on picking out a shop you have doubts on.take a chance on these good folks, at Hot Rod Dream Works

I live in Vancouver, Washington. They are the best anywhere around and worth the drive to Canby, OR. They are perfectionists and do not disappoint.

I had not used these guys in the past, but friends have and were impressed with them. During the past ice storm while driving through a controlled intersection, a huge hunk of ice fell off of the signal and signal pole as I was under it. Slammed onto the hood of the truck, and almost gave me a heart attack! Numerous small dents and dings on the hood, some only visible in certain light. I was concerned that all of them would be repaired, should not have worried! They did an excellent job and were very professional and friendly. If I ever have the misfortune to need body work done again, this will be the place that I go. Thanks folks!

My 2009 Focus was sideswiped by large commercial van. I had estimates made and then a friend suggested Hot Rod in Canby. Very fair and reasonable estimate to repair all the damage: hood, right light, bumper, wheel cover, etc. Hot Rod did a fantastic job of repairing and replacing damaged parts of the car. Cant even tell it was damaged at all. Also fixed right mirror (which was not part of the accident) and other nicks and dents. I heartily recommend this company...And they detailed the inside.! Cant say enough about this company. All Good!

I had a great experience with Hot Rod Dreamworks from the Moment I walked in the door to set up an appointment to bring my 2019 F-350 in for some minor Body and Paint work.... I worked with Jack from the get go, and he walked me through all the steps they would take with the repair to get my truck back to factor condition and even showed me some other vehicles he had just finished the body work and paint on so I could see the quality of job I should expect... You can Tell that they take Great pride in the work that they all do....I had some minor dings and a bunch of deep paint scratches clear to the primer and I just went and picked my truck up Today which is exactly the Day my truck was promised to be finished and the body line where the Dents where is totally straight again and can not even tell it was ever dented.... The paint job they did is amazing as it perfectly matches the factor paint... Job well Done guys.... I stopped in at Hot Rod Dreamworks with a very minor dent and a mark from bumping into a car. Eric came out to look at it and when he gave me the estimate (which i thought was very reasonable) to get the dent out, I told him I couldn’t really afford it. But he buffed out the slight marks on the car and didn’t charge me for that. Jack (the owner) came out and ended up buffing my headlight covers while we were visiting. Wow! DEFINITELY WOULD NOT recommend just based on my first experience trying to drop my car off!?! Thanks for telling me you were open til 1 and that I could bring my car in when ever was convenient, when in truth you CANT drop your car off! None the less even get in through the locked gates that nobody mentioned would be there! Then after i call and politely ask the guy that answered if he could please open the gate for a minute so i could drop my car off, after driving a half hr and having someone take the time to follow me for a ride home.... But no, cant do that, he said its Christmas eve. .....?? So I guess that means you dont help a customer??? Okay then, Ill take my business elsewhere!!

I had a good size dent on my truck bed went to Hot Rod Dreamworks for a quote to get my truck fixed. They were very efficient they had me in and out in a timely manner Eric Brito was great alongWith the front office staff and the owner Jack. We scheduled a time for me to bring my truck back I dropped it off on a Friday and got it back the following Friday. The work they do is great my truck was detailed out and looked like it did when I bought it. They used genuine GM parts which is huge plus as well for me. They nailed it and I highly recommend the. I am embarrassingly remiss in this review on Hot Rod Dreamworks in Canby, OR.They have repaired our car twice now and the results without doubt were better than new off the line. Plus Jack even did some touch up work on my pickup with remarkable results. Without doubt they are second to none.When I first needed repairs a friend recommended Hot Rod Dreamworks and it was the best advice one could receive. So I called them and was greeted by Amanda who is the most friendly and knowledgeable person I could have wished for. She put all my concerns at ease in a very professional manner and said stop in at my convenience for a bid and shell take it from there which she did.Upon arrival Jack greeted me and made formal introductions to Amanda and also Jeff, an extremely nice gentleman and professional who conducted and prepared the bid. Upon reviewing the bid I said lets do it and called my insurance agent that I wanted Hot Rod Dreamworks to do the repairs. I conveyed the information to Amanda and she said shell take it from there and provided me with a loaner car and Jeff gave me a completion date. Everything, and I mean everything went exactly as I was told including completion date and time to pick up our car.At the top of this review I said Ive had their dynamic service twice and the second one was as professionally completed as the first.INTEGRITY is the one word that epitomizes Hot Rod Dreamworks! I have a 71 Ghia that had the rear damaged. I contacted Jack at Dream works on 9/21 - sent pictures and called him. The issue my car due to the accident had a major oil leak and to repair this, the back pieces smashed in would need to be pulled out to allow repair. Jack was going to check on if I should pull it out or could I tow it in for body repair. NEVER heard back. I called again after 2 weeks dealing with my claims person and now - oh, well we cannot handle it for months - no idea when we could get to it. I call this unprofessional: 1 ) never called me back 2) knew at the time of my call that he would not or did not want to work on it so tell me up front.

Having had the misfortune of 3 (count them three) accidents (none being our fault) since January, we have also had the good fortune of working with Hot Rod Dreamworks each time. These folks made life very easy and did a fantastic job on the cars. They are nice people on top of it and although I hope we do not need their services again for awhile I would tell anyone that DOES to go to them!! Dont event think about going anywhere else. The experience I had with everyone at Hot Rod Dreamworks and Collision Repair was outstanding! Someone backed into my truck bed and drove off as it was parked. A good friend recommended them to me and I took his advise. My trucks body work and paint came out exceptional, matching the original paint on my 2004 original paint vehicle. They went the extra mile to put on a new bumper, I had previously ordered. I also asked if they would order weather-strip for one of my door seals. They did and installed it at no charge, after I told them I would install it myself. It is very nice deal with a company who takes customer service seriously and who also takes pride in their finished product. This is rare these days. If you are skeptical ask them for a tour of their shop and you will understand why you should take your business to them!

Since living in Canby April of 2001, Ive always given Jack Brito at HotRod Dreamworks my autobody business. He is extremely professional and kind, and the level of work quality is exceptional. HotRod Dreamworks has done repairs on six vehicles Ive owned over the years dating back to when they were just getting started and putting together their first drive in paint booth. My latest project for them was to repaint the rear bumper on my 2013 VW Passat. Its was a very challenging color to get a good color match on and I was very pleased with how well it came out. The color match on my bumper paint repair was dead on. I would definitely recommend getting any auto body work you need done at HotRod Dreamworks, you wont be disappointed.

Jack and Jeff and their team truly offer the best service and performance of any body shop in the area. There are a lot of good body shops, but very few that really stand out. I have had multiple vehicles worked on by HRDW and also some custom paintwork done for one of my motorcycles. These guys and gals are second to none. You will not be disappointed!

State Farm didnt care if I left satisfied with the repair after being backed into by their client. In the end Jack made sure I was happy even though it was extra work for him.

3 rock dents in side door and panels DISAPPEARED, and the paint was blended fabulously with front door and rear bumper. Finest thing in second place, was a complete car was, vacuum interior, and wipe down of all surfaces with nicely scented cleaner. Best of the best. I hope I dont need them again, but if I do, Ill return...No Doubt!

The service experience at Hot Rod Dreamworks was excellent. At 53 years old I have had some experience dealing with body shops and repair shops over the years. From the first phone call to the last visit, every interaction was friendly and efficient. When I stopped in for an estimate I mentioned that Im into classic cars so I received a tour of the shop including a look at some current classic car projects. When I dropped my vehicle off for repair I needed a shuttle across town, they happily abliged which included a ride in a nice red Corvette :-) After delivering the finished product I had to return for a small adjustment. Initially I had planned to leave the truck overnight but upon arrival, even though it was past 5:00pm I was asked if I would like to just wait for the repairs. They suggested it would be 5 minutes amazing but literally 5 minutes later my vehicle was back out front being wiped off with the adjustment/repair completed. Canby is a small town still and this shop knows how to treat customers with what I would say is small town friendly service. They clearly understand customer service means that every employee needs to take charge and make the interaction a positive one. Thank you.

Great customer service

The people are great, the work is impeccable and they are amazingly fast. They are artists and you can tell that they love what they do. All that and they drove me home and picked me up. I have never had a better experience wrecking my car! Almost makes me want to have all my friends go out and wreck their cars, too. I really love supporting small businesses and these guys and gals help prove its the way to go. They are masters at their craft and enjoy the relationships with customers as well.

These guys did a fantastic job on the front end of my 2016 Kia Sorento SXL. It looks like new. It had been backed into by a Ford expedition so it had some damage to the bumper.

I was referred to HRDW by State Farm for the replacement of the drivers side mirror on my 2015 3500 RAM. They restore some 100k classic cars so my 325.00 mirror seemed minor. To my surprise they treated me as if I had brought in a 100k classic restoration. The mirror was replaced with perfection and on time. I would recommend HRDW to anyone who wants good old time service, respect and excellent work

I could not be happier with the excellent customer service I received at Hot Rod Dreamworks!! I have a friend who works at Canby Ford (in the same lot as Hot Rod Dreamworks) that referred me when my car was damaged in an accident.I have had bad experiences in the past with auto body shops from under estimating and being crushed with hundreds more in repairs at the end, to simply taking weeks to get into the shop or once my vehicle was there, it was held hostage. But mostly, communication seemed to be minimal to nonexistent making me feel like I had to constantly call to see what was going on. None of these were the case with Hot Rod Dreamworks.I was super impressed with the exceptional and professional customer service. The front office was neat and welcoming…not a greasy, dirty mess like some auto body shops are. I was greeted and escorted around the facility to explain where and how my vehicle was to be repaired. It made me feel that my business was important to them. I even saw the shop where they work on classic and rare vehicles…these folks really take great care and pride in their work…and it shows.Jeff and Shannon in the front office we outstanding in their customer service…everything was made effortless for me. Dont worry…we will handle all of that was what I heard several times. I felt like I was in good hands. After dropping my 5th wheel on the rails of my dodge pickup I took it to Jeff at hotrod, I have waited for 6 months to write this post as i wanted to make sure the paint matched not just as it was done but down the road a-ways, I am very impressed on the finish product, paint is perfect as is the body work, it looks just as it did the day I brought it home from the stealership.A little on my background,,,I have worked in the past at detail shops, done minor body work, painted 2 cars, had paint and body work done at other shops including dealerships, a few years ago I knocked a tool box onto the rear quarter panel of my black miata, which was fixed by another shop in Canby ( I still cuss them every time I look at it in the sunlight ), I am very particular about blemishes in the paint, they would be particularly obvious to the eye as the panels are buffed and waxed one at a time. And after several detail jobs on my truck, Im glad to say Im VERY happy with hotrod dreamworks.I poped in several times unannounced just to see the progress, I know it was a pain in the butt for them as it disrupts their progress, but they always greeted me with a smile, explained their progress, and they had it back in the estimated time even though they all stayed late on a hot Friday afternoon to get it completed for me. thanks again for fixing my baby! And yes if i was to damage another of my cars they will also be going to visit jeff at hotrod.
