Rob assessed and researched a repair on a Milgard window that the local Milgard rep didnt know how to repair, and ultimately Rob determined Milgards warranty required them to fix it. Replaced glass in Bedroom, great price and excellent service. Came the same day we called to measure up and called back within a couple of days with a quote once we had contacted manufacturer to get price for the glass. Had the glass fitted today and am very happy with it.
