What a wonderful experience while having to deal with battery issues.... The customer service personnel were above par and very helpful and honest. I had paid for the new battery with core in hand, left the store to install the new battery and they forgot to give me the credit for the core. As I was was in the parking lot doing the install, an associate came out to inform me of their error and my refund was waiting for me inside...... I Appreciate Honesty
