Been going there for over 6 years now. Always a super friendly staff and got to know several of them well. Always a positive experience,and now Im an employee here and really like it !

Pharmacy closed all weekend!! Unable to get meds !!! Omg, Prozac has to wait till Monday? Can’t even transfer as no one is working in the pharmacy !! Bad form !! Rite Aide !! Think you need new management!! Before you get sued for wrongful deaths

My husband and I both have had to recently test for COVID-19 and the drive thru experience was super convenient, easy and not painful. You will however have to wait a number of days for results. You make your appointment online (required to have an exclusive email account for each person), you later drive to the drive-up pharmacy window, you give them your name and reference ID, they send a packaged swab and a test tube w/screw cap through their drawer. The pharmacist instructs you on how to swab in both nostrils for 15 seconds ea, tells you to put the swab in the test tube and you give it back to them through the drawer. I was tested on a Fri afternoon and got my test results by email Wed morning. My husband tested on a Wed afternoon and received his test results Saturday morning. All for free! You might have to wait a while in line at the pharmacy drive thru for others to be processed, but otherwise the experience was exactly how their online description and video was.

Drive Through Pharmacy is great and carries friendly staff

The pharmacy and pharmacy staff are great! Most of the front staff are pretty great but the manager Teresa is HORRIBLE. She is rude and has no people skills. She got mad at an employee for making small talk during a transaction with me (which is common courtesy...). She is always rude and makes me want to shop somewhere else.

Had a very bad interaction with Teressa the store manager. I will not be returning, she is a vile woman.

Never transferred over my prescription or notified me when it was ready.

This pharmacy is always slow, with no apparent reason. Poor customer service.

Compared to Walgreens, Rite Aid is $$$ otherwise friendly service.

No novelty freezer (the individual wrapped ones) so we went to thriftway instead.
