We needed to unjunk our sleep as its being called. We decided to shop local in Canby. Our first stop was here, and the Sales Man Tim made it our only trip. Tim was extremely knowledgeable of the product and asked us all the right questions to see what our needs were. Let us try out the mattress and pillows to get what was best for us. I liked that he shared information about the company and even the dynamics of the employees. I really liked going here with my parents while they looked for a new bed. The salesman got a kick out of me teasing my parents, especially my dad acting like he was really old testing each mattress. The best part was finding an aromatherapy pillow, I have a hard time falling asleep and have tried a lot to help that. The pillow helps my senses calm down when I am getting ready to fall asleep and the pillow is the perfect blend of softness and firm. Plus the salesman let me try out the fancy massage chair and it made me want my parents to buy it!

Absolutely loved our experience here, my wife and I had been sleeping on the same bed for almost 15 years and desperately needed an upgrade. With all the beds out there now we had no idea where to start. Tim was how I enjoy salesman to be, not hovering but close by when we started to have questions. Plus once we were interacting he was paying attention to what we wanted and pointed us towards the best options. He also was upfront about the current delays in mattress production which was a huge help in our decision since we really didn’t want to wait for the bed. His personal stories about what’s helped him really sold the details we had wanted by going to an adjustable bed. I would absolutely recommend anyone go see him and get his help considering how much better I sleep!

Tim Lowery at the Canby location was very helpful when I stopped in to ask questions about which mattress and frame would be the best for me to purchase. There are so many options to choose from these days. I am very satisfied with the matress and bed frame that I chose.

My wife and I stopped by the Canby location to check out some options for a new mattress. We were lucky enough to work with Joe; his consultative and educational approach was extremely helpful in picking out the best options for our family. There is so much more to the world of mattresses than we were previously aware of, and we found our time with Joe to be interesting and relevant. We were able to get an entire king set (mattress, adjustable frame, sheets, pillow, etc.). Joe was able to secure a 48 hour delivery turnaround time as well, and they will be hauling away our old mattresses. This has been a phenomenal experience and a “one stop shop;” we highly recommend anybody looking for a new mattress to specifically seek out Joe at the Canby location, you won’t be disappointed.

My husband and I went here looking to find a new mattress after sleeping on the same one for FAR too long. As I am sure many couples can attest to we were driving each other crazy at night, my husband would regularly snore and drive me crazy. When he wasnt snoring he was tossing and turning and shaking the bed interrupting my time between snores. Tim helped us find our solution to this nightly issue, that split kings can make it so each person can get their own mattress to fit their needs. He was super helpful pointing us to the different levels of firmness and listening to what we thought of each one and directing us to what he thought would be better. Our adjustable split king is amazing! I dont feel my husband move at all anymore! Plus he rarely snores now with being able to raise his back up, it is by far the best sleeping experience of our marriage!

I was very nervous about shopping for a mattress because I have heard they can be high pressure transactions, but Tim was great. Incredibly knowledgeable and patient with my husband and I as we became more and more overwhelmed. He walked us through the options and explained the pros/cons and differences of each without trying to push us out of our price range.I was also under the impression that matresses were extremely expensive. There definitely were a few up there in price, but also some comfortable feeling king sizes for under $1000.We had intended to just get some ideas to research on our own, but Tim made us feel comfortable enough to buy one on the spot. It also helps to know that you can return the mattress if you dont end up loving it.

When you think of making a huge purchase like a new bed, you don’t always think of finding your perfect fit in small town Canby, but Mattress World proved me wrong! Joe was fantastic, helped me find a mattress that was just the right softness and I am very picky! We had a great time shopping and chatting, the best buying experience I could ask for! Delivery was just as great, they were on time and efficient and even hauled away the old foam topper we wanted to get rid of! Just bought our mattress yesterday. Went in to shop around but the offer we were given couldnt be beat. The salesman was so nice, knowledgeable, helpful and all around great. He made a somewhat feared experience quick and painless. Cant thank him enough! We would definitely recommend this store.

I originally went to another shop but they only delivered to my area on Tuesday and Friday. As I just started a new job, Im not able to take a day off just to sit around waiting on a delivery. Thats when we called Matress World and found that they deliver everyday, weekends included. Went in Saturday and had my new bed delivered Sunday morning. Definitely recommend them.
