Great place to have your electronics serviced or fixed. Jim is a great guy who aims to please and wont take your money if he believes it isnt worth it for you. While I was at his shop I heard him talk to other customers and he explained to them how to do something easy themselves, instead of him taking their money to do a job that anyone can do.He fixed my controller as a favor to me even though he doesnt work on controllers. Even though it was a pain in the neck and took way longer than either of us anticipated, he still got the job done even though he had to order a tool that he didnt own to fix my issue. He even let me come behind the counter and watch as he explained exactly what he was doing and why because I like to learn about stuff like that.Great place. If you have a computer or electronics issue, take it to Jim, hell help you out.

A laptop decided to just quit charging and it wasnt the battery or the AC power cord. A new ASUS was ordered and Jim performed a back up/restore to move all the data from the two hard drives in the old laptop to the new laptop.Very fair in price and extremely fast in getting the job done!Thank you so very kindly!

I called Jim today because I was tolerating something with my computer that was driving me crazy! He said come on in and was so quick and helpful! I loved his support and appreciated how quickly he was able to fix my computer problem so I can create and be in my business on my computer. I’ve read previous reviews for Computers Made Ez and there were many good reviews so I brought my laptop in for repair (I had the blue screen of death)I have to say that this is the place to go for computer repair. My laptop runs like new now, actually better. Upgrades are available if you are so inclined. (I upgraded my drive to solid state and it’s now a screaming machine). Simply said, Jim is a true professional and he knows his stuff! He’s quick and has very good prices. You won’t be disappointed.

Im always down for supporting a local business, espically the best repair store in my hometown Canby, so Ill give it my five star once you reapond. honestly the website needs some TLC (tender loving care) I am developer myself mostly C and JavaScript, I could make a better website with a website builder to be honest. You know the the appearance of the website will make or break you if your running ads, which is WHAT we are going to do! Advertisment is WORTH IT! YOU WILL sales by 4x. Im already working on re-modeling your whole website. Also I spoke with your manager. Im a cellphone repair technication with a lot of experience. Not just in repairs but in customer service. The conversation I had with YOUR manager was disheartening, it sounds like you guys arent open to a little change to grow big! I will work for free until we can turn this business into something profitable(it wont take long, Jim knows what he is doing). I could probably show him some stuff with cellphones, I have my own tools including Microscope (for cellphone repairs). Message me back or have the manager call me back. Hes talked to me before.

GREAT PLACE!!!!!!! So helpful, really nice, were able to fix my computer company wouldnt because my warranty was no good. Definitely going back if anymore of my electronics stop working. Even gave me advice on my phone when I wasnt even there to have it looked at.

I came here in hopes of getting a issue with my graphics card figured out. Within minutes they had the problem diagnosed, fixed, and even made my PC faster! They went above and beyond when even places like geek squad and square wouldnt even do anything for me. They are real stand up people who do good business and go the extra mile for the customer. Words cannot describe how awesome these guys are. My sons laptop screen broke at school when a kid pushed him into a wall and he had Final coming up that he needed that computer for. These guys within 15 minutes found a recycled screen replaced it and had it back up and running in no time, And then they didnt charge me a thing. Exceptional customer service exceptional workmanship I would use them anytime I have a computer issue.

Top rate and best price service in Canby!Jim was unavailable when I stopped in with a soldering emergency so I went to another store with a hard to pronounce name. while I was asking questions the counter tech pulled out a stopwatch... billing me per minute!I decided to wait and have Jim make my solder connection. It took him a few minutes and he did not charge me by the minute.Very reasonable fee for an excellent job. The only repair shop to use in the area!

Honest and fair

I have been going to Computers made ez since Jim opened the shop, Jim does great work, he has great prices on both repair and new computers. I will only take my computers to Jim and when its time to buy a new one, he builds it for me. I also think Jim is a great community leader, he takes the time to help make a difference in the communities teenagers, by not only being a good role model, but helping them learn new skills.

My home pc died a slow painful death and wouldnt come back on one day. I was frantic, broke, and realllyyy didnt want to lose all of my pictures, videos, and audio recordings for my band that were stored on the hard drive. Not to mention all the photos of the kids and grandkids. An online friend suggested Computers Made EZ. I called, he quoted a reasonable fee to diagnose it, so I took it in. Within two hours of leaving they called back and had the problem figured out. Within 4 days all parts were ordered in and my pc was fixed- with a few upgrades it was running better than it ever had before, faster and more efficient. They totally worked within my limited budget. I didnt lose any files and I cant say enough about these guys at the shop. They were fast, friendly, efficient, and much less than I had expected my repairs to cost. I would HIGHLY recommend them if you need computer repairs or upgrades.
