Best Dollar tree I have ever been to so organized and so clean I dont have to dig I didnt have to look at the back of the shelves I didnt have to do any of the stuff you have to do in any of the Portland Dollar trees beautifully set up

This dollar tree, despite having loving employees, are incredibly over-worked and don’t have to enough aid. They’ve gone through nearly four store managers in the past year and several assistant, the amount of pressure is incredible.I love shopping there but fear for my own safety when I’ve watched cashiers get harassed, threaten and almost assaulted by other customers constantly. It’s out of hand! Something needs to be done with this store because it’s crumbling to the ground. Be aware of this as you shop.

If I had to choose between this dollar tree and Disney Land, I wouldnt think twice before pulling into this parking lot. This store is absolutely amazing, when they say EVERYTHING $1.00 they mean it! The soap, the plungers, the food! The list goes on and on. Truly one of my favorite places to go. My only word of caution is that this place traps you in tighter than a Las Vegas casino. With only windows on the front fascia, you WILL go in here for one thing and come out an hour and 45 minutes later with a shopping cart full of everything you could ever want and more. Best canby has to offer

Great place to shop period..you save alot of money shopping here..the kids love this place and are always happy after leaving their..I highly recommend dollar tree..and they have a friendly staff as well..

Great dallor store nice people

By far the rudest single staff member Ive encountered while checking out. Purchased hot wheels for my nephew who collects them and the cashier shoved them all back in the box ruining 30% of my $50 purchase(bending/breaking the cardboard) Was even rude to the customer a head of me, scoffing at him for having a hard to getting their card reader to work and not having $0.50 on him asides from a $100 bill.Disappointed.

This Dollar Tree is usually pretty busy but the employees always do their best to help anyone that needs it, organize the merchandise and keep the registers running smoothly. Ive seen the same employees help out seniors with physical limitations to unload their items. In addition, they dropped everything to call 911 and help an older woman having a medical emergency.Sometimes theres long checkout lines due to the outdated systems and being understaffed but the employees are absolutely wonderful. The store also has many household and food items as well as toiletries and medicine.

Both places were exceptional

Essentials - good enough quality for good enough prices. Pregnancy tests are cheap. Well see if the ovulation predictor is accurate, though.

Love the new cards...BUT...why did they have to change the places for the cards. I buy on the average of 10 to 15 cards a month and now I have to learn their places allover again. For a 75 year old that will be crazy! Cant beat the price so will have to adjust!

It is what it is a Dollar store. Thats not a bad thing or a good thing it is what is. If looking for basics good to find a Lil everything need around house from cleaning, food, dishes, toys, art/craft, and seasonal stuff.

Was looking for my now & layers & couldnt find. When checking out yesterday. I see now & later jelly beans. I said man not the ones I want. Cashier went above & beyond to help me out. She didnt know what they were, But helped me & sure enough. They were in Easter section. I walked right passed not thinking they would be their. Customer service was awesome. Employees asking how are you from moment we walked in.

I would give them a five star rating, but they didnt have any wedding wrapping paper. They did have a large selection of wedding cards. Good customer service.

I went in today, by the minute i was there Lynn welcomed me with a Hello 😊she was so polite and positive person. Lynn was just a wonderful worker.

The best dollar tree for miles.. I literally just drove 30 miles just to visit this dollar tree.. Its the best one!!!

Nice and clean, and you dont always get the best deal there but they have some good finds. Especially good to bring very young children; they can pick any toy they want without breaking the bank

Has a surprising selection of food, especially appreciate the 12 oz breakfast sausage that costs 3 to 4 times the amount for the same brand (Farmer Johns) everywhere else. Store is clean, staff is friendly, nobody has ever tried to harass me about my service animal, most of them ignore him.

This is a littler dollar tree but Im use to it and they usually are pretty well stocked.

Our Canby store is the best!! The friendliest employees and the best customer service..The store is always neat and tidy and the employees go above and to help me even when the store is crazy busy .

The staff did their best but the stores outdated systems caused a back up at the registers. The computer went down and they had to be reboot. Not the first time this happened.

Bought a christmas coffe travel mug recently. It leaked hot coco down the front of my blouse. Ruined the blouse add to that i got to wear it all day. Bought taco shells there last night as a last minute rush got home and realized they were smashed together so badly they were unfit to eat. You could not peel one single shell off the mushy sodden mess. Took both back today. I figured id just grab a couple items and exchange. Only to have the store manager tell me they dont refund food or holiday items. Both were unfit and defective but your store does not care about that. I went online to speak with customer service and none of the customer care links would open. I contacted the sales department because that was the only link that worked just to be told go talk to the store manager or try on a home computer. I used to shop here often. But obviously this company does not care about its product quality or customers. Absolutely disappointing. Poorly handled dollar tree. Good news is i talk to a lot of peole daily and where i used to talk this store up i will be telling every one just how lousy your policies and your personel are. Great way to loose $50-$100 a month over 2 lousy dollars worth of defective product.

The only thing I would recommend getting here is Christmas wrapping paper and bows. Everything else is junk.

I had 4 crazy kids picking toys and treats, and they were so patient, let me check out twice so no one was held up while serious decisions were made. The toys all work which has not always been the case before, and the food and drinks were very cold.

I came in to buy some water bottles and had some of the worst customer service from the cashier Joelle. She was rude and snotty with me because I didnt count the water bottles that were in my basket. She proceeded to slam them on the counter. Where has the customer service aspect gone in our society?
