The customer service is amazing and to the elder guy with the long beard you are amazing for staying open 20 minutes longer for me to drop off boxes. Amazing work keep it up! π
I believe it was the owner refused to give me my tracking receipt. He claimed they donβt give tracking receipts for Amazon returns and Amazon emails a tracking number. I asked if this was new because Iβm always given one and he said no they donβt give them. I said I know that they go to a big bin but the number printed letβs me call the store and track the status and he said no he answers the phones and they donβt do this. Iβve returned tons of Amazon packages and never been denied a tracking or package number and Amazon never emailed me a tracking number. The gentleman refused to even print the code he had.
Horrible customer service, lazy, lazy owner. They said I cannot use my UPS account number to ship out of there store, left the store called UPS and asked if this was accurate, customer service advised me they were incorrect, I could ship out of any UPS store with my account number, drove to Oregon city UPS store, and amazingly, was able to ship all my boxes out using my account number. This owner is either so lazy or uneducated about how to run his business, it is pitiful.
Have shipped UPS packages from this store on several occasions. They are knowledgeable, efficient and reasonably priced. Feel fortunate to have this service locally.

I sent my husband in to pick up a print job that was completed the day before. He showed the staff the order number and without bothering to look up the order number was told that the package was not there and would not help my husband try to locate it. I needed to call and inquire as to why my print job was not ready for pickup when I got an email telling me it was. Oh, it was a print job? Yeah that is here. I was told it was a package.Well, no you were not and if you had just looked at the confirmation you were shown and offered any form of customer service we would have been thrilled.
I have used this location for printing and shipping. Sometimes the printing is expensive, but it is ALWAYS done right the first time and never fails to meet or beat the given date of completion. So dependable. Shipping through this location as very quick and east. These people know what they are doing.

Ive been working with Warren and staff for over 10 years. I have given them many challenges from overnight posters to Nevada, flyers and brochures needed for next day meetings, business cards for clients and shipping of one of my framed paintings to Arizona. In each instance they did an outstanding job. I never worry about deadlines or quality with Warrens UPS store.
Just did a decent amount of Amazon returns. The younger girl with the glasses and brownish blond hair was so rude! I understand Amazon returns are a pain, but dont let the customer see that or dont work there.
The man that works at this location has horrible customer service and is beyond rude. I guarantee, I will not use this location ever again and will tell others not to use it as well.

I never leave reviews but this place was ridiculous! Could not believe how rude and unfriendly the employees are. I tried to be kind and friendly to the blonde gal that was helping me. She stuffed my nicely packaged wedding gift in a bag that was too small, and was extremely rude the entire time I was there. After she wanted to charge $50 for a light package that was only UPS ground, I decided to go somewhere else. I ended up being the one to kindly say βhope you have a nice day!β To which she completely ignored. Was trying to support local but definitely never going back there. horrible customer service!

This is the third time Ive used the Canby UPS Store. Each time has been consistent in the terrible customer service. No one has ever been friendly/smiled and no one offers to help ever. Even when I request help at the copier they help other people first who were there after me. Really bad service!

From the moment we walked in we were met with horrific customer service. The blond lady was rude and very unhelpful when we were returning three items. She talked over my wife when she was asked a question and wouldnβt listen to any questions that we had. She was so bad with customer service that we ended up leaving with two of the three items we wanted to return. We will never come back to this store and take our business to Wilsonville instead. Hard to believe someone in the service industry could be so clueless about how to listen and be helpful to their customers.
Warren has been great sending out our mail. He always tries to get our mail in one pkg and we appreciate it. He gives us good service and answers questions I may have regarding our mail.

Owner was very very rude and very unhelpful. I wanted to return packages and one needed a package and I asked if they sell packages knowing it would need to go in one and he just kept saying he needed to scan the code. All I wanted to know was if they sold packages, unsure what that had to do with the code. Kept apologizing as my phone was very slow and no acknowledgement and just kept staring at me and even answered the phone making me wait. Wonβt be going there again.

Horrible ownership. The old cranky man at the counter wouldnβt even give me a receipt for my drop off, will never go to this location again and will drive the extra 10 mins to Oregon city instead. The old man at the counter is the owner. I will figure out a way to file a formal complaint against him but for now a review will do.Ps, as a business owner you should feel very unprofessional in the way you respond to some of these reviews, and I will make sure the formal report included screenshots of the way you speak to your customers. These guys have always printed everything that Ive asked them to print. The prices for a c sized print seemed reasonable -especially the B&W version. Ive been able to get in and out with little fan fare too. quick and easy service.
Dear lazy old guy,Why is it so hard to help someone use the copy machine?! I asked for help twice, received bad instructions, and then they tried to charge me for the bad batches. Then you called the cops! Classy customer service right there...I also love that the owner conveniently forgets to mention i paid for the successful copies before leaving. The first bad batch is on me, but the other was on you because i asked for help. I paid for a successful service, charging me for an unsuccessful service makes you the crook! You won 6$ today but lost my return business for life

Paid for 2 day air on a large check they have lost it be aware they are privately owned and insurance doesnβt cover any loss the most they will do is ship again no refunds not much help DO NOT TRUST this store this really sucks when youβre trying to get repairs made after the fires

Store employees refuse to sign receipt as instructed by UPS for orders with high declared value. They actually told me to flag down a driver on the side of the street to have them sign the receipt. Terrible customer service. Now Im stuck scheduling pick ups for out going shipments so that the insurance value will be covered in case something happens in their possession and I have to file a claim. Back in March they lost a $9000 pump, luckily it was scheduled for pick up and signed otherwise I would have just lost the $9000 due to their policy of not signing shipment receipts. This lost pump took several weeks to locate and send to its destination.
Rude guest experience. He didnt even try to help just refused to try. If you see an older man with a beard turn around and leave. The other employees didnt know what they were doing either. One never got off her phone.
I was very impressed with the friendly efficient service when I sent an item that they packed for me. I was very surprised when the package arrived at its destination faster than I had expect!

My husband and I just moved across country and had a ton of stytofoam peanuts left over after unpacking. We didnt want to just throw them away so my mom called up to see if they BUY the peanuts. They said yes as long as they are clean. So we drove up there and walked in and I said that my mom had called up to see if they BUY the peanuts and again she said yes. We had a couple of garbage bags of them and the rest were still in the boxes used for moving. The clerk looked like we were completely inconveniencing her because they werent all bagged. She gave us a couple bags and we finished transferring them thinking they had to be in bags in order to weigh them or something. Walked back inside with them and a man from the back came and took them and we stood there and waited. She looked at us like a deer in headlights when we asked how much they buy them for. She almost started laughing in our face Oh no, we dont buy them. We dont ever buy them. I told her that was what I asked when I walked in and what my mom asked when she called. She insisted my mom asked if they accepted them. I was standing right next to her, she didnt say that and I certainly didnt say it when I walked in. Very rude people. Dont plan on ever going there for any shipping needs. We werent expecting a lot for them but they are expensive to purchase and anything would have been nice. They are now saving that on their expenses and I highly doubt they will pass the savings down to the customers they use them on...
Although this store is conveniently located in Canby, the staff is consistently unhelpful and rude, I would rather drive to the Oregon City, then ever use this store again.
Called and asked for information about how the hiring process works. I was yelled at, he was extremely rude, impatient and discerning. He wouldnt give me a straight answer, told me to forget working for UPS. Definitely going to be taking my packages elsewhere, I suggest everyone do the same. If this is how he treats potential employees, I cant even imagine how he treats his customers.Edit* I asked if I could leave a resume, and you were very, very rude and discerning, I even tried to correct myself and that I wasnt insisting on working for you, but seeing if I could leave a resume. Ridiculous! It costs a dollar per page to fax!! $22 dollars and they donβt tell you up front plus their machine is so d it took 15 minutes to go through! They should use that high mark up to get a faster fax machine

Oh my God is this place expensive!!! Over $150 to ship a 14 laptop. It would have cost me $37 at the post office and it would have arrived at the same time. And the franchise owner is as warm and inviting as prison guard. Oh, and did I mention this place is expensive? Im never going back. Id give it 0 stars if I could.
DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION FOR NOTARY IF YOU WANT IT DONE PROPERLY!!! The notary, who is also the franchise owner, incorrectly notarized our documents for which we paid $60. They were rejected by the company that they were sent to. He refused to correct or admit his mistake. This was the worst customer service I have ever received. And Im not one to complain.
I try not to rate local businesses badly, but Im very disappointed. I shipped a large package for an eBay customer who requested a specific name to be addressed to, as it was being shipped to a business for a specific employee. I told the clerk very specifically that it needed to be exactly what I wrote on the slip. For one, he seemed less than thrilled for me to walk in and interrupt his sitting there. He typed all the information from the slip in, showed me the only the address, and I okayed it. It never dawned on me he never showed the names.I got a confirmation email that the package was delivered and the name it was shipped to was NOT WHAT I TYPED. There was a word left out, and MY name was spelled wrong. I have very legible hand writing, so all I can think of is pure laziness!Now Ive got one pissed off customer.Always demand you check what they write!

Worse than useless.Got notified that my package was delayed via UPS tracking site. No one can tell me the reason for the delay, or even what day it will be delivered.Drove the 10 miles to this UPS store, hoping for answers.Had to wait half an hour for the three customers in line ahead of me. The older gentleman running the counter may be the slowest person I have ever seen, as well as being in desperate need of a shower and a haircut.Finally get to the front of the line and all he does is go to the UPS customer website and gives me the same info I already had. Then proceeds to inform me that there is a charge for him looking it up ... Forget that noise.I will not be using UPS for any of my future shipping needs.If you use this store, I hope you dont get the unfourtunet experience of dealing with him.
Cant believe I paid for this. I ordered our companys holiday flyers and a designed letter. The lady who I discussed the design with quoted me wrong and did not design to my specs, even after objecting. Noone would reconcile with me and didnt care about my concerns. I was forced to pay their demand because I am out of time to start over. I had objected over the proofing process, but they disputed. I finally just approved the proofs due to being out of time for this back and forth. This was the worst. I am going back to the company I used to use. This took a week longer than it should have and they have poor customer service at the point of sale. He could not have cared less and just hunched his shoulders at me. No mngr was around at the time and when she came in, she looked at me(she is already aware of the issues from our emails), and she just ignored me completely. I had to pay for poor work. I asked for colorful Christmas colors on the flyer, red green- I got a flyer with a brown wreath! Dont go for anything that takes design and planning. The design lady doesnt have the skills necessary for this job in my opinion.
Warren the manager is the most non customer orentated person Iβve ever seen I canβt believe UPS would stand for a representative as he. Twice Iβve been in there to ship something and went away not able to do so and there were questions I had he could have solved my problem and completed the task and I could have went away happy....but they are slow mean and not helpful even when they could be..I will travel 20miles one way to a different ups store to avoid having warren or the lady that is sometimes there ruin my day. The guy working in the store was rude to me and the customer before. All I wanted was a box he took my item where I couldnt see it and packaged it up instead of packing it where I could see since what was being shipped was very expensive.
Cost $135 to send a computer and box it to Ohio. Ridiculous! You hand them a label with all the info on it and they make you manually write it on some other slip. Its like they are intentionally trying to be annoying. Its worth it to go elsewhere even though its 15 minutes away.Also went in to get contract notarized. The gal who notarized was ridiculous as well. She wouldnt accept my ID saying was invalid. Was a little hard to read but was clearly legible. I left and went to the USBank, had no problem getting it notarized.
Ive used this store a few times for a few different things from printing business posters, to shipping personal items and the service was always friendly and prompt!

With Warren, an item will always get to the destination intact and on time. --- Yes, the prices seem high. But, the cost of driving to Wilsonville in terms of lost productivity and gasoline, combined with the convenience and trust I have in Warren make this a very good value.------------Unfortunately, I have to agree with the reviewers disappointment in Warrens helper. Still, very good store.
I requested to have a package shipped here and picked up. I was given the wrong instructions and when I called 2 days later to check on the package was then told OTHER instructions and that my package was going to be refused. I pleaded with the owner to help me out with this, the package was merchandise for my business. The owner, who refused to give me his name and hung up on me, refused to help me and said he was going to refuse to accept the package. He then tried to blame me for not shipping it correctly. Even corperate tried to get him to help me and he refused. Not only is this HORRIBLE business practice but it is also the actions of a down right mean spirited human being.
I just read all the negative reviews of this store and replies by its owner, Warren, and I have to conclude that his picture should be by the word self-justification in the dictionary. The one time I did go in the store, I got the impression of a woman employee knitting, who found my dropping off a prepaid package an interruption of her day. I dont appear to be alone in that. Where theres smoke-----.

UPS store in Canby is an unprofessional establishment. I was curious why this place have poor reviews... until I experienced frist hand the rudeness, nasty attitudes from the workers. Also this location is more expensive versus FedEx. Its not worth my time doing business with this location.

Extremely expensive to ship a package. I was quoted $70 to ship a package that I then took to the UPS shipping center and was charged less than half.

Wish I would have read the reviews first, as my trip into the Canby UPS was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I will never go back again. They were rude, tried to overcharge me, tried to make me go home to pack a box I was buying there (WTF?}, and snickered at me when I told them I was going to the post offfice. But you know what? The post office sold me a box, taped the box for me, taped a paper with the shipping address for me, and sent the package for half the price.
The owner, Warren, is rude and self centered, how this place stays open is beyond me. Youre better off driving your packages then having to deal with this place!
