I recently purchased a 2022 Acura MDX aspec from Mickey Marrero in August and I couldn’t be happier. Mickey knew exactly what I wanted and he notified me as soon as one was available. He made the process so easy and pleasurable. He walked me thru all of the features on the car and made sure I was comfortable with everything before I left. A few months later he still makes sure I am happy and asks if I need anything. I highly recommend this dealership and Mickey as a salesman!!

Not the best time to need and shop for a new car, but everyone at Acura of Avon was fantastic. Special thanks to Sarah our sales person who was patient and friendly, but at the same time explored options without pressure. Also, the general manager, Ron, was very helpful and offered an option that was perfect for us! Once we had a deal, the finance staff was prepared in advance and had us in and out quickly. I’ve purchased many cars, but have never been treated better or felt so good about the results. We got the exact car we wanted, and a good deal also!!

My experience has been nothing short of wonderful! From the time I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality. Everyone was courteous and very attentive. The finance process was explained thoroughly. It was one of the most efficient processes Ive been through. I even had a hands on walk through of the vehicles features. Out of curiosity, I visited Acura of Avon for the first time in September and I was greeted by Dan. I explained to him that I was looking to trade in my current Acura and I just wanted to see what they had in inventory. By the end of my visit Dan consulted with us manager, Joe, who quoted me at an unbeatable price and promised to have the car delivered the very next day.I am very impressed with the service received from the entire Acura staff, but especially Dan. Exceptional customer service. My fiance and I both upgraded our cars and each time we felt welcomed. The dealership was very clean, very fancy and organized. Although our salesman was great, management was not willing to budge on price for a new RDX; they offered a paltry $200 “loyalty discount”. We have purchased at least five cars there in the past. I guess they are using the chip shortage to jack up prices. Went to Acura of Berlin and got a $2,000 discount easily. Do your homework before you buy here, or be willing to pay top dollar.

I bought a 2017 bmw from them in the begening of june of this year and within 5 weeks i start having problems when driving and called the serv dept to alert them of the problem wich they had me bring the car into serv which was gonna take a little over a week to get an appt and once i get there they looked at the car and said their scanner couldnt read the problem and told me that i have to bring it to bmw which i did which took another week and a half to get appt just to find out my car need serious repair which was gonna run over 4500 doll to fix and when i reach out to acura to fix under 60days dealership warranty they inform me that they will not cover it becuz i went over my 60 day 3000miles wich i was over by the time i was able to get the car looked at by them which i spent over 30k for that car atleast u would think that a big dealership like acura of avon that would be no big deal to cover to take care off but i was wrong but luckly for me that bmw of northhaven after i told them of situation would work with me and was able to cut the bill in half because of what i went thru and they had no reason to do help but they did and thats what a great cust friendly dealership would do for someone so buyers beware of acura of avon

Terrific experience here, and I say that as a person who has leased over a dozen luxury vehicles over the past 20 years. Initiated the conversation on a 2020 MDX online, and then had a great visit in person. Asked for a couple of options on a lease, got them back quickly, and was not heavily pressured to close that day. Closed the deal a day later at a great price/rate including the addition of roof rails and crossbars into the lease with ease -- picked it up on the weekend to close out an end-to-end positive experience with Mike and Steve. My girlfriend and I felt like we made two new friends -- not like we dealt with salespeople. Being that I am in sales myself, thats my top compliment for others in my field. 😎

I recently purchased a new RDX from Acura of Avon. Natalia B. was the salesperson. She was very helpful providing information, answering all my questions and never felt rushed. She even took me to their offsite storage area to look at the car I was interested in. I think I got a fair price for the car and my trade-in. On the day I picked up the car Natalia spent a great deal of time going over the vehicle and showing me how the info matic and navigation system worked, which was very helpful. I never felt rushed.On my way home I noticed two things. There was only 1/4 tank of gas instead of being full (there was more gas in my trade-in) and the ride seemed a bit rough. When I got home, I found the tires to all be over-inflated by 10 psi. So I had to let air out. These oversights reduced what had been a good experience.My rating of Natalia and manager is a 5 star.The vehicle delivery prep was obviously disappointing.

Hello,So I bought my first ever Honda this week and liked the car. I bought a used 2015 Pilot touring since I burn through cars and Over the years had Toyota’s and nissans but all my rod warrior friends drove Honda’s and are getting 4-6 years. Anyways, I bought the car at Acura of Avon in Connecticut and would like to to tell you that it was a horrible experience. Not only did the car drive bad at high speeds and was told that’s how Honda’s drive. I should of bought an Acura. They were asked to please address the phone static as well. They said they would look at it. They didn’t fix the tire issue, they simply put another set of used car tires on the truck ( which also failed horribly ) they said they don’t see an issue with the hands free. So I left and called the next day from the phone and told them this is horrible your the Honda/Acura dealership please fix it or we need to consider something else. Anyways two days later after they took it in again was told they need to try summer tires on it ( it’s a SUV who the hell does seasonal tires on a 4WD truck!!!!). Then they charged me for the fricking tires $600.00 and was told to keep the ones that didn’t work. So basically I have a set of summer tires that work and a set of all seasons that don’t work that I was charged for. But to the point. I was so tired of the hands held noise I went to another dealer who charged me 150$ to tell me my phone is not compatible with the truck. So not only did your dealership connect my phone and not tell me anything. Another dealership charged me $150 to tel me that the reason it doesn’t work is the Apple XR is not compatible with Honda pilots.Is this really how your company does business? I think this is quite sad that both your dealerships treat a person like this. But even worse that your cars are only compatible with certain phones ? Phones are reverse engineered so the iPhone 10 will do everything an iPhone 1 could do plus Whatever the new features are. It’s called reverse compatible. I hope your company would like to speak please feel free

Car shopping is not what it used to be....These days you find a vehicle online and make the deal via txt message. That can be a scary proposition to many, and its not as easy as it sounds. Sergio and the rest of the team at Acura of Avon did a great job of working through my questions and concerns during the process of purchasing a used Acura MDX sight unseen, from an hour and a half away. Anytime I thought of something over the course of a couple days... such as: does the car have two keys? What services were done to it? and so on. Sergio was prompt and accurate with his information. When we finally arranged to pick up the car and see it for the first time, it turned out to be better than described, and the whole process was easy if not fun. The show room / lounge area is supper clean and spacious - plenty of room for social distancing. And in case you are wondering... they have a coffee machine that makes excellent cappuccinos!

Day one: sales. Had a great experience with Natalia! She was easy to talk to, no pressure and very knowledgeable and personable. She listened to me and found the exact CPO car I was looking for. She deserves 5 ⭐️’s.However, from that point on things went downhill. There was a dent in the car and a few small scratches that were going to be fixed prior to us taking delivery of the car. When we arrived to pick it up-none of the repairs were made. The car wasn’t detailed. Quick wipe down. The car had dog hairs in the center console, the engine was never cleaned, and the door jams were never wiped down. Definite lack of paying close attention to detail. We left with the car and they promised to take care of these issues. I had to drive a loaner a week later after the dent repair guy was available to fix it. The car came back and still wasn’t cleaned up to par. Disappointed, but I accepted it. Not impressed.Fast forward to yesterday. Brought my car in for the 1st complimentary oil change. I drove 45 minutes to get there for my scheduled appointment. It took them over an hour and 5 minutes before it was ready I was told, “should be ready in about 5 minutes they are just washing your car now”. I was handed my paperwork which I scanned over quickly. I was impressed. Didn’t anticipate a car wash and a vacuum of my car. Bonus, right? Wrong. It was NEVER washed and a vacuum never touched my car. It still had the spider web strand on the rear windshield and mud splatters from the rain all around my license plate. It was quite obvious the exterior was not washed. Yet, clearly my paperwork said it had been.Moral of the story....I will NEVER buy a car here again. I took 2 1/2 hours out of my day yesterday and left so extremely disappointed. I have to question if they even changed the oil or filter!? Paperwork said they did....🙄

I have never had a bad experience at the service department of Acura of Avon, but this time they were exceptional. I showed up on a Saturday morning unannounced, because I had been hearing an ominous loud noise while driving. It sounded serious! Tony took the car in right away, without making me feel bad that I didnt have an appointment! The calipers had frozen, so parts needed to be ordered. A loaner car was arranged and I was out of there within the hour. The repair took a couple of days, which was expected, and now my 2011 RDX is humming along as it should. I appreciated the kindness and consideration shown to me, which has not always been my experience at other car repair places!

Had a really good experience with Jason who was my sales personnel. if my experience was just with him it would be 5 stars. However, finalizing the deal with the financial manager was not good. An experience that should have been great, joyful, and memorable turn out to be one of the worse experience in my life. The worse part about the situation, I express my issues and concerns were and something that could easily be fix or substituted they refuse and said thats not what we agreed to. I must honestly say they dont care about the customer. They only care about making the sale because they let me as a customer walk out of their business unhappy after purchasing a 2020 Acura MDX.

I made the 2 hour drive from upstate New York to look at an RDX and was not let down. Rafal was more than helpful on the phone before our appointment and let me put a hold on the vehicle to make sure our trip would not be in vain. Due to the traveling I had to go on a Saturday and Rafal never made me feel rushed or pressured but still did his best to get me approved and out of there on time so I could take home the car I chose that day and not have to return for a pick up another day (he and his team even stayed late to do so). Overall a great experience. There was no pressure for us to buy at all. Test drove twice. Steve was very knowledgeable and made us feel confident in our decision. Been driving the 2019 RdX for a few days and loving it. Haven’t had service there yet and will provide updates. Hoping to get great experience from service as well. Steve Richards was very attentive to our needs and made us feel comfortable, as if weve known him for years but in the most respectful and professional manner. Hands down the best experience weve ever had in a dealership. My family and I have been fortunate enough to deal with Acura of Avon on more than one occasion. All of which, Mike Iacino, was extremely helpful during the process. Not only did he explain all of the features for the car and how they assisted us, but he also was more than happy to answer any further questions we had about the car (which we did). He is extremely knowledgeable of Acuras making the decision on what to get that much easier. Mike continuously makes our car shopping experience a smooth transition and we greatly appreciate him for it. When it came to dealing with the finance aspect of the deal, Nissa Johnson was also another life saver. She discussed all of the information with us so that we understood all of our options before purchasing. I have had an Acura since 1999 and I have always bought them here. However this last one that I bought in 2017 will be my last one from Avon. Every time I go there to buy a new car they always sell me on how much they hold their value, Yet once I own it every time I bring it in for service they try to tell me I need to trade it in after three or four years to buy a new one before things “start breaking”....Done with AOA!

I would like to thank the people at Acura of Avon for all of their assistance in helping me get a 2015 Honda Pilot. I worked with and was impressed with Natalia. She was very patient and knowledgeable about whichever car I looked at, she followed up with me each time she found a car that I may have been interested in, she made me feel like I was a top priority. I was also impressed with Manager Ron DaSilva, he took the time out of his day to meet me and make sure that my experience was painless. Lastly I worked with Nissa for financing and I told her I have never worked with a more professional money person in any of my car buying experiences. I bought a 2010 TL from this dealership in 2013. Before the first 3,000 miles the engine oil tank went dry. I brought it in and was condescendingly informed not to go by oil percentage but focus on miles (why do they repeatedly put oil percentage on the sticker then?).My engine continued to burn oil, and I continued to inform them of this issue. I park in the garage so I knew that there wasnt any leaking. I also continually saw smoke from the tail pipe. I was told they put a note in the system. I eventually got tired of their attitude, and I started having a local mechanic service my car.In late February I received a notice from Acura entitled: Warranty Extension: Engine Oil Consumption Exceeds Client Expectations. It stated that I needed to bring my car to an Acura dealer for an engine oil consumption test. If the dealer determines that there is excessive consumption, the dealer will repair my vehicle free of charge.I made an appointment and Bradford Haskins Sr told me that this was visit one of four total visits - they needed to test consumption after every thousand miles to see if it exceeded one quart per 1,000 miles. Furthermore, he told me that my rear main seal was leaking, and before they could even start the test, I needed to have that repaired. As it was a major project parts and labor would be in the neighborhood of $1,700. He also said no note had ever been left in the system.I took it to my mechanic. He was able to access the rear main seal and determined it was totally dry and not leaking.I called corporate Acura and they told me to honor the Warranty Extension that a) had to take it to a Acura dealership for the Consumption Test and b) but before I could do that, they had to relook at the rear main seal. As this is diagnostic, I would be charged the labor on this major project.Acura of Avons Service is untrustworthy, and Acura Corporate did not care enough to even attempt to make it right.

The new car buy experience was a very pleasant, no hassle, no high presure one. We test drove vehicles at the dealership on two different occasions, including on a Saturday morning with no sales pressure. And when it was time to buy we were quickly able to get to a fair value for the new vehicle and trade in. Just very easy to work with. We bought the care on a Saturday morning and picked it up in the afternoon.
