I Met With Him And Explained Everything. He Said That Everything’s Fine And That He Would Mark All The Days I’ve Missed As Exscused. I’m A 22 Year Old Man Who Is About To Have A Family. Having Someone Who Will Help You Thru These Hard Moments Meant Everything To Me. It Made Me More Motivated Then Ever. 2 Weeks Later My Girlfriend Got Induced Because She Had Preeclampsia Again This Happend When I Was On My Weekend. I Called My Work And Let Them Know I Was About To Meet My Son. Upon Returning To Work. The New Human Resource Manager Pulled Me In A Back Office With The Other New Plant Manager And Said I Was Being Terminated. I’m A 22 Year Old Man Who Just Started A Family With This Job.
