The owner and staff were helpful and friendly. I was able to get running boards and a rear step to access the bed easier installed. I also had them put on the mud flaps I purchased. Everything was nicely done and in a reasonable time-frame. They also do rust proofing. Ill definitely go back.

Took my dad here to get info for some accessories for dads new truck. The owner was very friendly and extremely informative. Believe when dad decides to do something this will be the place he goes. They are very close to both my parents and my house so that is a bonus. The fact that he has been here for so many years really says something. You do not stay in business unless you do honest and fair business.

Scheduled my truck for a under coating, Truck was dropped off in clean condition. Upon picking up the truck I noticed over spray on the paint. Told the guy behind the counter I was upset about the condition of my truck. They did offer to clean the truck again but my thoughts were the attention to detail just aren’t there and I’ll take it elsewhere to get it back to the condition it was in before this situation. They gave me a price break but overall just wish I hadn’t had the work done or went somewhere else.

Have had seat covers for 9 years still holding up great. Best customer service. Been going there since 2012 for all my custom vehicle needs…. Highly recommend!!!!

Ztech saved my scheduled date for picking up my boat. I called Les on Tuesday afternoon and he got the parts needed for my hitch installation overnight. By noon on Thursday I was driving away with my new hitch. After the fiasco at U-haul I was greatly pleased by the services at Ztech. And I saved money.

Although the owner was friendly, I have had a sub-par experience with their spray on liner material. I dont think the tech prepares my rock sliders in the correct way at all because they quickly began to peel and rust.They offer a lifetime guarantee but why would that matter if it dont even work?Stick to LineX i guess...Ill be going to get a new quote to fix this

My F-150 cab cover was ripped, the shocks to support it broke off, and the lock was broken. Les and his crew not only fixed it, but they made sure to do it at a very affordable cost. Although the lock has been broken on it since the purchase of the truck... They not only ordered the part for me, but they didnt charge me for it OR the labor for its install. Just did an initial visit to find out about getting rust under control on the bottom of my truck. It was great to find out about all my options and find a way to get potentially many more miles and life from my truck. Obviously this doesnt mean the engine wont be an issue, but after 137,000 miles I think the engine is gonna be fine. Plus, the cost of getting a new truck is less than one percent compared to what I would pay for the Ztech service.Since using Ztech, I have discovered that my running board on the passenger side has a serious issue. The substance/liquid that was used for rust proofing under my truck and inside the door must have dripped on that running board. The paint is peeling off and its looking rusty in two different areas. Of course, the owner of Ztech denied that the issue is from what they did. He indicated that it would only happen if the substance dripped on the running board. Which is exactly appears to have happened. However, he said know we wouldnt do that and he also said where its located it would be impossible. And pointed out where they use the rust proofing substance and its directly above where the issues are on the running board. So I asked again how it could not be from the substance. His response was the same, saying, it couldnt happen. Deniable plausibility doesnt mean it couldnt have been the way they did the work. The evidence is right there!
