Update your hours online! Drove 20 minutes to your shop on a Saturday just to find out that you closed at 4pm, not 5pm. Went to Advance Auto instead. Theyre open later, friendly, and less expensive. Now theyre my place for parts.

Guy at the counter is rude and unprofessional. They didn’t know where my parts where or how much they were, had to wait around and waste my time, just so they guy at the counter could be a jerk.

This is my new go-to auto place after moving into the area, though I was initially skeptical as Ive had poor experiences with the staff at other NAPAs. They cram a lot of product into this tiny store and I always walk out with what I need. I also really appreciate their stock of high grade general purpose nuts and bolts.

This is the absolute best auto parts store in the Farmington Valley. The staff are auto enthusiasts and fundamentally know cars. If they do not have the proper car they can get it. They are friendly and fun. I have used them to locate parts for my 1966 Volvo 1800S, my 1966 Bristol, my 2007 BMW X3, my 1967 MGB, my 1973 Jensen Interceptor, and even my 2002 Saab 93 all at this one store.

They are very knowledgeable about parts I need and almost always have them in stock.

Its hit or miss if looking for knowlegable help. If you keep asking, youll eventually find someone who knows what theyre doing.

They recommended Autolite spark plugs for a Chrysler .....Autolite plugs should never go in a Chrysler product.
