I ordered a carbon fiber spoiler September 23rd, 2020. I agreed to the 12 week build time. Close to the end of that period I called to check on my order and was told it was delayed because of Covid and the holidays. I waited 30 days and still nothing. I called again in the middle of January 2021 and was told they were 4-6 weeks behind. Now I’m sitting at 18 weeks on a $1300 spoiler that I don’t have. If you call to check on your order, you will be given excuses to why your product isn’t complete and promised an update by email that never comes. Do not buy these products. Maybe I will eventually get my spoiler before my kids start college or I trade my car in. Who knows at this point. Check their Facebook reviews. They are horrible!

I purchased three items from them and I received tracking information showing they were shipped but when I got the package only one item was in it and it stated on the invoice that one of the other items were separate (so now how do I track that item) and the other item says that it is back ordered but yet they never said anything about the item being back ordered when I purchased it. I need information on my other 2 items. (UPDATE) They responded to my email in a timely manner and gave me information for both of my other items, but one item is still on back order. I increased my rating since the other packaged finally showed up and they responded quickly. I will modify my review if the situation is resolved on my back ordered item.

Ordered a bunch of items still missing one of the items from my order that I received 3 weeks ago. Was told it’ll be here the beginning of April but have yet to see it I’ve tried sending emails about it and haven’t seen a email back in quite some time and my louvre came in with only half of the install kit, had to use leftovers that my roommate had from his to install it to my camaro. Website has many cool accessories and installments to put on your vehicle. Just wish someone could get to my email and let me know at least what’s the status of the back order...

I would avoid next gen speed, after waiting a good amount of time I got the product and it wasn’t even close to fitting. I sent them 2 emails and they haven’t got back to me within 4 days. I saw many good reviews and their YouTube videos and it’s been a disappointment so far. Product #15684

I ordered multiple items, i received the wrong side markers. I E-mailed Nextgenspeed, they realized the fault and sent the correct ones immediately. Not only that, they told me to keep the wrong item. No need to ship them back. That was awesome of them, i did receive all items as timely as could be with all that was going on, due to Covid and all. I would definitely do business with them again.

Do not order from this place!!! Very slow delivery not only that my box was open parts was missing, I was told a month ago they was being shipped from Manufacturer still nothing smh!!! I have a 1300 bumper I can’t put on my car. I’m still waiting on the last piece smh

Really bad experience, dont buy from them! Ive ordered dive planes for a Camaro on 25th March, at beginning they answer me about questions of the product, after 2 weeks waiting without they ship it I sent another email and no answer. Some days after they send an email to pay more because of shipping, I didnt agree with this (make me pay more for shipping after I already paid a good amount in the order) but I really need the item fast so I payed in the moment I receive the email, now is over a month since I ordered and no answer from the multiple emails I have sent this last week. With all this I really recommend you avoid NextGenSpeed. If its possible to all reading this and you want to see if this informations are true the order number is #14582. Be safe.

Poor customer service. Dont answer the phone or emails. They say to use live chat which no one answers . If my item is on back order then contact me and say so because thats not your fault and understandable. 17+ days after placing the order and nothing. Unacceptable

Dont Waist your time with this company, They do not respond emails if you need something, The phone number they provide is a joke .They make a fullfiment using another company, And do not answer costumers at all, Now I need to waste my time disputing a charge with them, Take my Advice go somewhere else . [Disclaimer: This is an edit to my prev review]Pros: Was reach out personally by someone (in response to a FB message) in charge of inventory on their team and was assisted to obtain the missing parts. The person was very patient with me and was able to provide substantial info in regards to my missing parts.Cons: Failure of communication in their support email--unable to get updates. Support is just called support--meaning no single person is attached to any dispute/case..so your e-mail gets thrown around a lot. Also no itemized invoice stating if some items are out of stock.The Story: I ordered the red trim interior kit for $525.00 a month ago. My packaged arrive in no time, however I was missing quite a few pieces in this set. I looked on the invoice that was in the box, there was nothing indicating that the items I didnt receive were out of stock. I felt like I was being shorthanded.Feeling disappointed, I sent my first e-mail to next-gen speeds support email address, and they reassured me I would get all parts. I waited a week and got no update on this second package, resent another e-mail. I was then sent a reply and was given a tracking number. Another week later I received the second package, and sent confirmation to support. only to be still missing parts. Again, no note stating they are aware that items are out of stock, and I was assured this package would have the remaining parts.It took three e-mails, one bad one star google review, and a message on their FB page to get some answers. Luckily with the FB messenger, I was finally talking to an actual person with a real name. They explained there were some issues with their supplier and saw to it personally that I get a third package with the remaining missing items.Today is one month later of my initial order, and I finally got everything for my 2018 Camaro. Thank you.
