This place is amazing and my #1 place to go to place they gave me an 3 tires and An alignment all for 63.00 because its all i had and i been going to them every week for new tires... I really am greatful and i really i appreciate it.

Fast and you can get 3 oil changes for $25 if you get an oil change and prepay for them! Kinda wish they took appointments though. Would have taken a star for that but I didnt have to wait at all for service.

Quoted me a price that couldnt be beat! Went in and had excellent customer service. Only took 2 hours to get it all done and staff is super friendly. Highly recommend!

I really love this location I think out of all the Ziegler tires this is the best location I have went to they are very polite it is ran by order man and a couple young gentleman and they were very respectful very informative and non pushy or nausea wants about you know the prices I was getting also how they were going to expect my vehicle to be able to put on the tires and also give me the best rate and also best tires for my vehicle and very informative about my type of vehicle and what type of tires could go on it and very helpful about letting me know ahead of time for ordering tires for my vehicle before they could do the full job I also like that they have coupons and allowed me to use it on the tires that I was getting and their price and rates were really reasonable and they were very quick and efficient with getting the tires on I am very mindful of everyones time they also have a lobby and they offer drinks and snacks as well to be able to stay there with your vehicle or you can leave and they will call you which I thought that was really good and be able to check on your vehicle or you can leave your vehicle there overnight and have them put on the tires they also offer realignments three different types and they give you a deal I thought wow this is great

I was a long-time customer but will take my business elsewhere because the employees do not wear masks and there are no plexiglass safeguards set up at the pay station. They obviously do not care about the safety of their customers.

The manager and workers here are honest and up front. All new tires and an alignment real quick for a fair price, I felt at home with the way business was conducted real old school. Im a manager of another business and a business owner myself I felt right at home. My brother lives and reccomends this location also theres a few make sure you go to the location by the Canton Library Downtown/ Civic Center

This location is rude and unprofessional. I call an hour before they closed. He said to get there by 4p. They closed qt 5p. I leave work early because I had literally 5 psi in tire. I filled it enough to get it down there. I there a few mins to 4. And he said do you have appointment? I told him whomever, I talk to did not say anything about an appt. He said he couldnt do it. They had other appts to do. As, a manger myself. I would have for one ask the other employees if they spoke to me.and secondly, all I needed was a tire plugged literally a 20 mins job. Unexceptable customer services. I jad to drive clear up to whipple after I called them and they said no problem come on up. They was very professional and was fast and efficient. This place needs cleaned last time I was there there bathrooms was filty not to mention its state mandatory employees to wear masks. None of them on 9 at this location had any on. They will never get business from myselfor anyone i know agai . I bought new tires last year from them and they couldnt even wipe of the grease from my rims.

Excellent service for a fair priceI had set up an appointment to have a wheel alignment inspection completed (as a double-check after my installing some lowering springs and setting the base alignment myself), and while the entire visit did take some time (a little work needed to fix corrosion in one of my wheels that was causing the tire mounted to it to leak around the bead), I was only charged for this correction, and my cars alignment was given a clean bill of health - at no added cost to me. I even got to take an up-close look at the system used to check it.On top of that, the associate who completed a majority of the work even took time to clean the carbon buildup in the tip of my custom exhaust for no extra charge, along with making suggestions about potential ways I could save money on materials for routine maintenance for my car.Nice work, guys- Ill definitely be back for future tire-related needs!

Todd, and his associates basically saved me n my daughters life. I owe them all a Thank You!!! I had lent my car to someone I should not have trusted (Alton Carter), he was upset with me n upon returning my car to me, he had loosened all of the bolts holding the engine on my car so that if I hit a bump, the whole engine would have fell, causing an accident. Im so grateful to them for their workmanship, awesome customer service and great service. Thanks to Zieglers thorough workmanship, me and my daughter made it home safely. Good work fast at a fair price

Luckily my daughter didnt listen to the expets. She had her car towed there because her steering wasnt right. After some back and forth they told her she needed a new battery and explained how that would effect the steering. They were going to test drive it to be sure 5 days later, $135 new battery and all goodShe calls me on way to campus that its still terrible. Her dad drove 3 hrs to see and agreed. Took it back there after hours.Surprise now we are told the frame or something is rusted out. There is no way they did as they said when they were taking 5 days to change a battery for a steering problem.Luckily she didnt try to drive home, by herself as they told her it was good.
