Killian Automotive has the most experienced auto mechanics that I know of. Im from a location hours away, and Killians still remains as the most capable auto shop in Georgia from my experience. Theyve been able to perform repairs on my vehicle that other auto shops couldnt/wouldnt accomplish. If you need the most proficient auto mechanics, look no further.

Id like to recommend Killians to anyone who values a company who goes Bove and beyond. My wifes Mercedes SLK 230 lost steering on Monday and I made a call to Killians. They quickly arranged for me to get her vehicle towed to their shop. At the time I was told it might be Friday before looking at it. At dinner Monday night I received the quote for repairs and approved them. The work was actually very early this morning and I received a call informing me. I am totally pleased with the repairs, and time frame. Use this shop with total confidence.

Killian automotive is excellent and very knowledgeable. No one wants to have to have a new engine but they made the experience as easy as possible. Sean was great at talking to my warranty company and keeping me informed throughout the entire process. I was also able to stay in their loaner car until my engine was repaired. Very dissapointed in this companys service. I had to have the Driver side door handle replaced on my GMC Danali YukonXL truck. I called Killians up and asked for an estimate. They said bring it by Sunday and leave it and we will look at it on Monday and call you. Remember, its a broken door handle with no pieces missing. I received a call on Monday from Ks to tell me the broken door handle would be $651.14 to be repaired. yes! you read that right- $651.14. I said you gotta be kidding me. Thats outrageous. I will be over to pick the truck up ASAP. When I got there. they still charged me $65.00 to get the keys. I told them there is no way that a simple door repair cost 651$. The guys says we have to order the parts and the labor will take 3 hours. I told the guy he was crazy and they have a bad reputation for price gouging. I told him I had been quoted $152 from MyMechanic.com. I couldnt believe I still had to pay these ripoff artists money to get my keys back. Just very dissapointed with the lack of courtesy and professionalism this company lacks. I guess they figure people will just pay their over inflated prices and not say anything about it. I went with MyMechanic.com. The technician came out to my house on a Tuesday Morning and fixed the door handle in under the hour.He also performed a 50 point inspection. I was given a quote for Brakes and an Oil change. It was very reasonable. (guarantee-it would be a lot cheaper than Ks quote for the job) I will be doing business with them again. I know one place that will never get my business- Killians. I feel like the manager owes me an apology for price gouging so bad. Cmon 651.14 compared to 152.00. Just SMH-DONT DO BUSINESS WITH KILLIANS

I highly recommend Killian Automotive. They have fit me in multiple times when headlights and tail lights went out. I dropped my car last minute on a Friday and they fit me in and put my key in a lockbox, made me a custom code so I could pick up Saturday morning. They take care of people the way they want to be treated.

I like to trade old cars as a hobby. Before you buy a used car, have KILLIAN do a Prepurchase Inspection and find out everything that needs repair on that car. Negotiate with confidence so the seller pays for those repairs. They will give you a list of needed fixes, big & small in writing.

Our radiator cracked and spluttered to death on the 20, within an hour Triple A had us at Killian automotive. What a GREAT organisation of mechanics. Even though they were slammed they understood our need to get back to Chattanooga same day and put two mechanics on our van and made sure we were back on the road before 5! We dearly wish that KILLIAN AUTOMOTIVE had a shop here in Chattanooga. They were friendly efficient and gracious... TEN STARS!!! And they had complimentary water! Life saving in a hot day like today

Awesome group of people, this was my first time dealing with killian automotive, and believe it or not like everything else, I was late for my appointment several hours late at that!! But they were still able to make time for my transmission line replacement, I was on the road again in less than an hour. Although it didnt feel like an hour I was just now starting to doze off in the very welcoming waiting room. I know where im taking my truck for the next repair.

Im a recent transplant to Canton and was looking for a mechanic to work on my 2007 Volvo. Routine maintenance (transmission flush, AC tune up) but the biggest job was the crankcase breather. Im a pretty mechanical guy but I knew this was better left to the professionals. They used OEM Volvo parts and so far everything thing seems perfectly fine. I chose Killians because of their stellar Google rating, 3 year/36,000 mile warranty, and the professional staff. Ill be back for any additional work I may need.

I received good communication on the status of the part ordered to repair my vehicle, but being a new customer I did not like they did not believe in the philosophy Cash is King.They require you to pay for a repair before the work is completed. In my professional years in Sales & Service, I have never had to pay for a repair upfront.This red flag led me to believe they were having financial issues.In conclusion, their vendors never sent the correct part to repair my vehicle. I had to accept a check reimbursement for the cash payment I presented two weeks prior.

Very professional for all the work I have received.

Stripped out my oil drain plug while changing my oil. Called multiple chain mechanics and dealerships and they either wouldnt even give a quote or wouldnt attempt to tap in a new plug. I was unwilling to tow my car to a mechanic without even having a quote. Killian not only gave me a worst case scenario quote, but they also tapped in a new plug no problem, saving me hundreds. Honest, and timely service. Spoke with multiple folks on the phone, and they were are very professional and courteous. Would take my car here again. Thanks, Killian!

This was my first time using Killian Automotive. They certainly exceeded my expectations with their knowledge, my repair, customer service, their communication with me and fair, transparent pricing. They thoroughly explained what had went wrong with my car and recommended what I believe was the best, most cost effective repair. Jeff, my technician was very observant, skilled, knowledgeable, thorough and skilled in finding the subsequebt damage caused by the breaking of my cooling fan bracket. Had he not found the subsequent damage to my timing belt from the metal shavings of the ball bearings, it would have caused the belt to break which would have ruined my engine. Im grateful to Killian and will be using them in the future.

Everyone I spoke with was extremely friendly, and when we found that my car would need to be in for a few days they had me in a rental and on with my day in less than half an hour. They quoted me an initial amount, and then when I returned they said they had found the parts needed for a better price and so I paid less. They could have easily never told me, and made $100 extra, but they were honest and kind. All those experiences combined allowed me to leave with a sense of peace that I have found a company I can trust, and will gladly return to.

While I was looking for a new mechanic, I came across an ad for Killian Automotive. I couldnt have made a better decision than to bring my car to them. I had several issues (squeaky brakes, oil change, engine light, seat belt retraction). Not only did they take care of everything but they recommended I not do my brakes. I quote we would be taking money from you if we replaced your brakes. They changed the oil and filter, stopped the brake squeaking, fixed seat belt, and cleared the engine light for less than $60!! I dealt with Sean who was very friendly and updated me in a timely manner.

I am driving my family down to Florida in my 12 year old Ford with 160,000 miles on it, so I was looking to have the car checked out before the big road trip. I’ve had my car repaired at Killian’s twice, both at a moments notice to repair botched jobs from the previous auto shop I used. Each time they quickly isolated the issue, repaired them timely and followed up afterwards to make sure I was satisfied. Not once did they try to up sell me which is refreshing. If I could give killian automotive a 10 star they would have it, there is no reason you should feel skeptical about this place, from the moment I called they were very professional and were able to make me an appointment, I didn’t have a ride once I dropped of my truck and they were able to shuttle me back home with no questions asked, everywhere I went said that my trucks loose steering was just a dodge thing when clearly there was something wrong, Darrel was very knowledgeable and upon hearing my problems with the truck he knew a very good amount of things that it could be, they also inspected my truck for any other things that could be wrong and all along the way there was no miss or loss of communication. Turn around time was quick! Over all my experience with killian automotive has been exceptional, and I am definitely going back here for future repairs.

Great folks, assisted me while I am here visiting from out of state. The only thing I dont understand is why the owners, managers, or employees dont wear a face mask, they also assist the customers disregarding social distance guidelines by the CDC. They can do better.
