Needed a pair of tires for my sons car. The staff was able to get them on the car SAME DAY at the same price that other dealerships were quoting for inferior tires. No nonsense. No hidden charges. Out the door with a smile. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

If youre looking for quality work on your can, dont waste your time going here, the best part about my experience with Firestone, is while I waited was my trip over to Chipotle, while I was being overcharged for the poor craftsmanship being performed on my car..........Dont waste your $$$$ go elsewhere!!!

On my way to work this morning, I ran over some kind of metal rod in the road. It punctured my tire and was stuck in there. Luckily, I was right in front of Ziegler Tire, so I was able to make it over to their shop. They werent even open yet, but they were able to remove the piece of metal and patch the tire for me so I could get back on my way. Thank you for the great service!

Stay away black folks. There seems to be different pricing for people of color. I just purchased 4 new rims for my car. I took them to Ziggler to have them put on and they priced me at 60 bucks per rim! So here I am at Mr. Tire and to put on all 4 rims is 124 dollars and some change. And Mr. Tire gave me a 10% veterans discount, and made we feel welcome and valued...more then I can say for Ziggler tire!

They were very knowledgeable and very friendly staff I brought the wrong tires and they took care of that for me and I will always go back to Zieglers better than going to places like DJs tires and rims that sell you 15 year old tires but yes I really like Ziegler tires I give it five stars

The staff there is very friendly and helpful. They got my 2019 ram in first thing on a Monday morning for some new tires, and had me out in a couple hours complete with a front end alignment. Would definitely recommend. Ask for Andrew🤘🏻

This place is AMAZING! Pat Snyder and the whole team are amazing. They do quality work for a great price. I got an estimate from somewhere that was trying to get as much money as possible and fix things that didnt need fixed, so glad we took my car to ziegler tire because they did a fantastic job and explained everything. The process was smooth and easy and I would recommend them to anyone with car problems they treat you fair and have good prices!!

John was beyond helpful. His experience and knowledge made me really comfortable about choosing the right tire (a big purchase). 10/10 coming back here any time I need work done.

This place is awesome! They are running a 2 four wheel alignment for 100.00. Ill never go anywhere but here for all my wheel balancing an alignment needs.

If you have a child who is doing an essay on what poor customer service is get them in the car and take a trip here for a day. I Promise the essay will be golden.

I took my car in to have the exhaust system checked. After a few minutes I was told the hole in my system was far in the back. The only way they could fix it was to replace the whole system. I was then told I should take it to an exhaust shop where the hole could be fixed and that would run me far less money. I so appreciated the honesty. They could have easily replaced the whole system, and I would have been none the wiser. I will definitely go back if another problem arises. Thanks for the honesty.

Andrew and the people at Ziegler tire did a great job of taking care of me when I needed tires the day of a track day. they went out of their way to get me tires from the warehouse when no one else in town could get anything for me in my tight time frame.

High prices, low quality product, and poor customer service, not much to recommend here. Going through the second set of tires in a little over a year from here. Have had a dozen flats in that time. Probably havent had that many in the previous 40 years. Its amazing how little the road hazard actually covered in this time. Am currently waiting 2 days because of a flat tire. They seldom can schedule same day service. This is the last set of tires I will ever get from this company. I checked with the dealership and even there prices are cheaper.

The worst service Ive ever had.

I dropped off my car to get new tires put on and they said they would call when it was ready. I dropped off at 12 and they didnt call me until 10 minutes before they closed at 5. They almost closed the store on the person picking up my car and there were issues on the invoice that needed corrected. Overall not too happy with the experience.

Cody and the tall bald guy with gray beard will make you regret spending a dime with this brand.

Sadly these just arent people you can trust. Only use them if everyone else is closed.

Excellent service. Very easy to work with on any tire or mechanical problem. Ive taken my car here many times and even family/friends with tire needs and these guys always come through.

This is a trust worthy place for car service. Tire rotation, oil changes are done with expertise. However, I had them estimate for a minor repair and when I didnt get e repair done by them, I believe it affected the price they charged for my regular service. When the tires need rotated, you can trust they will do the job. Everything else, check around before committing to the service.

This company is the worst, not only did they stand by there customer compassion for their first one Firehawk GT tires replacement for road noise but the bald guy at the counter was disrespectful and non understanding. They tried to avoid switching my tires so much that they lied and said that my left wheeling bearing needed replaced instead . I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.

Wow. Ive never received such poor service as I did here. I arrive at 11:20 for my scheduled 11:30 oil change to be told that theres no appointment scheduled. The employee proceeds to insist that I must be wrong, I didnt schedule anything. He tells me that they might be able to have it done within the next hour to hour and a half. FOR AN OIL CHANGE that takes 20 minutes tops. He was rude, belittling, and clearly had no interest in customer service whatsoever. Ive been here before and theyve done a fine job with my car, but the service has left little to be desired. There are plenty of other options for an oil change in this area, I look forward to taking my business elsewhere.

Went to get a leaky tire fixed. Had an appointment. Cost $30 to fix tire and it took an hour!! Going back to Perry Tire!!

First thing is the service tech got grease all over my carpet and they told me they rotated my tires and that wasnt true...makes me wonder if they actually changed my oil and filter!!!!I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Can only do review on the price quote. Was told 100$ more than other shops have quoted on labor.Unexceptable.was looking 4 convience .However the Zieger in Massillon on Lincoln way east Was a complete rip off service was done that i paid for. That managers name was Tony. That was a seperate service call
