I hate writing 1 star reviews but this experience was so degrading and I feel like people should know. I went in late last night with my husband and 2 kids. We bought 4 pairs of shoes. The whole time I was trying on shoes the store staff was following me around. Literally the moment I walked in to the moment I paid. I didnt realize at first until the were Literally just watching us. They followed us all the way to the cash register, never asked if we needed anything, where we paid. We paid cash and like all business, they check if authenticity. That is no problem, but they checked each bill 3 times. Yes I am Latina, no I did not go in there to still from you. I have not gone through that experience since 2010. Do better. Dont pass judgment.

The employees went above and beyond to help my granddaughter find the exact shoes she wanted.

Caroline was helpful and had a wonderfully pleasant attitude despite me walking in near closing. She greeted me as I walked in with a smile and listened to my needs. I was pleasantly surprised to find a pair of comfortable and supportive shoe in a brand I have never worn. Thank you Caroline for the great customer service!

They have advertised that the shoes are buy one get one half off, but thats not the case. I brought two different pairs to the counter and they would not honor the deal, even though it was advertised on the tag of the shoes. The associate said that it was because she rang up the cheaper shoe first, and that the second shoe had to be equal or lesser value. I asked if she would start the transaction over and ring up the cheaper shoe first, and she said “it doesnt work that way”. Don’t advertise bogo 50% off, place it on the literal tag of the shoe, and then not honor it .

Friendly staff and helpful. The did not have my size shoe and ordered one for delivery. Went well.

Super busy location, lots of cool options for shoes. Only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because there were no shoes in my boyfriends size that he liked. But I got 2 pairs. I live for a bogo!

I was very disappointed at the attitude if the people there, meaning the workers the cashier and the sales people. They had a sign that said 70% off price marked well to me that means 70% off the price thats marked but according to the cashier it was already marked what you would pay for it. Well then dont put the sign up that says 70% off the price marked. Thats false advertisement to me. Not to mention the sales people must have asked me 10 times did I find everything I was looking for? And are you doing okay? And is there anything else I can help you with today? They must have asked me that 10 times each of them. Just leave me alone and let me shop. I wont be going back there. Thank you.

Pretty good place to get a pair of shoes and the employees are pretty great. They can really be helpful if you ask them where things are or what they have.

Had a pair of shoes my son was wearing start falling apart within a month of purchase here. Gentleman that helped me allowed me to exchange for another pair of shoes. Very appreciated.

Go to store when I need to find shoes. Always clean and organized. Staff is helpful. Easy to get in and out.

I give this store 5 stars for selection and 0 stars for customer service. They just kind of watched me from behind but never spoke. It made me very uncomfortable. I will not go back into this location.
