HORRIBLE!!!!!I wish negative stars were available. Not customer service what so ever. Been on phone 35 minutes - no answer, no email, website information form doesn’t work correctly, no online chat. Pathetic and not worth even the small expense. Was just trying to change delivery address since I moved. Plenty other options with less aggravation. Choose a different company!!!.

I was in Florida two years ago on vacation from Massachusetts where I was drinking Belmont Spring Water for over seventy years. I called Belmont Spring and asked if I could continue to get it there. They said yes. But what I got was Crystal Rock Water. I couldnt tell the difference from Belmont Springs, which I consider the best water in the world.Ive had blind taste tests with every kind of water and this stuff won hands down.Crystal Rock bottled water is my go to water when Im on the go. FIVE STARS!

Terrible service. Placed an order to start new service 6 weeks later still hadnt received anything. Every time I called to get new eta, they would say we are escalating this order. After the 7th week and still no delivery I asked to cancel my services. Horrible customer service did not even offer a case of water in place of the machine until they could get the machine to me. Nothing was resolved each time I called which was twice a week for 7 weeks.

Highly unreliable and poor customer service sensibility: they are rude and constantly speaking over me and interrupting when I am answering their questions. In addition, Ive ordered a water bottle stacker, and has never arrived without any explanation. furthermore, Ive requested for an installation of a water filtering system. After taking necessary information from me, the sales person assured me that someone would be getting back to me within a week. That was several months ago. Again, Ive never heard from them without a proper explanation. Ive had water filtering system in place by a private individual, and it works find. When I went to their web site and make a complaint after months of agony, the web site was shut down on me and would be not reopen despite several trial. My agony at this point with this company is where I am pretty much spent. Ive said it as Ive never rated on any entity or items ever. Its up to you, reader, to make a decision for you now whether Crustal Rock is a water company for you or not.

If I could give this company a -5 I would. Do not use this company. They don’t deliver water when they say they will and the reschedule without notice. I only received one order- it was days late and my second order was supposed to be here Wednesday and it’s not Friday with no water still.

Originally when you took over belmont springs i think it was a nightmare, but yesterday i spoke with i think Gloria and she was delightful as well as most helpful

Inner office was awful when it was Crystal Rock. Since DS services took over it is even worse. After every delivery I have to call to correct charges. At least 20 minutes on the phone, sometimes more.Do not receive credit for empties and price went up $2.00 per bottle without notice. Can not modify the delivery schedule on line. Can only cancel next delivery. Way too much trouble.

Terrible communication, overpriced. Waste of my time and money. They tried to say that bottles we returned were not theirs, however what they delivered were the only bottles we ever used...EVERY SINGLE DELIVERY, the delivery date changed and the delivery guy put the bottles in the wrong place, despite multiple phone calls with specific requests. They also delivered more than our ordered monthly amount.

WOW, if I could leave a less than 1 star I would. I have had Crystal Rock for years. An occasional missed delivery, but overall service was OK. Now they are owned by DS Services and are a nightmare. Cancelled in Aug because I saw no deliveries all summer. Now Oct and still getting billed for service, rentals, paper invoice fee. Tried calling again, went to 5 different people before I actually ended up with the customer service rep that took my original cancellation in Aug. She claimed to have no idea why it was not processed. Supposedly it is cancelled now, but she couldnt give me a number to get credited back for the last 3 months of charges. This should take for ever to fix!!

If I could give this company a zero I would. They have no clue what theyre doing, never deliver water on time, their managers and supervisors dont return calls. I asked for their branch manager and district managers info and they refused. Total waste. Cancelled.

If you are a water drinker you cant go wrong, it has gotten incrementally more expensive but we just cant stop
