The service staff is always so friendly and makes sure to take care of all my car care needs. The cashiers are so friendly and always chat with me and make sure I understand where my car was parked. Alex does a great job every time and keeps me informed of whats being done to my car and how long it will take. He really does care and you can tell. Highly recommend them

To start $357 for a thermostat on a 2018 Toyota Camry. Asked them to replace the thermostat they said they would need to diagnose it which would cost $75 but that would not need to be paid if they did the work to repair. They did not show exact qty of hours bill but labor was 280 and parts were $75 then tax but to be nice after my wife was shocked the couponed most of the tax. Yay thanks for that. The problem is it only takes a couple minute with a scan tool and an ir thermometer to tell if the temp the car is reading matches the actual. Thereby ruling out an electrical issue. And it is highly unlikely they did anything more than a quick swap of the thermostat after that which would take tops 30mins. So I paid them a lot for nothing. This should have cost less than half what they billed.
We have a 2019 Tundra purchased from Cherokee County Toyota. It’s been a great truck and the service there is wonderful. We are in the market for another car and visited the dealership on Saturday. Marcus was our sales associate and couldn’t have been better. Professional, courteous and informative, he made our visit pleasant. We highly recommend both CCT and Marcus in particular if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle.
It was my first time buying a car and my mom and me went to different Toyota’s around our area but everyone was adding so many add on and hidden fees that even though this Toyota was an hour away from where we live it was so worth it. We had the best experience everyone was so nice and friendly, our salesmen G.H. was so wonderful we told him exactly what we were looking for and he went step by step braking down the cost so there were no hidden fees and gave us the best deal we couldn’t refuse. Initially we went to find me a car and at the end of the day the deals were so good both my mom and me went home each with a new car. Definitely recommend buying a car here 10/10 telling everyone I know.
Bought a 2017 Toyota 4Runner today. Tony Ahumada was awesome. The vehicle was exactly what we were looking for and Tony got us the best deal possible . . . especially during a time when used car prices are high due to low supply of new vehicles. I was in a car accident and my car was totaled, I was deviated and in a hurry to buy a new car I went to Toyota where Ronnie helped me and I was looking at a Ford Fusion which ended up not being the car for me but I went home with a much better fit for me a 2017 Honda Civic that I fell in love with. Ronnie was great and made the process very easy and smooth in a very stressful time for me, I was driving a rental car and thought I wouldn’t be able to take my new car home that night but they told me to just leave it with them and they’d handle it! It was the best experience I’ve had at a car dealership. Greg who works in finances was awesome too, very helpful and everyone was very friendly! Highly recommend!
Do NOT go to this dealership. Most of the team is great but Wesley the service advisor is horrible. He got my friends phone number and harassed her about going on dates. Its absolutely disgusting that hed use her personal info in such an unprofessional way. The worst part is hes not getting fired for it. This is an issue that needs to be taken more seriously insted of just a slap on the wrist. The harrassment of customers by your employee should not be something taken lightly.

I’ve got my car to get service today. Can to pick my vehicle and the rudest lady assisted.I said hello and she said what’s the name? I said my last name and her face was like if I spoke In a different language and said I don’t have it and started tossing things around. When I say maybe is my husbands name she looked again. BUT SERIOUSLY I felt like she was so mad that I was there. She grabbed my card and started tossing the pin pad like no one business. When I asked where was my car she tossed the keys and said look for it in the curve side or up front. (Didn’t even looked at me or pointed where to go)Honestly I love Toyota and sales teams usually are amazing and love the service usually but this lady was so Rude and deceptive. She should NOT work there been the face of the company.

We recently purchased a vehicle through Cherokee Toyota. We decided to use their Online Customer Service as it was recommended by several friends. We worked exclusively through a sales associate named Damien. We had searched tirelessly for a specific model and color on a Tacoma and within a few days of talking, Damien was able to get one ordered and had a date for us when it would be in. Throughout the process he was extremely responsive and helpful and even at the time of purchasing, we were in and out of the dealership in under an hour. He is a great guy and if anyone were to be considering buying a Toyota, I would 100% recommend Cherokee Toyota and going through Damien!
Today, September 1st, my husband and I went to purchase a Toyota 4 Runner from this business. We brought our 2019 Toyota Camry SE (with all upgrades that the XSE has minus Panoramic sunroof) to trade in. Kelly Blue book puts the value of the vehicle at $24,648.00 for trade in. CarMax gave us a purchase/trade in value of $25,300.00. We currently owe $25,200.00 on the vehicle. The manager, Daniel Mackey who didn’t even introduce himself to us, choose to offer us $20,000.00 for our vehicle. I was surprised to say the least. He explained that he could not give us pay off and after an hour and a half of our time, he would not budge on the pay off amount he was offering. He wanted us to eat the almost $5,000.00 and put us upside down in our new vehicle. We tried speaking with him but he refused to work with us on anything. We have great credit and would have walked out of the dealership giving them a sale. Our sales associate GA was excellent. I cannot say enough great things about this sales associate, as he was wonderful. We have purchased five (5) vehicles from this dealership, five (5). It truly breaks my heart. I hate to say it but this business has lost all of our respect and will not get any further business from us.

Im a mechanic and became sick. I could not work on my ex wifes car. I took her car in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. After 2 hours of waiting with no one else there, I went to the service writer to ask her if the mechanic had died. I have never seen such a simple job take so long! They also sold my ex wife a cheap warranty that doesnt even go with the car she bought. If you happen to break down in front of this place, I recommend paying the 100$ for a wrecker so you can get as far away from this place asap!! I would like to know who owns this place so we can a talk!
We are from FL and drove to Cherokee Toyota in GA to look at a Jeep. After driving the Jeep we decided to buy it. However once the owner of the dealership found out we didn’t need their financing he refused to sell us the Jeep unless they ran our credit. We called our bank in FL and she confirmed to them they would 1 day the money to the dealership and we agreed to sign the paperwork today and not pick the Jeep up until after the dealership received the money tomorrow. The owner flat out refused to sell us the vehicle unless we let them run our credit. I see from other comments we aren’t the first person they’ve done this too. Our salesman was extremely nice and I feel bad for him that the owner took money out of the salesman pocket by refusing to sell us the Jeep. Very bad business management and horrible customer service on the owners part.

This dealership does not care about its customers or the car buying experience. They treat their customers like sheep or cattle (not as an individual). They dont actually care about their customers or how they feel while buying a car.I was paired with two salesmen over two days that had to split my deal because of the lack of organization & communication. After already leaving to come up and see the vehicle, I was told I could not test drive the vehicle when I was 10 minutes out. I would have waited to come up once and test drive the vehicle.Ill more than likely be buying a lot of Toyota cars throughout my life, but I absolutely will not give my business to this dealership.First impressions are huge. My first impression of this dealership was awful, and it sticks. Do better. Youll make more money over the long term with more loyal customers.If I could give this dealership zero stars, I would.
Collision center is bad with time estimates, no less than 5 times have a I had someone tell me the wrong time that the vehicle would be done.. I’ll update it then I see the work they do on the vehicle..

Bought a vehicle from them. 2 months & 5000 miles later the transmission went out. Would not put me in a loaner until my transmission was fixed and told me itd be 6-8 weeks. (I stupidly bought the extended warranty.)I would strongly recommend not purchasing from any dealer other than Chevrolet of Canton. They are honest and don’t try to screw you like the rest of them do.
Check to see if everything is done when you pick up your car for a basic service and oil change. Some things are hard to check but a few times things that were written on my paperwork are not done so it makes me wonder if other things are not done. 5 hour wait today for a car oil change also.

Honestly, wasnt even looking to buy a new car. Just out looking around to kill time in the area. I ran into German and after talking with him a while, my mind was blown with what he was offering me. Needless to say, I walked away the same day with a new Toyota Tacoma and couldnt be happier! I like the service Gh offered, he worked very well with getting me a vehicle and also gave good follow-ups so that we were informed all the time during the process. It took a couple days because we were getting a vehicle from another lot. He even let us drive my car home to make sure it fit in the garage.
Bought a new Camry, good experience. Two years of service. Good experience. Today went for recall service and also got tires rotated. $21.95 and $3 “compliance fee” and $2 “shop supplies.” When I asked about the fees, response was that they always add it in. When I got in my car, found that the rear seat had not been replaced. I was seriously considering trading out for an Avalon, even looked around the showroom. But because of a silly, unexplained fee, a flippant response, and careless service, I will not be back.

Awful. Toyota called me and want to “schedule” to service my new car, but the don’t actually have appointment times. So you show up and tell you it’s “first come, first serve” and the wait is 2 hours. Me: “But I scheduled an appointment” Them: “we don’t offer appointments” Me: “You called me to schedule the appointment.” Them: “Sorry, it will be 2 hours”. I will never buy from this Toyota dealership again and will never recommend. Learn to run a business, rookie.
Always pleasantly surprised that I find what Im looking for at Cherokee Toyota, New or Used. They always seem to have a good mix of inventory. Ive bought multiple vehicles here over the years with no problems at all. Staff there are courteous and appear to work well together making it a good overall experience. Toyota being an excellent car also helps.

I brought my Highlander in em Canton because the Canton Toyota couldn’t fix the rattling. When they said they needed me to leave it all day I said I needed a rental. They said they do not provide rentals to one day services. They also wouldn’t shuttle me back to Canton. So my only option is to stay ALL DAY or take my car without having it fixed. SCREW this Toyota. They do NOT take their customers into consideration AT ALL. I will NEVER bring my car back here-ever! Worst customer service I’ve EVER experienced.
Cherokee County Toyota breaks the mold of typical car dealers. No add on to the cars like tinting, all season mats like several other dealers do in this area. Great service, great price, no dealer fees and no inflated prices for tag/title. Best experience we have ever had purchasing a vehicle.
The gal at the service cashier is amazing and Todd, the Manager or Service Dept. tried to remedy the situation to some degree, but no one else at the dealership gave any care to my predicament despite the fact they made an error and didn’t notice that I qualified for complimentary oil changes and tire rotations as a customer who purchased the $1,000 + Toyota care maintenance policy. Considering how little they seem to care about their customer service for people who are spending over one thousand dollars on optional extra maintenance insurance plans, I cannot recommend them in good conscience especially considering I spoke with a manager: Jeff Peddycourt in Sales, and he didn’t feel any inclination to help me or even pretend to care, I cannot recommend literally any other Toyota dealership in the northern half of the state more so than this one if you have the option to choose, go to any other location.

Tom found the exact car I wanted and finance was super quick. No one pushed me to buy extra warranties and I left with a lower payment than my old car! I love my new Rav 4!!

I have taken my 2.5 year old 4-runner there 2 times for the same seemingly minor issue. The problem was not resolved either time and I was condescended repeatedly. I bought it new at this dealership. We drive from a distance and have to take most of the day off so two days off of work and my car is still making a mystery noise. I must note that on my second visit the first contact I made in the service department was kind and attentive. I was passed off to what may have been the manager and he was rude and when I asked about the noise (that I have NOW brought it in TWICE for) he shrugged his shoulders at me disgusted and said, “I don’t know a thing about that, you owe us for the service we performed”. He has zero interest in helping me or fixing the car. Maybe he was having a bad day...but this is not my only negative experience with this service department. If the problem is not straight forward or if it’s beyond an oil / tire change...it seems as though it’s not some thing they are capable of taking care of so we do not know what to do with our car that is making a loud scraping noise when we drive it. They need to work on their customer service. It’s embarrassing.

I bought a trd off road Tacoma from German GH Hernandez and a few months later I went back and bought a trd off road Rav4 from GH as well! That’s how much I enjoyed my car buying experience from him. I was helped by Ronnie Hall and let me tell you, it was the best sales experience I’ve had. I’ve purchased 6 cars from dealerships in the past but this was my absolute favorite. No drama no BS, we were in and out in 2 hours. These two hours included, test drive, trade evaluation, price negotiation, credit check and financing work. I loved how well versed Ronnie was with all the features of the Corolla hatchback I bought (and let me tell ya, these things are packed with features). I enjoyed there not being excessive sales pressure, or demeaning sales tactics like I’ve experienced in the past.Definitely a five star dealership and will be buying more Toyota’s from them in the future (unfortunately since Toyota’s are so reliable that might be a while).
Hoping my Service Advisors supervisor sees this. Last Tuesday, I brought my 2020 Tacoma in for its 10k service as well as needed a piece of window seal replaced under warranty. My Service Advisor was Alex Langston. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with, good sense of humor, great disposition and professional. He was able to get me shuttle service (so I could do some shopping) while my truck was being worked on. Later on he communicated effectively that the wrong replacement trim had come in and was then able to secure me a rental vehicle so that I could get back home that evening. I was provided a very nice 2020 Camry to use as my rental which was clean and comfortable. My truck was ready to be picked up on Thursday and thankfully their service department is open until 7pm as I was able to get my truck after work. All in all it was a very smooth transaction from start to finish and I would recommend Cherokee Toyota’s Service Department. They also practiced responsibility in Covid efforts by wearing their masks and providing hand sanitizer. Ask for Alex! Plus he’s a fellow Veteran. 💪🇺🇸
I have been coming to the dealership for years and over the past year the service department is getting sloppier. Every time I bring my car in for service there is grease all over the seats. Ive had enough of the cleaning my own interior from the lack of care. Im moving on!

Car buying is still too stressful for too many ... especially for women. In researching our options we looked at several dealerships and we felt most comfortable with Cherokee County Toyota. Tom was direct, honest, respectful and knowledgeable and we trusted him to do the right thing by us from the very beginning. He understood the needs of a mother buying a car for her child and helped me fully understand the safety, dependability and value considerations that were important to me. Communication through the buying process was easy. There was NO high pressure sales tactics. Tom stepped us through the process very efficiently, and final paperwork took 30 mins at most ... a record in our experience. We not only would highly recommend Tom and Cherokee County Toyota, we plan to do business with them again when we need to look at another purchase.
I was at Toyota getting my oil changed for my 2014 Camry and had a wait so decided to walk around as I had been thinking of trading mine in for a while for newer. I looked at everything and then met Tom Jordan I was soon on a test drive of a 2018 Used Certified Camry in which I loved we went inside and made a deal, Tom was not pushy at all and very humorous which I appreciate. I then signed the papers and left in my new car.
My dad and I came in to look at a 2015 Camaro. We test drove it, ran numbers and walked out with keys in hand in little under hour and a half. Hands down best dealership and salesmen we have used. Everyone was very nice and polite with us. I would highly recommend using this dealership to get another vehicle.

Took my Highlander in for simple oil change. Tried to sell me a brake fluid change even though the car has 35000 mi and the factory brakes are still good. Well got home and checked oil again, 5 hrs later and is 2/3 qt low. I called and asked to send me a check for $7 so I could buy Mobile 1 and top off. No use driving back up and waste my time and my money for such a simple problem. Well you guessed it, they said no. Look at the google reviews for the service center. One out of 5 are bad. Won’t be back even though I used many time and bought several cars in the past.

They will charge you for a tire rotation and purposely not do it. It happened once and I gave them the benefit of the doubt that it was a mistake, but took it back again and same exact thing. I wouldn’t use this service department since they are trying to take advantage of Toyota owners. Who knows what else they are charging people and not performing.

I attempted to make an appointment online on a Sunday evening. While the website indicates you can make an appointment online you actually cannot. You can only leave your information and wait for someone to call you back. No one called. By Friday, I got tired of waiting and decided to bring my vehicle in for service.I brought in my vehicle for several reasons. 1. Two recall items, 2. both headlight assemblies replaced due to cracks and fogging, 3. Oil change, 4. Transmission check due to hard gear shifting when decelerating then accelerating.I waited all day on Saturday for word on my vehicle. No call.Monday morning I called and was told the vehicle was ready for pick up and they were unable to find anything wrong with the transmission but everything else was done. Upon arrival at the service department, I attempted to speak to the service manager in charge of my vehicle but I was directed straight to the cashier since the repairs were completed. The service managers were genuinely very busy. When I went to get into my vehicle to leave I discovered that the headlights were not replaced. I went to the cashier to inquire about the headlight assemblies were not replaced she could offer no explanation. When I voiced my dissatisfaction, I was directed to speak to the service department.I decided to buy the headlight assemblies and replace them myself. Unless they have a time machine in the service bay somewhere it would be pointless to talk to them at this point. I cant just leave my car again without making arrangements first.By the way, the transmission is still changing very rough in certain situations. Whatever. Ill take it somewhere else if it gets worse.When you go to a dealership service department you pay premium prices. I expect better service.

Gary at parts and service, Mike in sales, and the GM- Dennis were some of the most amazing and helpful people I’ve met. I’m a student and my car was falling apart, almost $4000 in repairs. We were in need of a new used vehicle. We searched online and found a great Corolla that met our needs with significantly more features than our previous Corolla. It was great to come in, test drive, get our questions answered, and purchase in about 2 hours. The price on line was good, and did not creep or change. Overall the process, price, and sales team made this vehicle purchase easy and stress free. This was the best vehicle purchase experience I have ever had.

The initial sale process went smoothly I identified the car I wanted online and drove an hour to look at the vehicle and sign the necessary paperworks I had to go back to the bank and get check to pick up the car the following day. The salesperson who assist the prior day was off and had someone else assisted me. I had to wait over an hour to get the car as he said it was been washed when I got the car both interior and exterior was dirty and they gave me the car with less than a quarter tank of gas. I was referred to this dealership but I didn’t get the experience of great customer service.

Buying a truck was simple and easy. However, the service department lacks basic mechanical skills. Lug nuts were hand loose on tires after my 5000 mile inspection, when I called them out on it they used an impact and seemed satisfied before I told him it needed to be torqued. After this incident I tried to call the service manager multiple times with no replies. Overall this is a great sales dealership with an amateur maintenance department. I highly recommend Beaver Toyota instead.
Bill, Ronnie, and David took their time to educate my wife and I on the models available, their features and benefits, without attempting to oversell. The process was relaxed and moved at our pace. Their approach was professional and above-board. Their product knowledge was comprehensive, which we appreciated given the complexity of the models we looked at as compared to what we were used to. Just wanted to give David and the service staff a big thumbs up! My Tundra had a leaky AC condenser. I passed by in the morning, they inspected it and initially could not find it, i showed them some pics I took the day I noticed it. It has been a month and with car washes etc the oil had washed off. The tech was very professional and stated that he would look further. After 10 minutes David called me up and told me that they indeed had found the leak. They had submitted and obtained approval from warranty. Took ten minutes to get me a nice rental car while repairs took place. I got a call shortly after stating that the truck would be ready next morning. AC works great again. Its winter now, but heck one less thing to worry about. Again way to go guys, I appreciate the professional hard work and quick turn around.
Great buying experience the pricing was easily best deal anywhere also no extra addons you dont want added they refuse to remove. Ronnie Hall gave a beyond great deal and was great to work with first time I ever went in bought a car and was leaving the lot with looking at cars doing test drive financing and all in 3 hours total got there at 930 in morning and driving off by 1230. I drove 70 minutes from my house just to do business here for the no tricks or added fees and it was worth my time doing so. Very recommend and ask for Ronnie Hall
Put your Toyota in good hands elsewhere. If you aren’t spending tons of money when getting your car serviced do NOT go. They treat you like a whole different person and not in a good way. I just wanted an oil change and it took over two hours. I have been a previous time and they loosened wrong things under my car so I would have more problems. Better off changing your own oil. We have a 99’ Toyota 4Runner, a 16’ 4runner and an 18’ Tacoma that will not see that place again.
