Derek and James were top notch professionals. I never felt “sold to” or pressured and they both went out of their way to accommodate me from 1.5 hrs away. It’s a very unique time in the industry, and the truck I wanted was in limited supply. They did not use that to their advantage and sincerely made me feel valued. Absolutely the best car buying experience Ive ever had. Beautiful, clean, and exceptionally priced used inventory. Everyone from the lot porter to the general manager are unbelievably courteous. Derek was so patient and helpful. Honestly I have always been skeptical about dealerships, but Mears was nothing but friendly and helpful! They answered all of my questions, sent extra pictures, and then drove 4 hours to deliver to car to my driveway charge-free!! The drivers were super friendly and easy to speak to. Car ended up having a crack in the windshield that the dealer did not know about, so they immediately wrote a check and covered the replacement without hesitation. They even replaced a front upper control arm, installed new front brakes and new front tires before purchase. These guys are the real deal. I am incredibly happy with my car (first car!) And they certainly did not disappoint. I ended up with a car in good condition at a great price. Thanks Mears!
We had the best buying experience at this location than any other dealership in the past. There is a great team at Mears. We especially appreciated how easy James made it and the time he took to make sure we knew all the features of the Rouge. It takes us just under 2 hours to get to Mears, but we would buy from here again.
We actually went in for an oil change and ended up purchasing a new truck. The dealership had exactly what we were looking for and everyone was exceptionally helpful and friendly. So very happy and pleased with our experience and highly recommend Mears Nissan to everyone we know. We were taken care of by James, Riley and Dustin for sales and all of the final paperwork. I called Mason he gave me all the information that I needed I called back to advise I am on my way! I got there he was very professional & polite. I have had 2 experiences with Mears Nissan Service. Both were handled extremely fast and well. Everything was done on time or faster. A loner vehicle was provided and everyone couldnt have been nicer.
I got exactly what I needed even though I was unsure of what I wanted. Riley is a type of salesman I prefer to deal with. I set the ground rules going in as to I did not want any phone calls from sales men. Only communication I wanted was text or emails. OTHER dealerships were bugging me after I requested they only contact me by text or email. Riley and I had a good in-person discussion. He showed me what he had and within 2 days I had the truck I needed and wanted. Riley even came in on his day off to do the paperwork so I could get the truck when I wanted it. SORRY TO HIS GIRLFRIEND. No garbage, no talking in circles. He took the time I needed and sold me a truck. I will be back for my next need. You can count on that. Ive been getting my Nissan serviced here for years. Never once was I pushed to have any work done that wasnt necessary. And if I wait there for my car to be finished Ive never been hounded by the sales team. This dealership is staffed full of an honest group of people.

I shold of stayed with you for any repairs on my vehicle. It was damaged by another shop and had to buy another vehicle from you. You have a sales event going on right now but I didnt get much of a deal on the new truck I had to buy.
Mears worked on my truck and did a fantastic job trying to solve a problem 2 other shops couldnt. When it came to the diagnosis the truck still had the same problem, but that did not stop them from getting the truck right for me. They dug deeper and fixed more part but on there dime. Nice to return to same great customer service for a second time
Had my nissan altima hybrid in for transmission fluid change. Was told when I scheduled and dropped it off that it would only take an hour. Was told I could wait or come back later. Ultimately, the job took 5.5 hours to complete. The service person said they did not have the oil in stock which they knew I was coming in some time before which should have provided ample time to get the required oil in stock. Finally, five hours later the service person apologized and offered a measly $10 off for the trouble. I pressed the issue and after suggesting it, they offered a free oil change for the trouble. I even pointed out on their customer service sign that they were to work tirelessly to exceed my expectations. This was also my first time dealing with your dealership.

While traveling from out of town I showed up for a oil change and they were able to accommodate me . The service was very willing to accommodate my needs and gave me service to my Altima. Took my Rogue to get serviced earlier in the day. I worked late and by the time I got to the Service Dept to pick up my car, they had already closed. I apologized that I was working late that day and wasn’t able to come earlier to get my car. One of the gentlemen from the showroom helped me out and was able to bill me out. I kept apologizing, and then he asked where I work. I explained that I work in the food production industry and that we had been really busy lately, especially in this pandemic. When I was getting ready to pull out my card to pay for my oil change, then gentleman told me not to worry about It and thanked me for being an Essential Worker. He made me tear up. That was the nicest thing anyone has done for me during this time. I LOVE Mears Nissan and their staff.

I can’t begin to tell you how happy we are with our purchase that we made at Mears Nissan. We traveled 2.5 hours from Toledo to purchase a SUV. Derek was extremely helpful and responded to our initial inquiry on a Saturday evening via text message. Darby quickly had the auto check to us in our email that evening as well. He verified that our vehicle was still available Monday morning and sent me a personalized video walking around and inside the vehicle after he had washed it. He assured us that there were no funky smells inside and no door dings, dents, scratches, on the outside. We arrived at the dealership and we were greeted by salesman Jim. We test drive and decided to purchase. Dustin so kindly helped with the financing end and we were out the door in roughly an hour and a half. We are so happy with our experience and thankful that we can trust everyone at Mears Nissan.
Service dept is always very professional and courteous. While I was there for an oil change and tire rotation, the service manager alerted me to worn brake pads and gave me the option of having them replaced on the spot. Service was performed faster than promised and price was the same as quoted. Waiting area is very comfortable.
Bought a vehicle from Mears in April 2020. I was not able to drive it due to the pandemic and passed my 30 day warranty. Now that I have been able to drive the vehicle, my mechanic found an oil leak that is not repairable. This vehicle will need a full engine replacement and will cost me 5-6k. The kid who delivered it was 2 hours late because he had to stop at AutoZone. Now I know why. This leak was happening prior to my purchase. DO NOT purchase a vehicle here.
Went in to get my oil change, as always everyone is very nice and just wants to make you happy.
Warranty defect fixed immediately and was communicated with throughout the repair.
Recently came in to address an oil leak. it turned out that my oil filter was blown out and whoever changed my oil last never replaced the filter. Work was quick and they fixed one of the recall issues for my Rogue. Everyone was extremely polite and took all the right safety measures in terms of Covid protection.

Manager Matt was very informative with explaining my cars mechanical problems. Supplemented his explanation with photo of the damaged part. Interface with all service personnel was friendly and pleasant. I felt comfortable leaving my vehicle with them to be repaired at the least possible cost.

Buying my car was a great experience but every time i need to get a service done i never get my car washed. I get penalized for working an 8-5 job that they can never wash my car after but tell me to come back at another time, but I WORK 8-5 AND THE PERSON IS GONE BY THEN. Didnt even offer me atleast $10 off to get it washed somewhere else. Horrible. I purchased a 2012 Toyota rav4 in mint condition this morning. They (Andrew ) told me it was owned by a female doctor for 16 years who had the oil changed every 2500 miles. It ran good for 50 miles and blower a rod out the side of the engine.I gave them 1 star just so I could write this review. When I spoke with the manager he chuckled and said as is is what it is .$4500 gone plus a tow Bill. Worst dealership I ever dealt with. PLEASE let your family and friends know . These people are not friends of the elderly .

Went here looking for a used car within my low budget and sure enough, there was a car here. Took it for a test drive and Heath came with us to show us where to go. The car drove very well and when I asked if they inspected the car, they said that they not only inspected it but did wrote down a report and gave it an oil change. The car looked great and I was able to see what exactly was wrong with this car so that I could negotiate to a price where I would have enough left over to make the necessary repairs. Overall, had an amazing experience and Heath was instrumental in that happening.
I went in to look at the newest Rouges. Derek was the salesperson I dealt with. From the jump, he was informative and wasn’t trying to shove anything down my throat. Instead, he listened to my questions and concerns and answered them accordingly and naturally. Both Jon and Dustin also came out to greet me and get to know me. The dealer from GA called Mears Nissan and left a voicemail with the key code. After arriving to the dealer we first attempted to purchase a key from them but they didn’t have one in stock. As soon as the parts person realized he wasn’t going to make a sale, he no longer wanted to help us. We asked if he could provide us with the key code from the voicemail and he said no because if they’re not making a key for us, then they can’t give us the code. We asked to speak with the general manager but he was no help. The general manager, Darby, seemed more like a regular employee who started a week ago and not the actual GM. He was completely oblivious to our situation, he didn’t provide any kind of actual assistance, and he said that without making a purchase, they weren’t going to provide us with the key code to a vehicle that we own. I don’t even know how this dealership is surviving because no one here understood the word customer service, it was like a foreign language to them with how we were treated. To no avail, we ended up calling Nissan national customer service number in order to get our key code. We also reported this dealership and their treatment of us to them as well. I’m not sure why something as small as a 5 digit code was so hard to provide when we had the proof of ownership of the vehicle. I will never recommend anyone to come to Mears Nissan for service, parts, or to make a purchase. My experience here was nothing less than terrible.
Eldridge helped us find a car. I asked for a bit more cooperation in order to properly inspect the vehicle. The dealership worked with us to allow us to complete our inspection process in a thorough fashion. They did a great job and were over the top to help us purchase a car.Additional Note: We had to return as they made some mistakes on the paperwork. To be fair it didnt change anything we had agreed to and they were very apologetic about it, but I would suggest you check your paperwork thoroughly for any mistakes to avoid a second trip yourself.

I had gone in on a fact finding trip to compare. I had ended up buying. The staff was friendly and listened to what I said. There was no sales pressure. As well as gave me options on financing. Not going to lie, my credit isnt the best due to buying a house recently. But their flexibility helped me through. I would come back here again and again. I was only there 15 minutes for an oil change and rotation of tires. Of which I appreciated.
I went in to get a key programmed on my Pathfinder. I was charged about $55 for the 30 minutes of work and that was about the going rate from what I read online. The staff was very friendly and the reception/waiting area was nice and they offered free pop and coffee. They also gave my car a quick wash at no additional cost. I was very happy with my experience here.
I’m disgusted. My daughter, son, and I went into this dealership to purchase a car. We test drove a ford focus and a passat; we were happy with the focus, until he mentioned the current recall on the engine. At that point my daughter changed her mind, and that’s when the “Salesman” Glenn Schiller went crazy on us. He started getting very worked up, screaming telling my daughter to “just sign” . No, she doesn’t have to.He called us a derogatory name and flipped us off as we left. This was such an unexpected reaction, it’s almost comical.Mind you, I’m with my 10 yr old son who has Down Syndrome, he also has anxiety when people scream. So I had to calm him in the car. I wanted to give that guy a piece of me but remained classy and thanked him for his time. He responded with a middle finger. (Strange)He was livid with us for not buying that car. I’ve never had such a terrible experience in my life. I’m actually scared that he knows our address. I filled a complaint with the BBB and will go to the media, or paper if I have to. Never disrespect a mothers children! BTW he even made my daughter put the license plate on the car and hushed my son a few times during sales conversations. Mears should get rid of that man, send him back to New York. He was also using profanity while showing us the car’s features. Getting mad because his phone would not sync. I just cannot believe what happened. I would also like someone to tell me this didn’t happen. I know the other men hear him because he said the N word and flicked us off in front of the finance guys office. He was bold as if this is common behavior amongst the group.
