Took two hours to upgrade to a new phone. The first employee told us my phone was paid off and I was eligible for an upgrade then the second employee said it was not time for an upgrade. When I paid the balance due he couldnt even print me a receipt. Very poor service!
My wife and I exchanged phones with, Sam. He was honest, thorough, and took the time to help us to the best of his knowledge. By the end of the experience, Sam saved us over $200+. I would recommend Sam at the Canton, IL US Cellular everytime!
I actually love the service I have had in the past. Lately the service drops phone calls for no reason in our area. Unpleasant at best when you use your phone as a business phone :( tried calling the local office but no one seems to answer the phone.

Extremely pleasant employees. Very friendly and helpful as well as knowledgeable about the products and services. Good selection of phones and accessories. So why the four star rating and not five. Primarily because the wait times for service can be exorbitant. It is not uncommon to wait well over an hour to be seen. My suggestion would be to have a division of labor. Two or three associates could specialize in and handle the sale of new phones and setting up new service. One associate could handle the paying of bills and deal with questions or problems requiring ten minutes or less. If the situation required more than ten minutes, the customer could be referred to one of the other associates for a more in depth resolution of their issue. This would speed up service and improve customer satisfaction. Otherwise, great company and great employees.

I understand the first person to walk in is the first to be helped but if that person is gonna take a while then the next few people that just need to pay a bill should be first. Or have a window just for payments.

Hi this is my question then ILL tell you how well you guys are. (QUESTION)- If you are a beginner of US cellular by lets say phones...I did seen the differnt deal in your window but if you have switched from network to yours but to actavite a line would it cost extra? Lets say your not a member at US cellular and if you wanted to open a line and lets do 4. Like the deal outside the window. Or is that sign just for people to come and that would their price and thats all an it would be 140 to 160 bux a month. Im just wondering about this
They are very good at taking care of any cellphone problems.They all are very friendly and I think they could fix any problem with the cell phones!
