Osi is the place to get the best cigars. The owner is jolly and helpful, the selection is vast and well curated, and the environment inside the walk-in humidor is meticulously controlled. As of April 2021, they just moved to the new plaza location, so parking is no longer a hassle, and the smoking room should be opening this Summer. I cant wait to enjoy it!

This place has the best selection Ive seen in Ohio. The owner is friendly and very knowledgeable. Their prices are on the lower end as well.

I’ve been purchasing cigars from Osi for many years. Started back when he was located off Whipple then followed to Hills and Dales and now off Easton. There’s a reason for this, the owner, is a wonderful person. Actually, everyone I’ve ever spoke with has been great. Wide range of cigar lengths and ring sizes. From everyday sticks to a fine handmade stogie you’re covered. I will admit there does seem to be an issue with the calculation of tax. I don’t know if this has to do with the luxury tax or not but it’s not enough to keep me from patronizing Osi. The tax issue is the ONLY reason this is not a five star rating.

Went to Osi to buy a gift, for my neighbor. Very nice shop, with an indoor lounge, and a porch lounge, with a couch, tablet and chairs, and a grill. How nice. The owner was friendly and accommodating. He gave me the ABCs of cigars. Quality, strength and pricing. Smokem if you gotem.

This place is amazing! Hands down the best selection of cigars in Northeast OH. No joke there is probably at least 1000 square feet walk in Humido with very hard to find items.Found an Atabey and a Liga privada no9.The owner is awesome. Isam knows his stuff and is building a smoking lounge right next door. Super awesome! A rare find indeed

Nee to cigars but this place has a HUGE selection and the owner knows alot about them. Decent prices. Has a smoking lounge and a huge humidor with I think two rooms full of cigar choices all different shapes and sizes and bodies.

Very good selection. Prices are what you would expect, which is fine by me. I dont always want to buy 5 packs. I like to try single sticks first before investing in higher quantities . This place truly has something for everyone at prices you can feel good about.

Great selection of cigars at a fair B&M price, only issue I have is that owner charges you to smoke at this establishment weather you smoke inside or out. When he does not charge you he makes a point to say we usually charge to stay. If a person is buying cigars from you dont be petty and charge to stay and possibly buy more. Most other establishments do not charge if you purchase.....

I visited this store for a fathers day present, as my husband recently started smoking cigars. The owner was very nice and helpful, he probably spent about half an hour with me. Made great suggestions based on what I know hubby already likes. I bought some cigars and a humidor, the humidor was very reasonably priced based on my previous research. He even prepped it for me. We will be back!

One of the best shops Ive been to for selection of cigars and accessories. I have been back multiple times always finding the usual stock and even more new stuff to check out. They will not disappoint. They also have a lounge on the other side of the building.

The staff is always friendly, and very knowledgeable. The humidor is the largest in probably all of Stark county. The selection of cigars is wide and varied. And there is a den where you can enjoy yourself without leaving the property.

Id consider myself a novice when it comes to cigars, having said that going into places can sometimes be intimidating with such a vast selection of cigars. Isam made me feel right at home, he introduced me to countless cigars and makes me feel very comfortable. Oh and his smoke room is awesome. Great atmosphere really nice people.

I called and talked to the owner about a pipe that I have that seems to be of high quality, he said to come down and he will look at it.. as he is an expert. I wasnt looking to sell the item, just wanted to learn more. I drove there, was greeted by a lady and I told her I was told to come in... She doesnt bother to even go ask the owner to come out. Couldnt have gotten me out of the door quick enough. Unfortunate experience.

Excellent walkin humidor. Great lounge with poker table and wet bar area. Very quiet when I visited midweek. Also, be aware that it closes at 8pm, a bit on the early side.

Went at night. Parking is in the back. No lighting in the parking lot. Walked in and got blasted with smoke from a smoking room. Guy was nice and helpful but itbwasnt the kind of store I was looking for so they didnt have the tobacco I wanted.

This is an establishment taylored to cigar smokers. while I was seeking cigarette tobacco which they did not have I still had an pleasant experience. upon touring the place they have a walk in humidor the size of a small-town pharmacy. also there appeared to be a public area to smoke indoors with a pool table all Inclusive. if youd rather enjoy a puff outside there are also kush amenities outside. great environment.

Probably the best humidor and selection that I have seen in this area. Very friendly owner. My only complaint is I cant figure out the hours. I go in to smoke when they are open but they always cut the hours short and Im rushed. Just wish they set hours and keep them set. Other than that I love this place!

I frequent OSI quite often, and a few reviews must be noted as inaccurate.First, the comment about the prices being higher than others could not be more falsely stated. That guy needs to visit some of the other shops in Portage Lakes, Akron, Bath, or Cleveland. If it costs $8 at OSI, the same cigar is $10-11 at every other place within 150 miles.Second, I am still trying to wrap my head around Walts comment. It is just another example of a consumer writing a negative review without having a clue about the topic they are commenting. The Cameroon wrapper, which originated and is named after the African country, is grown in just about every tobacco producing country, including Nicaragua. Walt, do you think every cigar you smoke with a Connecticut shade wrapper was grown, and rolled, in the New England area? Or a Mexican San Andres wrapper grown only in Mexico? Walt, next time you decide to share your negative opinion with the world, please have a clue as to the facts your are basing it upon. You wont disparage a solid reputation, or advertise your stupidity, that way. And I am not even going to go into the comment about the register almost doubling taxes.

God awful. The owner kept me waiting for 15 minutes while he tried to upsell me a cigar case that was smaller then the one I wanted to buy, then he told me the cost of my cigars was higher then the clearly marked price tags and got offended when I called him out on it. I will NEVER come here again.

Nice atmosphere, nice selection, but do your own research and make your own assessments. I quit going there because he wouldnt take a credit card unless I spent $30; and his cash register is programmed (owner says) to charge 11% tax instead of 6.5% - called him on it 3 times before I quit shopping there.Recently I went back there because I tried and liked a cigar with a Cameroon wrapper in Oregon and wanted to find others with that wrapper. Well he sold me Omar Ortez cigars and said they have Cameroon wrappers. Next time I got to my computer and searched for these wrappers I learned Omar Ortez cigars ONLY use Nicaragua wrappers - he lied to me.
