Services was great

Hello there, people who are viewing my comment! I sincerely hope that you have not visited this Footlocker location… They have terrible service, and when I say terrible I mean terrible. My gingerly friend has taken soooo far that he has excluded his shoe shopping from Footlocker. The employees also were misbehaving around children.Like I said, the service is terrible. When they come up to ask if you need help, and you say that your just looking. They respond with an eye roll and a sarcastic okay.Besides me and my friend there were two other people in the store.We looked around for at least 5 minutes before any employees which there were a decent amount of came to help us. little did he know we were paying customers when someone finally came over he told us “ok what do you two need” we said nothing and we went to finish line even though they had exactly what we wanted.When we arrived at finish line before we could find what we wanted some one came over and asked what he could help us with.We ended up purchasing the shoes at a much lower price never shopping at footlocker ever again.

The employee who helped us was by far the most knowledgeable employee Ive ever encountered in a shoe store! So nice and helpful.

I found the employees to be rude. I feel if I am going to spend a good $100 on shoes for a child I should be treated friendly. Sunce I was not here I just went around the corner and bought from another shoe store.

My experience at the Footlocker at The Belden Village Mall was horrible. I was not offered any help when I was trying to try on a shoe. They didnt even ask me what size I needed. The employees are very rude and they arent helpful whatsoever. I am disgusted by how rude the employees were. They also told me that a shoe was unavailable even when I had the shoe in my hand. Very displeased with my experience.

Everytime I go to this footlocker store manger Megan is so kind and helpful
