Ever since I first stumbled upon the Exchange many years ago I havent really gone anywhere else for movies or a physical copy of a game on the off chance I dont just buy it online like the Steam or Epic store. The employees are always nice, mostly energetic, usually very knowledgeable, and always supwr helpful. And the cash given for trades is more reasonable than anywhere else that I know of by far. The in-store credit is even greater! Cant recommend more!

Nice people but horrible with their trade ins. Took some items there and they offered me 35 dollars cash which was a complete lowball. So I took it to gamestop instead and got almost 60. Like I said nice people but Id never buy or sell anything to this cheapskate of a company

For the prices they sell things for they sure must make alot of money because they dont offer much when they buy it!! Sure would love to be the owner !!

Good place to find some vintage or old school games. Great for a nostalgia trip. Selling a few times guy always under values the stuff i took in. 210 worth of stuff and got 40 bucks, needed cash more than things at the time. Other than that no real problems, will return to buy, but Ill sell my stuff online, or a flea markets

I stop in here when I am in town. I like to hunt for old video games and records. Selection is great, however as time goes on the vintage game selection is dwindling. This isnt the Exchanges fault, but rather that scarcity of these items is increasing.Prices can be a little high on things though. I keep up with market prices. This is the only reason its not a 5 star. Employees are very helpful.

Go there at least once a week and they are very nice and if they dont have what you want theyll order it

Great deal bargaining for games and nostalgia. Lots of pretty interesting and some what rare items to choose from. Dont bother with online rip offs, and check this place out if youre in the area.

I normally always have a pleasant experience but just recently I went and one employee was yelling all the way in the back of the store about a customer. It was very unprofessional.

The Exchange is a Great place to pick up movies, newer, and older movies. The staff is sensational, describe a few details of the movie most likely they will find it!! They also have CDS gaming etc

I visit many of the exchanges in the Akron area, and this one by far is the worst. Almost half the employes provide poor customer service. Me and a friend used to frequently visit this store, and out of all the customers in the store they hawk us like were going to steal something. Im sorry but I like shoping at the exchange why would I ruin the opportunity to collect things from my childhood. We have asked multiple times if they could look up if another store might have a item that they dont have, and theyll say they have no way of doing that when they do have a way to do that.Overall poor customer service, and the employees will make excuses for stuff they dont want to do

The workers are great helping me find what I need. My son has Autism and they are always so sweet to him and patient. I bring all my kids in and they truly give you all you need. Very quick and very attentive to the needs of the customer. Always will be coming back.

Very cool place. Has lots of throwback old school items for sale. Records, older Playstation games and the like. Nintendo, comics, just a little bit of everything. Just a very interesting place to check out and take you back in time just a bit.

I recommend it for buying but not selling. They have stuff for usually a good price and a decent selection. Selling they kind of rip you off.

Good selection on vinyl. A bit pricey. That is why they have so many stores.

Everyone is super friendly but when you go in to trade items, they leave the items sit for 20 minutes and then go through it for 2 minutes and thats it. Also, People were up front playing games and while we waited patiently for some assistance . We always go here and use to really enjoy it but lately the service has gone down..

They paid me within 20 mins the same price I was selling it for online and nobody was trying to pay 40$ .. I was happy. Plus no aux wire came with it

She was AMAZING. So helpful and knowledgeable, as well as quick and accomodating. She mentioned it was not her home store, but I couldnt tell. Total rock star.
