The owner was really nice and helpful. I went in having no clue what I needed and he let me look around with no pressure or up sales. Then he explained what actually went with what lol and helped me mix and match the right selections until I was satisfied. He even let me try it out before I purchased to have a feel if it was really a good fit for me, I really appreciated that! I dont know much about darts yet, but the prices seemed good. They were out of the flights I chose from the book, but he suggested a close replacement that was beautiful. The picture doesnt do it justice. I am a happy customer that will definitely be returning!

They had a specific set of flights I wanted but could only find at one other store, and they were the cheaper option. It shipped literally an hour after I made my order and it arrived in a few days. Was very impressed and should I need to find something I cant find at a UK shop, Darting Around will be my first choice.

We placed an order a while back and it was sent to a completely different state. When we contacted the owner he didnt even apologize just said ill message the other customer to have them send it. Well of course the other customer never answered. So yes we did end up getting our stuff but minus one of the flights I wanted. So they offered a coupon. Again still no apologies. I then just asked for a refund for those flights. Now they are working with a company to get us our refund. :( was really disappointed in this company. It took alot longer to get our order because of this mishap. Customer service was terrible. WE had to keep messaging them about the issue.Edit: IT HAS NOW BEEN OVER A WEEK AND WE STILL HAVE YET TO RECIEVE OUR REFUND AND NO RESPONSE FROM THE COMPANY.. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.

Absolutely horrendous companyI have sent numerous emails which they have now stopped replying to.Order placed nearly 3 months ago I finally received part off my order after 6 weeks and countless emails on my part . 5 weeks on I’m still missing my 2 sets off fit flights costing almost $20 I have asked twice for a refund and they have failed to reply, so that is theft in my book accepting money for goods they have failed to deliver they are crooks DO NOT SHOP with this company

Darting Around is a great store to visit. They have all the supplies that you would ever need and just about every dart out there and if they dont have it, they will order it for you. Then the icing on the cake is that they allow you to try the darts before you buy....a great way to save money, but also a way to get addicted to the darts you are trying. I was just comparing some online prices. Darting Around sells Harrows Aura darts for $95. The same exact darts can be bought for $58 from other shops. Actually ALL of the Harrows darts at Darting Around can be bought for almost half price from other shops. Lets be honest, thats a substantial difference in price. I suppose if youre local to Darting Around then theres no harm in stopping in to support a local business and I totally encourage that but if you order online from them you are grossly overpaying for your dart supplies. Do some research first.Good thing they let me edit. Notice the constant lies? After the BBB report Darting Around did in fact change their terms page to get rid of the lies they had posted. I have also been told lies by most all US dart shops about MAP pricing. So I went straight to the source and asked them the same question about MAP. Turns out it was the US shops who were lying and EVERY manufacturer said the same exact thing. They DO NOT set the pricing for the US darting market. This shop participates in illegal price fixing and it can be seen right on their term page. Why do I care? Because I want my fellow American dart players to NOT get ripped off. Exposing these fools is something they dont enjoy.

I think Darting Around has the potential to be a great dart shop. My biggest gripe is consistency. If Im going to drive an hour to check out some stuff I see in stock on your website, I expect the store to be open when I get there - per the hours listed - and the stuff to be in stock - per your website. Ive also had a delay of almost a month on delivery of some items in the past. Communication is key: if its backordered, keep me in the loop so Im not wondering where my stuff is at. Consistency is tough in any business, but its what makes a business successful. Expectations must be met to succeed.
