I used Phillip Smith Contracting on a project this last week and they exceeded my expectations. They were there on time with the right equipment and completed a difficult project in record time. Scope was tank removal and replacement and concrete work at a Hospital Emergency room entrance. They took great care to insure that there were no interruptions in the Hospital activities, came with the correct equipment and left the site cleaned up. I would highly recommend.

Used them once and service was OK took 2 days to get 5 loads of fill dirt.. tried to use them again and they will not return my call after 3 voice mails and 2 office calls.. Ive moved on! Business must be good no need for new or repeat customers huh

I contracted with them to pick up free dirt. The distance was 12 miles away; however, I was billed for 11 hours for six loads of dirt. Everyone seemed nice, but I will never contract with them again.

BEST OF THE BEST..... I have used this company for years, referred them and have never been disappointed. The customer service is spot on and truly are the experts in your concrete field.
