Discount outlet is a neat store, if you like to look and find outstanding deals on clothes and other odds and ends. I found new stuff I havent seen anywhere else. The store is organized and squared away. Easy to check out. Friendly staff to help. I will be back.

The store is very neat and clean looking. But the problem I have with the store is a lot of the products are either not priced or have contradicting prices. A lot of the pens werent even marked with a price. This happened with several other items oh, a lot of them just didnt have prices. Ive been to the one in Massillon and everything there is priced. I prefer the one in Massillon more even though it does look more cluttered and it is older, at least you know how much things cost.Also I was looking at vitamins I went to buy some gummy vitamins and noticed that they were all melted together. I understand selling expired products past the expiration date but selling things that people cant even use I dont understand the point of that.

Wife went in to spend some dough. Upon arrival I had more dough then I left this location. I believe that to be an accurate measurement of a positive shopping event. And now for something completely different. If water shoes are for the water why are you wearing it in your feet. Is that like perpetrating. I mean if the shoes are for water and you think as a human it is yours what does that make you?

Love it some days are better than other shopping experiences.

I usually go to Sherry when I come here and she is awesome. The store is really neat too. I’m gonna continue to only get checked out by Sherry because she takes time to make sure everything is correct.

Great place to visit! Always can find a deal and unique items! I visit the store often, havent had a bad experience yet. Store is clean. Shelves are neat. Staff is friendly! Weather you need something or just want to browse. I recommend checking them out!

This store fulfills all your basic needs and has almost everything from foods to electronics. Plus, they have discounts on everything.

The staff is very personable and the deals are worth the drive from Akron. There are a bit of broken and or open items but they are not going to be able to keep up with rude and unnecessary behavior of people that have no consideration.

Very large inside, but thoughtfully not overfilled. There is plenty of room to shop. Many prices are noticeably lower. On my visit they had 4 for $1 Kind bars and 4 for $1 large (2 bar) size Butterfinger. Very well displayed and organized products and aisles.

Very unusual cross between a closeout store and a dollar store. There was some good stuff, lots of snack foods, candies and walnut creek products surprisingly. Overall though it just felt like a junk store. Lots of low quality style products in automotive, kitchen, bath, electronics, and clothing. There was a furniture section but i didnt really check it out.Overall not a terrible store but if youre not looking for bulk closeout in particular...its really not worth your time in my opinion.

Oh my goodness this store is big and awesome! It has everything big screen tv’s, clothes, furniture and food (plus more) I’d be surprised if you can’t find something you’re looking for. Lots of heavily discounted items, I was impressed.

Employees at both locations ( Canton and. Massillon), were quite rude and not helpful by any means. Advertisements on FB is so far off on what is actually in store. Wasted my time and gas going to both stores, not once but twice because if misinformation. Get your act together D.O.

I have been going to discount outlet in Massillon for about 10 years. Prices are still better than a regular retail store, but they are slowly rising. You can still get a good deal here.

Stocked up here on cheap imperfect grocery staples pre covid lockdown and have been coming here every so often since. Today 3-23-21 I found several items on the shelves were outdated and their manager special section was even worse. Nearly everything was well past its expiration date, several months past on non canned items. When I advised two employees on the aisle stocking shelves of the issues, I was informed that they are allowed to sell items that are in some cases up to a year expired! If you’re diligent about checking everything this might still be an option but otherwise avoid!! It’s not worth getting sick just to save a few dollars if that. I won’t be back.

Discount Outlet surprised me! Think of it as a more organized Ollies. I was impressed by the cleanliness & orderliness of the store. Bathroom, homecare, personal care, food, candy and furniture items are some of the things you can find. There are very good prices on clothing from places like Express as well. Check them out!

I did need some special eye drops that are not available in most drug stores. Usual cost $25; and did I find it for $2.79? You just never know! 💡

This place is amazing. They always have something new so you never know what you will find every week. The store is very clean and mostly organized. The staff are all knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The prices are out of this world cheap. I think I found my new favorite store.

I had to give 1 star to comment but I would give them a negative score. I was just in to make a purchase my card did not work in the reader and the cashier proceeded to manually input my number and another girl standing nearby, found out was the manager and she came out and totally humiliated the cashier and called her out for what she was doing. Could have been handled differently. The gal is lucky to get paid minimum wage and gets treated like that. Totally uncalled for. My name and some of the number was partially wore off on my card and she would not process it. I had. Ash but would not purchase it because of the way the manager acyed. Shame on you!!

This was my first time shopping their, and probably my last. The store was dirty and very unorganized. Clothes all over the floor. Jewelry dumped in a big box that would take forever to look at.

You can find stuff that you need most of the time

Ok lets face it Im jaded and very hard to impress, but I am very impressed many of this type store has opened and they usually have a few good deals and everything else is way over priced, that is definitely NOT the case with Discount Outlet thousands of great deals in one store. Please go shop there we need them to stay in business for a long time. To the staff Bravo nice job, and to management keep up the great work.
