Staff are very friendly. Store is clean and well stocked. Unfortunately the prices just cant compete with others stores and online.

Remember when this place was the greatest? It still has oodles of toys, but the store seems a bit run down inside. It certainly doesnt reflect the high prices that you are paying. They still have great Christmastime offers and door busters and are pretty much the only exclusive toy store in the area.

Man, there were probably two other customers in here during my visit. Reminded me of that time I went to a K-Mart and it was completely dead! Then they started shutting them down. Oh-well, found the board game I was looking for and the employee was an absolute pleasure! Thank you Lady! :)

I remember going here when I was little. I love taking our kids there and seeing the excitement on their faces. I feel like a kid again when Im there with them. The staff is friendly and we can always find what we need.

Everyone has always been helpful at this store. Someone always knows the location of some type of toy and will walk you to that isle. Also enjoy the free events they do sometimes for kids. The bathroom could nicer.

I have always had great customer service. If a staff member was unsure of a product they always made sure to find the answer. Remember there are more customers needing assistance then staff members. Im glad there is a toys r us.

It was great. My granddaughter was sick and wanted the Toys R Us only edition of a Little Pet Shop. It wasnt out on the shelves, so I asked 1 of the employees. She was so kind, and told me she would go check in the back a and see if they had any. When she came back she had the one my little granddaughter wanted. I cant tell you how grateful I was. My granddaughter was sick and this Little Pet Shop made her so happy. Thank you

We went there to get a birthday present and the parents had registered there. Toys R us allows you to enter the childs name and you can print out the list. It was so helpful because everything that was listed had the exact isle number where it could be found.

Customer service was good in store online delivery wasnt I was suppose to have 2 day delivery. The baby shower was 5 days away. I didnt receive my item delivered to the store more then 5 days after the baby shower.

This store is indeed beginning the clearance process, but its still early on and not much is selling or discounted highly yet. The parking lot is the busiest Ive ever seen it. People were waiting in cars before the store door opened!

Youd have to be scrooge not to like a huge toy store. As an adult I dont mind looking around with my young daughter, but shes past the age of absolutely needing to buy something at every store. If theyre still throwing tantrums, dont take them because you are totally setting yourself up to have a miserable time. Sometimes when its busy, products start to get disorganized, but overall its pretty clean, well stocked and competitively priced. Best of all, I dont have to be constantly on guard at the register like at the grocery store where they mislabeled things all the time. Theres a huge selection of toys, and theres bikes and skateboards, nerf guns and musical instruments, and a corner of the store is dedicated to baby stuff so you can check out a stroller or crib there too. Its a great place for toys and games, however most things they sell can be bought on Amazon for a bit cheaper. It is nice to go there and feel the nostalgia from when I was a child and see all the toys on display.

This toys r us needs to work on customer service. Lines here are almost always out of control for starters. Never can find help if you need it. Then the cashier when I spent over 400.0 didnt use the proper rewards account giving my perks to whomever....then did nothing to correct it. Make me want to stop shopping at toys r us and babies r us all together. 🤔

Bought some Toys the other day. Joshua was very helpful and nice. Tried to used a coupon that was sent from Toy R Us email but they couldnt figure out how to use it. The Mrgs claimed we couldnt use it. They were yelling acrossed the store at our cashier instead of coming over and handling professionally. We still didnt get to used it because they said it was some scam. It came from there corporate office:(. I think they just didnt know how to make it work because we werent the only ones with this email. I think those women need to acted more professional. I could run this store alot better. I would take this cashier Alisa give her full time hours, she is Christmas help but VERY NICE and professional.

They usually have some good things on sale and clearance. Kinda hard to get in and out of on a busy day on that road, but they have something for the kid in everyone.

Such great customer service, was part of my childhood and will be missed

I am giving a 3 as the experience I had wasnt the best. I had a Mattel voucher and wanted to check if they accepted those. The first person I asked didnt know and told me to ask the customer service/returns people. I waited in line to ask someone and upon being looked over a bit I finally flagged one of them down as they were walking away.They accept the Mattel vouchers!I go to pick out the items I want from a small selection of what they had. Some had the boxes looking a bit beat up, but unfortunately it was the items I wanted. One had all the pieces and one was missing the stands, I found out later at home; which Mattel was kind enough to send replacements for.So I take my items to the register where the cashier wasnt sure how to use the voucher. He tried getting a manager over to help. This took what seemed like 10 minutes to get someone over to finally help use this voucher, while the people behind me shot me daggers, like it was my fault. The cashier looked like they rather be anywhere but there.Overall it wasnt the best experience and feel all employees should know about what coupons/vouchers they accept or at the very least ASK FOR THE CUSTOMER. I was annoyed I was told to go ask someone, especially when the very next thing he did was go talk to them! I dont know if I will be venturing to this location again.

In terms of toys r uss its a good one. But like all toys r uss its generally overpriced. Selection unmatched though in brick and mortar stores.

Just a run down place! So sad used to be a wonderful place.

There was a bogo on the Neca 4th scale ninja turtles but they would not honor it. One rang up bogo but the other didnt. The manager was very rude and was not willing to help in any way. Never going back.

Went here for Lego Ninjago release event. Kids had fun building a free to keep samurai dojo. They also received a free Ninago samurai headband. ToysRUs is great!!
