I purchased a round topped security door that was promptly made and delivered. It was toward the winter so the glass was, no problem. When I went to change the glass to the screen, it did not fit. I called several times, I told someone from the production department would be returning my call. No one has ever called and I am stuck with out a screen.

Due to lack of communication I posted a negative review. Unfortunately I didnt know it was due to covid. They completed the job and my moms very happy. Thank you so much.

I wish I could give them zero stars minus one hundred.I had an appointment for a quote for two, maybe three, doors.They failed to show. They failed to call. They failed to return several messages.Even though I purchased my last door from them, for the above reasons stated, I have lost any and all desire to do business with them. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere.

Worst product. Installed 8 years ago and looks awful.i need to replace it and will not do it with empire
