I could not be more happy with the professionalism I experienced at this store. The manager scheduled time for me to get me out of horrible experience with Sprint. Within a few minutes, problem solved. Customer service is impeccable! Highly recommend this location!

This is by far the best customer service tmobile Ive ever been to. Shantal was extremly informative and very nice. The manager Marc and other employees were also very helpful. Thanks for the great experience!

No sign in instructions. Not sure that you can even sign in. No one greets you. There is no waiting area. Another customer and I just stood there cluelessly. Finally, I just left after 10-15 minutes of no one acknowledging that they’d be with us to help.

Very unprofessional via telephone. Argumentative, condescending, and rude. Not to mention it seems that their database has failed and cannot retrieve any past purchase information. Better off going to a corporate location- way nicer and they seem to have better records management.

The few times I have been in this store I have left angry. There are a few salesman who are unfriendly and rude.

I was very disappointed with the service I received at this store. After letting the rep know what the problem was, she argued with me that it was something I did. (All my inbox emails had disappeared and they were nowhere to be found) She said I would have to call Yahoo to try to resolve the problem. She did not check with anyone else to try to resolve the issue. Needless to say I was very frustrated by this time. She was very young and had long dark hair and I did not
