We ordered the 21 church chairs. They are a good value for the money we love them. If I need more I will most likely purchase more. YES be aware, they will give you a runaround when it comes to shipping your product. You dont know really when they will arrive so dont be a in a rush. When we finally got the chairs two were badly damaged most likely by the carrier. Advantage Church Chairs sent two others, I had no expectation on when they would arrive and they finally showed up. What I did not like is they sent me two 18 chairs instead of my 21. I found a place for the mini chairs and rather not hassle with customer service again.

Advantage Church Chairs worked with our church to make for an easy purchasing experience with information and samples.We contacted and received samples from multiple companies. Advantage Church Chairs communicated well in answering questions and we chose them because of price and the grade of steel in the chair frames. They had a better steel and a better price.We had to ship in two stages and there was an error in one stage, and the folks at Advantage took care of it fast and we are quite happy.

We ordered 400 for our church. Was told one thing on delivery at the time of purchase and then over and over again we had to chase down new and extended delivery dates. two weeks late and still no chairs. Shawn (customer extremely helpful but hands were tied). After two weeks called and wanted to charge additional $2,000 delivery after we had already paid $2300 for delivery at the time of order. I wouldnt recommend this company.

Thank you for the beautiful chairs for our ENOPION Bible Theatre. We were in need of them quickly and you sent them out just in time for our Encore Presentations of THE DAY AFTER A CHRISTMAS CAROL.

The chairs are great! Good quality. The staff was good to work with. The only downside was that the bookracks came separately and we had to install them ourselves. That was not communicated to us. When the order came, I thought the product was incomplete only to find our when the racks arrived separately we need to install them ourselves. No instructions were given. However, it was easy to install. Very pleased with the product, just wish those things would have been communicated to us.

While I am pleased with the quality of the product I ordered, it has been an ordeal getting the order completed. I placed an order for 22 student desks at the end of May/beginning of June. The original delay in getting my order shipped was expected, but when it arrived 2 of the desks were the wrong color. When the correct color replacements finally arrived, in September, I only got the desk tops and not the legs. I had to contact the company again, who initially tried to argue that we had received the legs and my order was only completely filled a week ago. Im also still waiting on labels and instructions to return the 2 incorrect color desk tops and legs.

This company is horrible. I originally ordered chairs in December and it is now March and I still havent received my order. These chairs were for a bridal shower and I am very disappointed with the poor customer service, waiting on the phone for an hr at a time to speak with anyone. Finally spoke with a manager, Tracey and she is just as ignorant to shipping and operations as the regular employees. Dont order unless you have an event a year out. Slow, slow, slow. I called about 10 times to get updates and tospeak with someone. No one was helpful

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Rep; Sarah, was very professional and ensured all questions were answered. She also offered and sent us a chair to sample which is extremely important. There is one recommendation i would add and that is to give customers option of having chairs completely assembled by company

Placed my order back in late February, got my cushions about 10 days ago but still no ship notice on the chairs and no clue when we might see them.

This is the second time we have done business with Advantage Church Chairs. Pricing for the chairs was very reasonable - and the product is great. Not only that, the purchase experience was delightful. Every person we worked with at this business - mainly Bethany - was professional and resolved problems quickly. Very happy with the product. When ordering there was a mix up with shipping cost and when the chairs would actually be delivered (Back order?). They called to inform us of this in a timely manor. Ordering chairs online ended up being a lot more steps than I anticipated. Advice is to call them prior to your order to verify a shipping date and extra fees for delivery. The delivery went well without any problems, the product was intact and the delivery man was very friendly and helpful. Make a call before you order! We were happy with the product but the ordering was a bit different of an experience.

I ordered my chairs from this website about two years ago and all went well. This time around I thought it would be just as easy,but after placing the order a week ago I have had no luck trying trying to get in contact with anyone regarding my order. No one answers all the 3 #numbers the website provides, no voicemail and no email. The automated tracking doesnt even update. Theres no one running the business????
