Sky Garage Door Repairs technicians with my time schedule and reinstall the custom 3 car garage door better than the manufacturer. Originally the door did not fully slide up to the ceiling, last panel was half way down reducing the front clearance by roughly a foot. Ill absolutely call them again if anything else arises on my door.

I had Sky Garage Door Repairs replace 2 torsion springs on our garage door. The cool thing was that they have with them a wide scope of springs. So I didnt need to hold on for them to organize the springs. On our first course of action I got the springs changed and the gateway working like beforehand. This is what I think about evident pros, and this company is the one that made me make this review. I would definitely recommend them.

Technician arrived a few hours later. Professional, courteous, explained what he would be doing & it would take about 45 minutes, which is almost to the minute of how long it took. REALLY disappointed and quite dumbfounded in the customer service. I tried to schedule a repair and explained that my husband is a healthcare worker in direct contact w covid patients so asked how payment and the overall service can be safely arranged. He acted as though I was speaking a different language and didn’t understand. When I further explained myself, he said he’d “request ppe but that we’re not that ahead of things”. Then, he hung up on me.

Greg and freddie was awesome!! They did the original install on our garage door. I had them out because of noise. After lubricating the joints, rollers, and springs, it works great again. The tech who came out was knowledgeable, and courteous. He was also on time. I’m finally confident that our garage door issues are solved!!
