States they do photo etching..drive out there and got attitude they dont have machine too do. Well take off search engine you provide this service. Pretty simple and simpler too tell customer in a polite manner Im sorry we dont have the equipment to do and very sorry for the misunderstanding.

I ordered something online for my 11yr anniversary and it arrived damaged. I took it to the store located in belden village mall and was treated very poorly by a curly haired brunette employee. The store wasnt busy at all and she told me to come back in 30min and would fix the engraving. I came back in 40min and very rudely she responded you still have 20min left of the hour. Since she told me 30min her response is not correct so I had to stand in the store for an extra 20min with a 7month old and 2yr old while she took her time fixing my item that arrived damaged. Will not return to this store.

Order was never filled. Once it was discovered they didnt fill it they not only didnt tell me they left me standing in their store for 40 minutes while they figured it all out. Then one item was damaged and not engraved right (missing the first 2 letters in the name) to where I had to come back the next day to get the replacement. Never told it wouldnt be in till after 4pm. Condescending attitudes..no apology...no offer of any discount on another visit...customer service is not a priority with them.

They misprinted a memento for my mothers memory on a necklace

Managment and register staff rude and disconnected with what customer service means. Ordered gift with engraving and told we could get 1 hour service, turns out it was 4 hour and then manager tells other staff there is a 2 hour wait. When I questioned this the staff became agitated. Needless to say, they did not get the sale or my business!
