If you mailed a menu of what you carry and stuck to a regular schedule, thered be no need for an entire building to be harassed by unnecessary announcements! If the grocery stores can give better customer service so can Schwan!

Where should I start? This place takes advantage of Senior Citizens...lies about transactions, miscommunicates information, has no follow through, wont let you speak to a Manager when you ask, goes into your Bank Account without authorization, sells tough Ribs, keeps your money, even when the product is bad, is rude on the phone (Tom-Product Quality Specialist)...My Mother had to close her Account after trying to get a matter resolved for 3 weeks! They dont return phone calls! Schwans is offering ok food at much higher prices. Just go to the Grocery store if you can, and spare yourself the headache! WILL NOT USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN!!!👎🏽

Just didnt show up for delivery. No call, no heads up, just someone saying they stop delivering at 10. I know personal reasons dont make a big difference but I was trying to get my grandfathers favorite dessert delivered for his funeral. Would have been really nice.

Delivered to these guys. They are so nice but I wish their parent company would get to hiring them more help. Not fair that they only have two guys to unload, by hand, a semi. Its cold, time consuming work as it is but made worse when they arent able to hire enough full time help.

Not at all impressed & surely will be spending my $ elsewhere! The meats & vegetables were not at all what I was anticipating, just your basic bland frozen food @ a high price! Not alot of flavor! I would recommend delivery from elsewhere before even wasting your $

Pushy sales guy banged on my door four different occasions after being told not to come between the hours of 2pm and 4pm because he would wake my sleeping baby. Called costumer service who were unconcerned and did nothing for me to reconcile the problem.

The food is good but i canceled ordering cause I did not want to pay delivery fee. The service driver has been back 4 times
