Love the new self checkout area.Bakers are always so friendly. We get subs here all the time and everyone at the deli is so accommodating to the very weird sandwiches that my wife requests. 😁

Times are changing. Walked into the store this evening and Publix has installed Self Check Outs. Made me sad to see that personal interaction thats always been my reason for shopping at Publix starting to disappear.

Very nice store. Clean, well organized, and well stocked. Just off of 575 at exit 14 in Holly Springs. Kroger across the street has lower prices but that store is a little messy and unorganized.

Great quality produce. Good selection of else. Needs to provide store pickup. Instead of relying on instacart services to do it for them.

Service was very good. Was not a fan of the ricotta cheese on white Florentine. Would order something else next time.

We have shopped here for the hard to find things that they have a large amount of in stock. Escarole being one of them. They always have it. Just a nice experience.

I almost exclusively shop here because the products are vast and high quality. If you are trying to shop healthily and want your fruits ans veggies to last more than 2 days, come to Publix. The best part of this place are the amazing staff! Shout out to Nelly and Elena in the deli. They make the most delicious sandwiches!

I’ve been to several Publix as I am a bit of a sub connoisseur and when I tell you that this Publix not only has the best deli staff but best staff period! Everyone is delightful to deal with and especially Amber who works in the deli!

Nice & courteous guys you have over there. Shopped for Thanksgiving turkeylate having forgotten the purchased one when we arrived at our destination (dont ask me how that happened!!). Cool place to shop. A customer Rep even offered to take my shopping items tony car at the parking lot for me!!

The bakery does an EXCELLENT job of decorating and personalizing the cakes that I ask for. Very talented people. The employees are always super helpful and nice. The store is always maintained. Love this store!!!

I have always loved Publix Bakery and cakes. Today I went to pick up a birthday cake and two smash cakes for my one year old twins birthday. Even though I confirmed they would be making two smash cakes, they only made one. My daughter Ava’s name was spelled Alla on both the big birthday cake and the one smash cake we received (even though I confirmed the spelling of the name three times with the associate who placed the order). I’m very disappointed.

Honestly no other publix, let alone their competitors can compete with the cleanliness and customer service this location provides. I’m here often, especially on my lunch breaking getting subs and they are always on their A game. Amber is the epitome of customer service!

If you like day old dried out fried chicken go for it...this is the 2nd time in 6mo at this store ..thought I take a chance ..disgusting!

In the past the produce has always been outstanding. The quality as well as the appearance was always over the top. Yesterday, my wife and I went there to buy our groceries, and we were very disappointed. It was not up to Publix standards.

Love the weekly sales, best deli and breads, love the pastry. Best sandwiches and good store wide sales.

A young lady in deli messed up my sub and put incorrect tag. When going to checkout line I had to wait 10 mins for them to go back to deli and put correct price tag on deli sub. I was disappointed in this experience. I drove all the way from Riverdale atlanta area just visiting the area. And didnt expect a bad experience.

Love this store! Clean, uncluttered aisles, shelves stocked with my favorite things and all the staff is friendly and helpful - and they sanitize the carts instead of placing a dispenser of wipes ( that is usually empty at other stores) nearby

I dont know what is going on with the pharmacy at this location but who ever is behind the pharmacy today is rude and just plan out not in control of it she needs to be better organized she also needs a customer service course 01/06/2021

Masks are now required. In the past during the worst of this pandemic they weren’t required. I will not be shopping with this company now or ever again.

Very nice and clean store. As with the trend of all Publix stores Ive been to, every item is dress right dress. High prices is the reason for 4 stars. However, if you get lucky and can catch your favorite item in a buy one get one free deal, youll come out on top. Deals chance weekly. On a good week in may rate them 5 stars lol!

I absolutely adore Publix deli sandwiches! Had a chicken tender sandwich on birdseed bread. Excellent! Customer service was great too.

Grew up withPublix in Florida. Always first rate selection of premium goods. Well respected for giving their employees Sundays off until fairly recently. Always spotless and helpful. They even offer to tote your s#@t store to trunk. That level of service does increase cost so they are a bit higher priced. Worth it.

Website terrible at locating products, asked for mountain dew and Pepsi and got only cakes

Went in this morning with a mean rumbling in my stomach. Not only was I starving, but I had to drop a healthy stink nasty. I did my business in a super clean restroom, and then got an awesome sub. Thanks Public!

Super friendly staff. If you ask them where something is, instead of telling you or pointing in the general direction, they will stop what they are doing and walk you to the product. Now thats service! The staff in the deli always go over the top in regards to helping the customer.

Public is by far NOT my fave grocery store, I honestly feel they are ridiculously expensive & most everything there is WAY overpriced. The proof is in the everyday stuff that I pick up 99% of the time at WalMart, for the most part each item is between $1 and $1.50 more if you typically shop at Publix!! Just absolutely insane & totally ridiculous for sure!!

The ease of getting our flu shots was amazing!! The BONUS was we got to shop with our FREE $10 PER PERSON gift card!!! BOGOS here we come!

I think the “gentleman” bagging groceries went out of his way NOT to assist me with loading groceries into the cart and then wandered around the parking lot aimlessly while I pushed the cart all the way to the front of the lot to a cart return. Tried to call the store to let them know but the phone is obviously off the hook. Hopefully this isn’t a sign of things to come for my neighborhood Publix.

Their unbelievable bakery did it again ! The emoji cupcakes they made by special order were better than I could have ever imagined! Thank you Publix for making my daughters first classroom birthday a hit ! 😀

And the front end manager is holly and she is awsome and shawn she asst mananger he is great and there is just so many there that is so good...i been to many of publix in the past 15 years caused i am a extrem couponer and this one by far is the best one yet....they are so friendly and there for u and u only and the managers treat there employers really good i have been there and noticed how they say thank u for doing this or that and i hope u are having a good day they need that and i am glad there is still managers doing that this day and time...just all around great store no complaints at all

Ordered subs at 5:30 over the phone and sitting here waiting for them at 6:20, only 2 subs.
