I love Publix. Yes their prices are a little higher than the other places but so is their quality. If you shop the BOGOS and Sales you can make up for the difference in prices. This shopping center has a lot to offer with a Mexican eatery and an Italian place, an all new hotdog joint, Subway, Marco’s pizza and Chinese/Thai. They are all delicious! There is also a Dollartree, skincare, nail salon and barbershop, dance class and karate for the kids. Something for everyone!!

Publix is Publix always dependable. Publix deli sandwich is a great lunch. I like the 12 inch, Italian. W extra onion and extra black olives. Avoid crowded days / times or things get slow but with planning its a great lunch

Being from out of town this super market was immaculate, with beautiful produce and great sales. Was very pleased and easy to find everything I needed.

This has to be the friendliest and nicest Publix I have ever been to. I rarely walk past an employee without them asking me if I am alright and finding everything okay. The cashiers are always very friendly and willing to make small talk, and one young man (I wish I had made note of his name) directed me towards the express checkout lane and unloaded my cart for me even though I had way over 15 items. The store is always very clean and well maintained!

This Publix is very clean and very well stocked. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful and I want to draw attention to one employee in particular. Unfortunately I could not see his name tag but I wish I had asked. I was unloading my bags into my trunk and he asked if he could help me do it. I told him no thank you, I was fine, but he said he would wait until I was done and take my cart. Lo and behold, after he did that, he opened my car door for me like a perfect gentleman, waited until I was inside, and closed my door for me. I was shocked! Ive never had an employee open and shut a door for me. Thank you sir, you were incredibly sweet, and your simple gesture made my day! Publix, give this man a raise. He totally deserves it! 😊💖

Publix is my go-to, in fact I go to it about once a day. Its convenient because its a smaller store and the people there are very kind and courteous.

It really almost doesnt matter what state you are in. Publix is consistent. Still one of the best run supermarkets in the country. Excellent bakery products. Decent deli, fresh produce, meats, fish, seafood and dairy all rank high.

Help not as good at this publix

I just left and I have to brag on our community and two of Publixs finest employees. Everyone was helping each other and being civil. The cashier and young man bagging my groceries were AMAZING!!! Their customer service skills were sheer perfection and they even made me feel better about all this commotion with all the excitement going on now. Martin made it a smooth and enjoyable experience and got everything done smoothly. Clive was the first person in my entire life to take my items out of the cart and put them on the belt in order of cold to non perishables. He continued the first class treatment to the parking lot where my groceries were put in with care, we had a nice conversation, and he opened my door for me. BEST experience ever!!! Kudos to Publix and these two amazing young men! Kindness ❣️

The grocery store is great. The people in the Pharmacy arent very friendly though. I would say that maybe they were having a bad day in the Pharmacy, but theyve been really rude to me multiple times. I think Ill take my prescription refills somewhere else. That being said the grocery store is good. Just stay away from the terrible service at the pharmacy.

This location is pretty good in line with most other publix locations. I would definitely come back.

I really do like this Publix, but unfortunately the seafood department has been consistently bad. The fish never seems to be fresh and my husband and I always get sick after eating it. Really disappointing. It hasn’t changed in years.

Found everything on my list! Went at 5:00 and was not terribly crowded as I expected it would be. Always a pleasant experience shopping at Publix. Unfortunately their prices have gone up considerably in the past 12 months(some items 20% and more) so my shopping is mostly limited to sale items and BOGOs. Even BOGOs arent great like they used to be. But I have friends that are retired Publix employees so I must help them along with retirement.🤗😋☺😊💚

The store is very clean and things are easy to find. I am new to the area and this seems to have the freshest meat out of all the other local stores.

Nice, clean supermarket. The staff all wears proper PPE. But the lack of proper mask etiquette from customers is scary. Especially when some people decide not to wear a mask and then have an overly phlegmy cough..

Friendly employees. A very clean store. I enjoy shopping at the Publix at Bridgemill. I love their sales, especially their buy one get one free. If you only buy one, its half priced. I like their pharmacy too

One of the nicest supermarkets I have visited.Maybe my expectations were rather low after having been a customer of Kroger in TX for the last 25 years, but I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised when we moved here two years ago and I tried this Publix.The stand out department is the meat department. Unlike Kroger, there are always people available to help and they will pretty much cut you anything you want. The meat is VERY fresh as well. You wont find grey packages of meat here (you will at various Krogers).There are also always people working in the produce area and you are always greeted when you enter that section.The deli always has people working at it. Yes, it can sometimes get backed up, and if you want deli meats and cheeses cut, expect a small wait. The thing is though, try going to a Kroger and getting anyone to even care about assisting you if there are even people working in the deli. (and if there are, it is usually only one person that works at glacial speed).Finally, you wont wait long in the checkout lines. There are almost always plenty of lanes open.The one drawback of Publix is the pricing which is about 25% higher than Kroger overall... but this is a case of you get what you pay for. Oh, and no fuel points, but since joining Costco, I dont care about that too much anymore.

The employees here are extremely helpful. For an example: just today I went in and got a box of pre-cooked wings. On my way out, in the parking lot, the bottom of the box broke and all my wings fell to the concrete. An employee happened to be out there ( I believe her name was Miranda) she was so nice -- helped me pick up the mess then quickly went back in the store to give me a fresh box of wings. Employees like this is why Ill always choose this Publix as my first choice for groceries.

I have been a customer of this Publix for 4 years and it is THE ONLY grocery store I will go to. The store is extremely clean and the customer service is top notch.

A young gentleman helped me with my groceries tonight. Clive went above and beyond to help me. He unloaded my cart at the register, bagged everything back into my cart, then walked me out to my car and loaded it for me. To top it off he opened my door for me to get in! I had a very stressful day today and he made it so much better! Thank you Clive for helping me! You are awesome!

They have everything you need but their prices are much higher than others. I prefer to get my groceries at Wal-Mart.

Expired food all over this store! With every trip I come back to other something expired. I had to show the manager Food that had mold growing on it the other day

I honestly wish I had more than 5 stars to give. I have been coming to this Publix since they opened. I have never had a bad service here. They staff are wonderful and incredibly helpful. They have no rival in customer service!

The staff is amazing. So helpful. Great selection. Only complaint is, like most retail places, they dont seem to have enough cashiers.

Service is excellent, people are friendly but since this is a small store and only serves a small area of high income the selection of products are low and prices are higher than larger Publix stores.

First time using the Deli today....superb customer service

Once, we special ordered some ox tail, and were told it would be in in two days, then two weeks and that theyd call us. It never did and they never called us. Had to go to the butcher at Kroger. Also the prices are high. Otherwise, sure, go there.

I went to Publix today and there was a sign for candy buy 2 get 1 free save $3.50 no price. So it is saying each bag is $3.50 so I get to checkout and they try to sell it to me for $6.99 for 1 and $6.99 for a nother and one for free. And on the website it says buy 2 get one free save 6.99 so the sign is wrong and they should fix it you think instead they tell me I am wrong and argue with me and keep telling me I am wrong and that was the manager of publix. So Im talk to the manager and she is new and the worst manager Publix has ever had. She has no comster service and has mad that Publix a store I will not shop at again and I have shopped there for over 10 years. This Publix now has the worst comster service I have ever seen.

We were followed by a seemingly inconspicuous Manager while shopping. Very unpleasant experience! Racism should not be tolerated in the work place and the Manager should be seeking leadership skills.

So upset. I waited for help in the deli. Three employees told me Oh, Someone will be with you in a moment Im the only one in line! Next man walks up they said someone will be with you in a minute I left hungry!!! Wont be at that deli again.
