The shop totally ripped me off for an over and under shotgun. I get it that it’s consignment and I didn’t have to buy it but they sold it $300 over MSRP for a used gun… The gun malfunction the very first time I used it firing off two shots at once. I took it to a gunsmith and he says the gun is barely worth repairing. I called these guys several months ago and they wouldn’t even buy it back.Guess I’m the sucker.
This is a great store. The Francis family are good people; they are fair and ethical. Their store is well stocked and it is impressive. They are firearms experts, and straight talkers that provide excellent information along with quality products. Soon, they will open an indoor range and I will gladly patronise it.
Ive been saying I was gonna come stop by every time I come to visit family in Canton. It was rainy so I was wearing my bottomland jacket (should be a que to being an actual customer). I was inside for a good minute before I was even acknowledged. I tried asking about ammo and striking conversation and none of the 3 guys even seemed interested in me being there just whatever else they were doing. Will definitely not be returning.
My husband and I have bought at least 4 guns from Tristan. He’s very helpful and knowledgeable. Their prices are extremely competitive and the customer service can not be beat.
It went and checked out this store today after a neighbor told me about it. I was very impressed and most importantly the staff was extremely friendly. They had a great selection of guns and ammo.
Have nothing but good things to say about these guys, nice family owned business. Me an my son went in to look around got a few things. We will definitely will be there again in the future! Thanks guys!
I have purchased two firearms from these gentlemen. First was about six months ago. It was a used firearm. Once I took it to the range, I discovered the firing pin was striking a bit light. Took it back and they fixed it up promptly. Now its perfect.About 2 months ago, I purchased a new firearm (during this whole pandemic thing). Little did I know, the firearm had been manufacturing discontinued. So getting one took some time. No matter, Triston went above and beyond to find my rifle and kept me informed of progress. Great price too. And personal service, extremely professional and courteous.Ya know, I had gone to Cabelas a few weeks ago to look at some guns. They have a deli style number system where you grab a numbered ticket and then wait for your number to show. Like the end scene in Beetlejuice. I think Id still be standing there. Felt like a branded bull. Not for me. I prefer the one-on-one customer service and care from a shop like 2 Bear Arms.
Called to inquire about a trade in for a p320 compact and the two guys I spoke with on the phone, one of them was Bobby the owner, were very helpful and nice. Came into the store and while I waited I can tell the guys behind the counter enjoy a good conversation with anyone and were very helpful and knowledgeable. I was quickly helped by the two guys and I had nothing but a pleasant experience. I got a very good trade in value towards my new handgun purchase and Bobby was generous enough to let me hold on to my gun till my new purchase came in. Ive had nothing but a great experience here and will continue to support them.
Couldnt of asked for better help, Triston helped from the very beginning going above and beyond what any other store would have done to make their customers feel valued. Drove over an hour out to their store cause of how great they were. Their prices are unbeatable. They will spend the extra time that is needed to make you feel welcome and make sure you leave with knowing what you bought and feeling comfortable with it. Thanks yall.
After a few hours at my midwife and then Buy Buy Baby I asked my BIL what he wanted to do since he rode with me where I needed or wanted to go after taking him around to do work stuff (he doesnt drive yet). We ended up here randomly after a Google search. LOVE them. The daughter is so nice as is her father. Cant wait to be able to go to the range to see what I like and go back to visit them (baby due in 3 months). Sad they are moving to Canton but happy they can make that move and expand. Highly recommend them!!!!!
Family run place and you can tell. They have never talked to a stranger. You walk in and it’s almost like seeing family. Truly a great place and a wonderful and fun gun store. Love this place!!!!
Bobby and Triston are always helpful and will help you pick out whats best for you. Always a pleasure doing business with this family owned business. Looking forward to doing more business.
Note, the physical store front sign only reads Guns and Gear. Great prices on guns, they also have great customer service. They answered all the questions I had as well, no problem. If your new to guns or a particular gun they will answer the questions to your satisfaction. I definitely recommend.
My wife has known that I wanted to stop by and check out the inventory in this establishment for some time. I always base my opinion on how the employees from any establishment treat their customers. Money is hard earned and I rather spend it somewhere that appreciates a customer. As I walked in I was greeted by the owner Tristan who immediately asked if there anything that he can do to help me? I replied that I was just looking around but I was impressed by their inventory. I tried not I show it as much but I was in awe. There was an older gentleman by the name Johnny who I felt I can talk to for hours on end about firearms and martial arts as well as not having to feel pressured to buy a firearm. I talked about a particular problem with one that would not cycle and Johnny stated that Tristan can take a look at it and Tristan agreed. I finally found a gunshop that genuinely wants to help out a customer and are willing to go that extra mile to do so. It doesn’t stop here either!!! As I left to meet my wife in the parking lot of the establishment our car was dead!!! With our kids in the backseat and beginning to get fidgety. Oh lord!! Johnny and the owner Tristan came out of the gunshop and were kind enough to jumpstart our car!!! That is what I call a family owned business that is family oriented!!! Thank you gentlemen!!!
The guys are always so nice and helpful! They answer all of my questions and make sure that I have everything I need before I leave the store. Now, if they could just come and teach me how to hunt well...
Middle of the day wouldnt answer the phone.
So happy with our purchase! We felt so welcome, I learned so much and I now have a gun that I feel comfortable with! Thank you!
Having never owned a gun before and wanting to avoid continuing to rent firearms at the range (not to mention having one around for self-defense seemed appealing), I popped in here after work one day. The place was clean and well organized, and the two workers there were friendly, helpful, and professional. Prices were reasonable and in line with the manufacturers suggested prices.Im now the proud owner of a Glock and would definitely go back to B&B in the future for other firearms-related purchases.
B&B Outdoors has knowledgable folks who can help you with any problem. They have a good assortment of new and collectible guns, but where they really stood out to me was locating a hard to find gun. I had been looking for a Smith & Wesson 1911 E series in 45 calibre, but non of the stores around Atlanta had it or would order it because it was so in demand resulting from rave reviews. B&B took my order and beat on their suppliers until they found one for me. Fantastic service from B&B and I just cant get enough of shooting my 1911.Thanks B&B!
Joel and the guys at B&B were great!! This was my first firearm purchase, and they helped me find the right weapon for home protection. Everyone was professional, relaxed, very knowledgeable and helpful in every step of the process. I had gone to a competitor on Buford Highway, in December, but they failed to follow through with keeping me up to date on a background check. They said theyd call me when my background check passed, which it did after a cpl of weeks, but theyre lack of effort, led me to B&B Outdoors, in March. I should thank them, for helping meFind a preferable shop, who will see my return to their Holcomb Bridge store!! Thanks again!
I have bought a good bit if shooting sports gear over the years from these guys and always felt their prices for guns are very competitive. For example, I recently bought a competition pistol from them, and a week later I was over a very large gun discount warehouse in Smyrna and saw the same pistol on sale for 10% more that I paid at B&B. Some other reviewers of B&B were complaining about the price of Ammo at B&B. Retail shops have to make their money somewhere and it isnt on new gun sales. I have bought ammo there from time to time when I needed some and they had what I wanted. I think it is very much worth supporting local shops, and I like having them around for expertize and advice.
Great customer service all around. Very patient and knowledgable. Went in during the weekend to buy for me and my husband, I left as an extremely happy customer.
Cool place! They actually talked me out of spending money. Experts on varments and dealing with them. Great place to stop by and an questions! For sure the place to go before buying a firearm.
Great guys, great prices, and great inventory!
I buy ammo here alot and would buy more here however the 10 AM opening time leaves Walmart the only option. Im an early riser I want to be out in the woods for a few hours allready by 10 AM. Id much rather support local gun shops.
In my opinion- I couldnt have given them a lower rating. Customer service when I walked in was horrible. I was ignored the entire 20 minutes I was in there looking to buy a shotgun. Went to Walmart instead. Its pretty bad when Wally World has better customer service. This place made me wish I had more middle fingers. The people who were here wouldnt even stop talking about sports long enough to greet me.
Great store to goto if you want to pay twice as much for any ammo. I own both a 12g and 9mm, made mistake of going there twice in a hurry to pick up a few rounds. For the convenience of them being close to my house I get to pay 2 times the market rate for ammo! Next time I think Ill drive a little out of my way and goto a real gun store.
Good shop, fair prices, friendly staff - The people here were more than happy to answer my questions and made sure that I was buying the right stuff.
Pleasant to deal with. Gave higher offer on trade in than other places. Had Glock 43 in stock that no other store in north ga had that I could call.
Came in, mind you I have a big beard, look arab, (Im not) wasnt looked at funny, like I was in other shops. I felt very comfortable. Robert came to my assistance right away, asked me what I was looking for. I told him I was a first time buyer, and Robert went out of his way to show me the ins and out and details about the guns I mentioned. Ended up with his last glock 19 gen 4. And i cant wait to pick it up. I went in aiming to buy a glock 22. Overall he was a great help in my decision and was honest about all of his recommendations. Will keep my business here and will be referring others as well. Other shops didnt give me the time of day.
Awesome selection, and great prices Esp on ammo
Call ahead to make sure they have what you need. Nice guys.
Love this place, and the employees are very knowledgeable.....no other gun store like it around!
I went in to look at a Ruger Vaquero several times. I decided to purchase the gun, they wanted to add a fee for using a debit card. I went to the bank and took out the money and went back to the store. The person behind the coutner was with another customer. After 10 minutes I walked back to the counter and it turned out it was his neighbor and they were talking about their dogs? I walked to the coutner and waited a few more minutes and then left they lost the sale and I lost a very cool ruger.
Great help and patient with helping me pick the perfect items on me!
Walked in for 5 minutes. 3 employees talking to each other. Was not acknowledged or spoken to. Walked out
Good
