Hands down best customer service you’re going to get within a hundred miles and I’ve checked. The people that work behind the counter are always polite and friendly although it maybe a hard place to find when you do it’ll feel like your own secret spot.They do everything for me here order parts I need.Ffl transfers.Affordable good brand ammoTraining and classesIt’s a one stop shop for modern target practice, home defense or hunting rounds aren’t all they have they have match grade rounds they have all kinds of ammo for every some crazy guns like the 357 sig. just all around great place makes you feel welcome and haven’t had anyone beat their prices.

I was in the shoe recently and purchased some ammo. The two ladies in the store were very friendly and helpful. Next time I come back in town Ill certainly stop by.

I’m from out of state and was interested in buying a few rifles. I called 3 different FFL dealers with questions and got 2 different answer and no answer on the 3rd. I called Sky Arms and Lauren set me straight. I purchased 1 rifle from them and 4 more online, with Sky Arms as my FFL dealer. I had to wait a couple days for the background check on 3 of the 4. But that was the FBI’s delay. Josh and Lauren know the laws and we’re very knowledgeable about firearms and FFL laws. 3 of the rifles I got ranged between 79 and 122 years old. Josh took them apart, cleaned, inspected, oiled and reassembled them for a small fee. I feel safe to shoot them now. They were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly, one of the best customer service I’ve ever had. I highly recommend them.

The best gun shop experience Ive ever had.I didnt know about this shop until a few days ago. While searching for Ruger LCP II 22LR for my wife, I called multiple shops and they had one at competitive price so I went to check out the store.Very knowledgeable staffs with super friendly attitude. Also very reasonably priced guns, considering the time being (COVID Pandemic).Sky arms will be my 1st choice of gun purchase going forward.

They had the ammo I couldnt find anywhere else at a competitive price. This is my favorite shop all around. Very polite and friendly staff. Most knowledgeable people I have ever encountered at a gun shop. I have take classes with other places and taken a class here, but skyarms takes the cake in education. They seem far more advanced then any other place I have ever been and I strongly recommend anyone interested in CPL or any other training to go here well worth it. There gun prices are amazing and I swear I dont have one bad thing to say about the store or employees will never shop anywhere else and will never think of taking a class anywhere else. This is truly the most amazing shop I have ever been too.

Haven’t done a review in so long because I don’t usually have 5-star experiences. But this place is choice! I came all the way from the east to pay them a visit. Not only do they have impeccable customer care, but they also have rock bottom prices. Tremendous staff! Definitely not like other gun shops that I have ever visited. The only downside is the directions. Google maps takes you to their shipping area. You have to go around the building to the front entrance (Google’s fault, not theirs.)

Professional firearms dealers in every regard. They are my go to team for any and all my firearms needs. They handle all my FFL transfers flawlessly at a great price while keeping me in the loop, unlike some other dealers (where I felt like a kid looking into the candy store). I also got my CPL from Sky Arms. Again, great, personalized service at every step, and they made sure I got my license, not just churning customers through a mill. Sky Arms are professional, knowledgeable, courteous, honest and economical, and I highly recommend them for all your firearm needs.

I will NEVER buy anything else from this store. 2 months ago a box of 50 rounds of 9mm ammo was 14.99. Still a tad pricy but not horrible. Today the same box was $30.00. Price gouging at its finest. Please don’t give this business your hard earned money. Will be reporting to the state.

Went to check them out today. I would say I had a very pleasant experience talking to the owners. They are very knowledgeable of the products they have. The prices are fair as well as the transfer fee. CPL class fee is fair (all included). Unlike other Gun shops I didnt feel intimidated, friendly atmosphere helps alot especially for first timers(not one). I would return to this shop and give them my business (Canton resident). Thanks for a good welcoming experience.

My husband picked up a new rifle here. He had such nice things to say about this place in regard to how nice they were with out toddler who accompanied him I wanted to write a review in regard to their obviously stellar customer service. I am considering taking a CCW class (as my husband wants me to and I have yet to do so) and if/when I am ready, I will go to Sky!

From the first time I entered the store staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Whether you are there to look or to purchase, you are given the same attention. Prices are fair and $20 transfers are amazing! I highly recommend their CPL and judgement classes. Dave is a great instructor and makes it fun. I have taken both classes and will be taking more classes as they offer them. I was very impressed that don’t have a quota of students for the classes to be held. My CPL class had myself plus 4 others and my judgement class was myself and 2 others and they still held the class! Dave and Gail are great people, friendly and remember your name. This shop makes you feel right at home. I highly recommend this shop. Also highly recommend you try their shooting simulator when you go there.

I just bought a Bersa Thunder 22 at this store and I think their prices are high. This cost 299 dollars at this store and at Buds online was 245. With a 25.00 transfer free and whatever it cost to ship it would have been less to buy online. I gave them a two star not only because of price but because they seemed to be disorganized and was not able to process the background search and print out the receipt in a timely manner. The lady behind the counter said she sent it the receipt to my email, but it never made it. I checked it immediately and never got it and I checked the next day and still never got it. She eventually was able to printout the receipt while I was in the store. We stood around for 45 minutes while they fumbled around with the computer, the credit card scanner, and the printer. I am updating to 3 after owner response. It tells me that they do care. I hope the next time it will be a better customer experience. I think most customers would expect to pay more versus online. Probably a wash when you add ffl fee and shipping....and I didnt have to wait.

By far the most comprehensive firearms training you can get for the money. The CPL class is fantastic. The facility, intructors, training and equipment is state of the art.Planning to go back for more simulator time the judgement course.

Worst experience ever transferring a firearm. Called to confirm Sky Arms hours. Had the firearm transferred to Sky Arms and they were closed. On the second attempt the firearm was refused delivery and sent back to the seller. Word of advise, call and confirm hours with Dave only, before transferring or driving to the store.

Great place, awesome staff, clean, prices are good, plan to shop here for as much as I can before looking else where only if they dont have what I need.

Great Experience. Their CCW courses are very reasonably priced. They have a simulator they only charge 35/hr for however big of a group you want to use it. Selection of competition/edc firearms is decent. The employees were very nice to deal with. I could go on but I would much prefer to go somewhere like this than the huge shops around locally. I will be back

Not your typical metro gun store, Dave and Gail and the rest of their staff are actual glad you stoped in. Decent selection of EDC along with a couple long guns. Online cat is very large. Stop by and try out the simulator which is awesome and kid friendly BTW. Recently took a class there and wasnt disappointed. Cant wait for the live fire range!

Well I was just at the store today on my way to work which is down the street. I must say they are the nicest people of any gun store i have ever been in. I was showed everything and me and my coworkers will do all our business here.

I had a wonderful experience. The Staff is amazing and very knowledgeable . I wanted to buy something that was sold out of their website and called to place the order for pickup seeing as I have never been there before. They answered the phone right away and told me that they could order the gun I wanted and that I did not have to settle. It arrived in less than 2 days and I was able to pick it up. I had no issues and this is a great family business. They have just about anything you could want and if not ask them they may be able to order it. I will now do all my firearm business with them in the future. As well as guide all my friends and family to shop through them as well.
