I have never had a bad experience at this restaurant. The staff are always incredibly friendly and professional, the dining room is always clean, and, most importantly, the food is always delicious and of great value. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting something different than typical fast food affair.

We have always loved Honey Baked ham, so when we saw they were having a sale on the half hams we planned on getting one. We went over and bought the ham at the discounted price. The only time that I can remember where it was not good at all. There was slime between each piece. I was thinking it was due to the gel, but the taste was just not the same. It also didnt have as much as the baked on honey around each piece. Im sure we will give them another try eventually, but it turned us off from Honey Baked ham for awhile.

After waiting for 20 minutes and calling the company phone with no answer. I had to yell for someone to come service me. The salad did not look inviting. I will not go back to this location. Terrible service and the salad was not fresh!!

My wife and I came in on her birthday (Nov 17) to claim the free birthday ham sandwich she was offered as part of the email rewards program and was told we dont do sandwiches after 4pm and we dont honor any coupons for free ham anything this close to the holidays. Either its false advertising or poor employee training but either way its incredibly poor customer service...

Sorry...I dont get it. In my opinion their product is a bit over-rated and over-priced. There is literally nothing remarkable about their ham or turkey offerings. Weve tried HBH twice and both times the turkey flavoring was a bit off-putting, we literally threw it away cause no one picked it from the Thanksgiving buffet options. Thats my take, try for yourself.

Wish they could make up their mind if they are open on Sundays! Was just there a few weeks ago on Sunday and now they are closed again!
