Yes this is a great store and its almost like 1 year old time neighborhood stores. And they are very dog friendly if of course you have a friendly dog. My dog loves going in this store because it helps her to find more people that need to show her love. She believes she was born to be loved by others. So take your dog with you when you go. Make sure you have it on a good leash. Then when you get ready to check out theyll be happy to take care of you in a friendly manner and Supply your dog with a treat or two. You just got to love these people. BEMO

I had never shopped at True Value before today. Recently, Sears Hardware has closed and True Value moves into the location. I had searched for the part online and found that the part was available in store. I was kinda disappointed when it came to their customer service. I walked in store with my 6yr son, he said hello to cashiers by entrance and they barely responsed. Very rude! I literally had to look for someone to help me find the item which he acted like he didnt understand, then pointed me in the direction the might be. Wanted to go elsewhere but unfortunately the only hardware store for at least 5miles.

The people who work here are vary helpful and they are good workers that understand their work details

Absolutely the worst. They are always out of stock. Also they gouge on convenience. For example, a 10 3 inch schedule 40 is $17 while a 5 is $16. I tell someone when they are out of something and I get attitude. I tell them something is up with the pricing and I get dismissed. I cant say enough how rude these people are if you are not just a walk in and walk out customer.

I purchased some bolts, but they were too long.I took them back 30 minutes later and exchanged them for shorter ones, but they charged me more money.I looked at the cashier and asked Why Im paying more for less?She shrugged her shoulders, and replied that happens sometimesMy question is, where do they do that at?

The store has a comprehensive selection of tools and general hardware. The store is clean and inviting.

I like it because they stock little of everything. Also they stock electrical with bigger fittings thean most.

Not much help in the store with only 3 employees there. No one seems to be walking around when you cant find items.

A very nice alternative to the big box stores. Far Les hectic for sure. A very helpful and friendly staff will be glad to give advice from the start of your project to completion. Very attractive everyday pricing with sales seemingly all the time. An attached lumber yard with landscaping supplies all in one convenient stop. Located on the North end of Myers Lake Plaza.

Nice big well laid out store. Very limited selection. It is a nice place to go if you need to make a quick stop to grab incidental items. You have to know your prices, some things were low, and others high. Great prices on light bulbs, trash bags were a bit thin for the price, two different prices on a multiple plug outlet..one $2.99, one $6.99 in different areas. Staff was very helpful and extremely friendly.

Helpful staff. Not as much variety as big box stores but the usually have what I need for some craft I am concocting. Close to home and prices are reasonable.

Nice to have a hardware store close by again, but the selection is pretty limited and prices are outrageous, double the nearby box store prices on the plumbing fitting I bought. Wont be going here very often.

Bigger isnt always BetterI needed a light for my Vanity and had questions about what it looked like...and he cut the box open so I could see it. The service is knowledgeable and more than willing to please the customer.I try to avoid the big chain stores now, bc of their lack of knowledge/experience and slow poor customer service. Besides poor installation issues. I knew more than the customer service YOUTH at Menards.... So Busy Beaver is now my go to store. I support & promote what I like!Cant wait for my new Larson Storm door!🤗B.B. beat H.Depot and Lowes prices...!
