Selection of hats was good. Had all the newest team hats. Prices were fair. Staff was polite.

I’ve been into this location a handful of times in the last year or so. Each time I have dealt with Adam. Both times they were busy and he was dealing with customers and working on the embroidery machine. He did a great job of making sure I knew he was still there to help me when he got to me. I shopped at a few stores in the mall today and this was by far my best retail experience of the day. Thank you for the great service!

Wish I could do 0 stars. My husband paid $60 to have a hat made for his company. They did not capitalize the words of the company name, or use the fonts he wanted. We were told we are stuck with it. So now we have a hat we paid $60 for thats going in the trash.

The woman at the counter was super friendly and signed us up for email deals.

This place is awesome. I just loved the manager Britt. She went out of her way to meet every need I had. From helping me find the right size and fit, all the way to customizing my embroidery.This is by far the best experience Ive had at Lids.

Got kicked out of the store because I took my mask off to get some air because I have a respiratory issue. So no will not be shopping there again.

The service was quick. I ordered my products online and had them shipped to the store. It went pretty quickly.

I only get my hats at lids. They have a good clearance section and with the embroidery machine it really brodens the limits of what you can do with your hats. Also if you have the lids card it saves you alot of money.

Great place to get a hat. Lots of choices.
