Great store and Alex took her time and answered all questions and help me find what I was looking for. Customer Service is great. Prices are higher but you get better quality.

I would give a zero star review if I could! I left the store feeling embarrassed and ashamed. As a plus size woman I was hoping to feel empowered and confident about my curves. Since it was my first time coming in I had no idea where to even start. I was disappointed when the women working turned their back to me and acted like I didn’t belonging . Being the only plus size Woman in the store no one even acknowledged me. I left with my head hanging low. I will not support a store that promotes fat shaming.

Very poor customer service, employees need to learn how to speak politly to customers. Toys are overpriced you can get a cheaper and more honest review of toys online. The lingerie is tacky and very costume like which would be the only real reason I would come into the store. There was a toy I may of bought but after this experience Im not sure I will return.

Was just there, didnt know they were closing soon. We said wed only be a few minutes. EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE SURROUNDED US either to push us out or acting like we were going to steal. Will never go back!
