If Ive said it once Ill say it a thousand times, Quality Muffler is the best! James just fixed my exhaust in about 5 minutes. Was near Exit 25 on 77 when my exhaust suddenly got very loud. After driving about 90 minutes to get home, drove right in the Quality Muffler, immediately onto the ramp, James welded me up in less than 5 minutes, and set me on my way! I cant believe how quickly they solve my problem! I was already a customer for life but this experience has far exceeded any customer service Ive ever experienced! The bar is set very high and they have continually met it!

2 other area shops told me theyd have to lower my entire exhaust to be able to weld a 2-inch piece of connector pipe and would have to have my car all day. These guys did the job in 20 minutes without needing to remove anything, costing 75% less than the other quotes I received. I have a new favorite muffler shop!

Came here with my own custom muffler and I talked to one of their guys for a minute about putting the muffler on. They had me pull my car in, and they installed it in about 20-25 minutes, and didnt charge me anything for it! I highly recommend this place and I will for sure be coming back here for future work.

Ive always gone here with any exhaust issues and have always recommended this place to anyone I know looking for exhaust repair. Two weeks ago I stopped by with my blazer that has been running poorly, from everything Ive researched and diagnostics Ive done I came to the conclusion the catalytic converter is going bad and causing the truck to run like that, so I asked the guy if he could check it out and told him what I had found out. He had me start the vehicle and walked around the back and placed his hand by the exhaust and chuckled and said if you can feel exhaust coming out then its not the cat. So for two weeks Ive been pulling my hair out, replacing part after part after part trying to fix the issue and today I finally said screw it and cut the cat off AND THE TRUCK RUNS GREAT NOW!!!! Problem fixed no thanks to this place. Not sure if the guy didnt know what he was talking about with his complex holding his hand by the exhaust diagnostics or just didnt feel like dealing with it (to me I feel like it was both) but they just lost a lot of business.

Excellent, helped me for 20 minutes to remove rattling heat shields and fix a cracked factory hanger. Ford dealer told me it was an internal problem due to resonator delete, they are idiots. Quality fixed it fast and got me on my way. Very honest and good people.

Well, I dont normally post bad reviews but I took my car, 2004 Saab, to them and they insisted I needed my whole muffler system replaced including the muffler for $460.00. Took my car today and had the total problem taken care of, which was the straight pipe into the flex pipe, for 100. The one thing I cannot stand is a business trying to make $ off people looking for help and u, as a business, telling them they need more than they actually do so u can make more $ shame on u. U use to be reputable. Now its all about the almighty doller. Again shame on u. I went to a muffler shop in alliance and they were amazing and truthful. Anyone wants to know where there is an honest, reputable place that will not take advantage, send me a message and i will let u know. Shame on quality Muffler!!!!!

Awesome place highly recommended! Very friendly and quick. My muffler was so bad I was smelling gas when heating the car up and the sound was giving me a headache. They fixed it in 15 minutes and I was walking in thinking it would be about $100 and it was only $10! My car is so quiet now and very satisfied

I’ve been going to Quality for over 10 years now and these guys are fantastic. It typically takes 30 minutes or less to get in and out, and costs $100 or less to fix whatever is wrong. Most recently, a different dealer charged me a $70 diagnostic fee to take a look at an issue with my exhaust when I took my car in for a recall repair, and they quoted me $900 to repair a joint in my exhaust right behind the muffler. Quality repaired the issue for only $53...less than the diagnostic fee of the other dealer! I hope these guys stay in business forever.

The best place ever!!!! They are true, honest workers and amazing people. I was quoted nearly $600 everywhere else for a new muffler, thanks to it being a sports car with double mufflers. But these guys rescued me at less than $200! And again a few months later, fixed another issue for less than $50. I highly recommend you go here any time you have a muffler issue!! I was referred to Quality Muffler by a coworker. She said they couldnt be beat, and she was absolutely right. I had to get my whole exhaust system replaced from the cat back. I cant recommend these guys enough. My short story:I had flanges that had rusted through at the Cat Converter/pipe and at the pipe/muffler. I went to a popular repair shop and had it checked over. Needless to say, by the time they were done, I was going to have to replace everything from the Cat converter on back to the tune of $730 including labor. Being on a tight budget, I just couldnt swing that much. A coworker suggested Quality Muffler.On a Saturday morning I drove over to see if they would look my car over and give me an estimate. When I arrived, a gentleman greeted me and ask what I needed. After I explained my situation, he had me drive onto a lift, looked over everything in about 2 minutes, explained what I needed and said give me about 45 minutes.All said and done? A new muffler, three flanges, pipes and some gaskets...way less than I was expecting to pay after the other quote! Granted, if I would have asked to replace the other stuff it wouldve cost more, but it wasnt necessary.These guys are straight up with you and no BS.They definitely have a new customer in me and a high recommendation for anyone needing exhaust/muffler service. Check Quality Muffler before making your decision elsewhere...these guys will take care of you and treat you right.

They did a good job and they were done in no time, I was impressed with their speed!

Had a great experience, would recommend them to anyone needing muffler work. I had an aftermarket system that was rusted out and was basically falling off. They recommended that I buy another aftermarket system on my own and they would install it. The price for the aftermarket was less than the “stock” price. Ended up paying a fraction of what I was quoted at a other national chain.

Great place. I pulled up and before I got to the door they asked if I needed my car looked at. They showed me what was wrong. Discussed it. Welded the spot that needed fixed and charged me 35 bucks. Fast service, fixed it on the spot. Dont think the car has ever been this quiet. My uncle told me about this place. I also talked to another customer there and said he brings all his cars there. Six stars.

Me and my wife have let our exhausts go for months. seriously all summer. finally we decided to get them both fixed before i get a noise citation or hers falls off. quality muffler was highly recommended by 3 people i know and 2 of them are car freaks.so we went there and i followed my wife. they quickly had my car fixed.... under 20 minutes and cheaply. they had a price for my wifes exhaust but cant get one of the parts until tomorrow and the quote they gave us is also really good. they also secured the muffler real quick until she can get it back to them tomorrow.i hope the review from the person getting rude service was a joke or a fluke, because everyone there was super polite and professional on the phone and in person.
