I initially tried to contact the business via yelp on a Saturday and they replied with were closed call us on Monday. As a business owner I know that yelp makes your rating go down when you dont reply so I wasnt thinking too much into it. But everytime I called them it went to voice-mail. I would leave a voice-mail and no reply. One day a week later I decided to try again. I got someone and they said they were just leaving home depot and asked if they could call back. I even have a little info saying I had used them before so they could look up previous specs of my spa to make it easier. No call back. After a week I took my business elsewhere. It should not be that hard to get a quote.

From my first call I was pleasantly surprised with the courtesy extended to meby all the good people at Plan B Spa Movers. The exceeded all my needs and evenshowed me how to operate my spa. I highly recommend their services. Thank You.

If I could give them less than 1 star I would...this company has no self accountability, poor customer service and a very rude bedside mannor.. please exercise your options and choose another company that takes pride in what they do and who can be honest and just say we apologize... how can we make it right instead of saying If UPS were not on time they would tell you oh well ..there words not mine...Horrible company.

Just want to say thank you to Michael, Tyler and the other young man who did a great job with our spa move here in Riverside. It was a challenge and they problem solved all the way. I would definitely recommend them.

Plan B Spa Removers removed my spa today. Two men arrived within the time frame provided, unhooked the spa, removed a gate to exit, removed the spa, put the gate back in place & cleaned up behind themselves in what seemed like a blink of an eye. Reasonable price, fast & friendly service! I shopped around and they were the best priced. Highly recommend them.

Mike was very responsive over the phone, and a very professional job. Plan B Spa Movers saved me money recommending a crane because I had so many stairs it would have cost me more in labor than the price of the crane. Michael suggested to bring in a crane for this job. Called and spoke to a friendly very knowledgable person on the phone not only did he ask me a lot of questions he even had me submit photos to review anything that could arise on delivery. All I can say is WOW… When Plan B showed up they greeted me very politely and delivered my spa with ease.. I asked them why it was so easy they said our boss briefs us on all deliveries. and that helps a lot… This is a CLASS A company =. Thank you Plan B

Mike and his team moved my hot tub to the new house. It was easy to schedule the date with him and his team were quick and did a great job moving the tub without damage. The entire experience was efficient and smooth. He was cheaper than other spa movers. I would highly recommend Plan B Spa Movers.

Unfortunately I have to give Plan B Spa movers a bad review.I hired the company after reading the great reviews. We hired them to move our spa from the house we purchased it from (whitter) to our home in Beaumont.We paid them $285.34reasonable for the long commute.Unfortunately they damaged the property at the house in whitter. The home owner sent us a bill of $350. We called mike and send the bill over also providing photos of the broken bricks. We spoke with him about paying it and giving him a couple days he has blocked our calls. Ignored our text, voicemail, and emails. Instead of giving us our money back which is $285.34 and out of pocket for them would be a measly $64.66We now have to take them to small claims court. Im super disappointed it has to come to this. We loved the company and the workers were great but the owner mike is super unprofessional

Plan B Spa Movers did a great job with moving our Hot Tub up 14 stairs. WOW!!! Mike and his team were very easy to work with over the phone and in person. Mike squeezed us in on short notice, the guys even came early (calling before they arrived). These guys worked quickly but very carefully. They knew exactly what they were doing. Our Hot Tub is now in our new house backyard and in great shape. I highly recommend them. Thank you Plan B Spa Movers for prompt, efficient, knowledgable and all around excellent service, I will definitely reccomend to family, friends and anyone looking to move a Hot Tub.

They were nice guys but jacked up the bottom of our swimspa...not sure why our spa dealer uses them.

I work for a spa company called Valley Hot Spring Spas in Murrieta and Plan B is the only one we will ever have deliver our spas period! There are a few out here that are so shady that have come to our store to try to get us to try them but Plan B has been great for us for the last 10 years. Its the best feeling when I call my customers after a delivery and they tell me how professional and awesome these guys are. Thanks again Plan B for always making us look good..

I hate writing bad reviews. I always want to give everyone the benefit of the doubt.Hired this company to move our spa 1/2 mile down the street. Crew showed up on time presented themselves as professionals and everything was fine until we get to the other house, then as the movers move the spa in, the cracked the outter casing.These meathead college students reassured me that the owner would take care of this. Of course Mike the owner promises to deliver and the piece wasn’t a big deal to replace.Haven’t heard a word since and can’t get anyone on the phone.So disappointing that these small companies take advantage of people. Shame on you Plan B movers!Don’t support this company!

Saw one of the drivers throw a cigarette out the window in an area that has been battling wild fires I would never hire this company on that alone.
