A good selection & a good location. The employees were pleasant and the young man who bagged the groceries & came out to the vehicle was awesome. If I lived in the area this week definitely be one of my regular grocery stories

Rotting heads of lettuce. Entire section of gallon 2% milk expired, multiple full cases of eggs out of date and others damaged. Fewer cashiers and loss of most assisted carry out. Sure can tell Albertsons owns this location. Very disappointing to see the quality losses that pushed Albertsons out of the area by Uniteds strong business operations when the family still owned it. Tried to give my business to them but had to go to Walmart. Hopefully it improves soon.

Most stores a small but have ample selections. My only complaint is the frozen food section. Tons of ice cream and pizzas, if that is what you want.

They have a manager who discriminates against people with disabilities & there service anals. Manager even tried accusing us of steeling as I threw down the package of balloons down my toddler has picked out while in the store. Manager tried to say we were sterling because we took them off the shelf. Then stated that his store did not recognize PTSD & service animals as a law. Last time I checked thats federal law not state. Not up to them. Wow!!!

Love United! My favorite place to buy groceries and the managers are very helpful. Also most of the checkers are pretty friendly.

Yeah so my boyfriend ate from y’all’s like buffet or whatever and got food poisoning from the chicken. Make sure you COOK your meat all the way through. Smh making people sick

Very friendly staff and great choices the only reason not 5 star is there is quite a lot of items with no price on them. Had to wander around looking for someone with a scanner since the guy in the meat section had no access to one even although the problem was in his department. Updated to a two star rating, purched New York steaks it was like eating a saddle off a 40 year old horse.

Great community minded company: provided food for our fishing derby, offer COVID vaccines and a cornucopia of foods. Gas too.

Liquor for sale. Decent IPA selection. Fresh groceries. 95 percent of people inside wearing masks with no enforcement.

Its got a great, small town type of atmosphere and reasonable prices. To add to this fact, it also means that grocery food shopping during global pandemics shelves tend to go empty fast and stay that way.

Good store clean an stocked good sales

I like that the united supermarket is located in the center of canyon city. Many other shops and restaurants are in walking distance. It is very convenient for grocery shopping and the quality is not bad either. Produce are always well kept and fresh.

United folks are friendly and helpful

I waited in line at the pharmacy for approximately 20 minutes. The clerk was very nice, but Im not convinced she knew what she was doing. She left the counter and went to retrieve a co-worker for assistance. She said that my insurance company was saying I didnt have any coverage. I dont know if thats accurate. I just applied and received an insurance card for Medicare Part D. I havent even had the chance to use it yet. I will have to contact them tomorrow during business hours. Otherwise my experience was pleasant, and I must admit that if I had to choose between Walmart and United, it would always be United, even in our very small town. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Another perk of going to United of course is having your groceries taken to your car when you have a 2 year old in your hands. Awesome work!

We were here from out of town trying to get a prescription and had real limited insurance info. Libby was super awesome and patient with us and jumped through hoops to help us find what we needed! All the staff was super friendly and helpful in the pharmacy and grocery check out!

We really miss shopping at United when we lived in Borger. Now that we are in Hereford, there is no United to shop at and so when we make a trip to Amarillo, we stop in at the United in Amarillo or this one in Canyon. The Amigos Store is a joke. I dont want to go to a store that makes me feel like I am in Mexico and everything is catered for a Spanish-speaking person. The loud Spanish music, pinatas, groceries in Spanish with English below ... turned us off ... after only one visit. I live in America, not Mexico and I speak English. I am glad that there is a United not too far away because we like United!

Good place, lots of good produce. Be sure to check the prices, bc the other United may have lower prices which is lame. I found products at amigos to be more expensive than the market Street and they are both in the same town.

Its good to see this United is finally doing some updates.

This store has a super friendly staff. Everything is always fully stocked and you can make almost any meal or dish that you want to by going here for the ingredients. The prices my be about 10 cents hire on everything, but its certainly worth it compared to finding and then arguing with Walmart staff about an item. The dairy and meat selection is way better than Walmart as well. Huge selection for a small time store. I suggest always going to United first. Plus they carry your groceries to your vehicle for you. Cant beat em.

This our local grocery. It is convenient, yet it is not.Be VERY CAREFUL when choosing items off of the shelves. On a constant basis, when I go into the store and choose items such as coffee creamer, yogurt, soup, salad dressing, water, mustard for example, well these items are expired! It gets ridiculous, when you go into a grocery store and all the items on the Shelf have expiration dates, and those dates are six to eight months past the date youre in the store. While all the people that work there during the daytime are generally very nice, including the management, the teenagers that work there in the evening are not so. If your debit card does not work because you accidentally put in the wrong PIN number, for example, immediately out of the young teenage girls mouth is YOU HAVE INSUFFICIENT FUNDS and they yell it so the whole store can hear.So, am I happy with this store? NO, not really! Do I shop at the store? Yes, only because it is in my town and I dont want to drive 22 miles to the next grocery.

Never had a bad experience, they send out ads in the mail with sales on food. very helpful. little more expensive than Walmart, but not enough to justify driving. good walking distance from many dormitories at the university

The canyon store is always clean and the people are always ready to help if you cant find something. Great prices, and lots of sales.

I like this place, workers are very kind, helpful and insistent. The only bad things I have to say dont carry much weight; it just that its layered out differently than other Uniteds Ive been to, and took me a little bit longer to find the items on my list. The second thing was that this United is smaller and when certain times hit, it can get very busy and cramped. Other that, it is a great enviroment.

The customer service is great. I shop at the United in canyon. The checkers are friendly. I would like to send a special thanks to a young carry out named Jacob or Jake he is wonderful he packs all my cold stuff together, my veggies together, my meats together, and my general merchandise together and does not make the bags too heavyThankyou United I shop at least 3 times a week but please thank Jacob especially thankyou. The produce is always fresh and the meats look great. The shelves are always stocked nice and neat.

For a smaller sized store in the middle of nowhere Texas, United manages to have a decent mix and selection of products.

Love how clean the store is and the helpful and courteous workers......but I just had the fajitas that I bought today and was looking forward to eating some of it. To my horror, there is MSG in it and I usually will not consume anything with MSG in it but I was so hungry that I decided to cook and eat it. There was lots of meat but over one third of it was impossible to chew! Lots of fat and sinew! Needless to say, I will not purchase this product again. It would be very helpful if the front of any package in the meat area would have stickers on them stating MSG was added. Be assured that I will check any meat product from now on to see if there is MSG in it. Thank you for this forum to air my grievance!

Good store.I had lunch at the deli.It was a good meal and the workers were freindly and the prices were higher than I thought it would be but I will recommend it to anyone wanting to have some good home cooked style food.

Smaller super market but clean. They employee a ton of high school kids which can be good but can also mean a bunch of kids are just goofing around. I would probably choose Walmart first.

Bought 2 six packs of Pepsi in plastic bottles and they were all flat. Normally I wouldnt blame the store for this, but the use by date expired on March 4th and I bought these on April 27th. Almost 2 months out of date. Shame on you United. Whats the purpose of that date if the store doesnt remove them when they go out. Thats why Im only giving 2 stars. I check the dates on most everything, but not soft drinks. My wife thought it was her taste buds until she saw the date and now itsi too late to return them. Ill be checking the dates on everything from now on, but not at United.

Excellent service! Had problems with an old insurance card and they quickly worked it out. The med prescribed was not available but they solved that quickly as well and saved us a lot of money in the process!

Very helpful and friendly staff, however, I am differently-abled and walk with a cane. My only complaint is that when asked if I needed help carrying my groceries to my vehicle, I said no I do not. Then I was asked if I was sure about that. I took offense to that question. If I say I dont need help please believe me. The second question was embarrassing and as I said somewhat insulting. Also that is by far not the first time that has happened in your store. Please try to show a little more respect for the differently-abled. Thank you

Theres always a potential for great service here the the Associates are are always willing to go above and beyond the Call of Duty and help you find exactly what youre looking for.

Slightly more expensive than the big box stores, but cleaner, and always stocked up. You can also find help there, and you dont have to check yourself out.
